Hello together! What experiences do you have with winter tyres on your Leon? In short: I am a frequent driver (approx. 2,500 km / Mon.) and have been driving for 20 years summer like Winter Michelin. Were always great, whether VW, Renault or Opel. Now Leon, and he does not have yet. The Michelin always cut at the very front of Test’s and last forever. You don’t get them down so fast, which is very important for me. Conti has a little too little grip (summer wet and starting also dry, Winte In the following 1a-cavalier start the first time the Conti goes crazy … :-///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// But as I said, I drive a lot and am very sensitive to tyres. For example, the Michelin also has disadvantages: Apparently because of the rubber mixture, which is very low, he shows weaknesses in ice. I will soon pull the Alpin A5 for our Noel (Leon). And you?

Towing coupling Leon 5F Electrical problem
Hello guys, I need the help of Leonfahrer with AHK. Best of all those who had no AHK preparation ex factory. AHK was installed by the seat dealer, however my 5F FR was one of the first Leons who had no preparation Bj.01.2013 The following problem I have in my electrics with the AHK, for a 1/2 year. The car does not give me any error message since that the light had to be checked at the back right, but he always did that before. What a The main problem I noticed is that if you turn the light switch on stand-off light (default), the trailer on the right side does not light up. As soon as you turn on the ignition, it also lights up on the right side. Can someone check on his team if that’s what they want? Maybe my STG has a crack after more than 2 years, because also the mentioned error messages that he brought in with each couple earlier are missing. Car stood in the who This week I installed a new STG and the problem still exists. – Ignition off, light switch on stand-off light, light only lights left at the AH – Ignition on, light lights left and right at the AH.

1.9TDI always goes in emergency run, VCDS result
Good morning, I signed up here to describe my problem to you professionals. I drive a Seat Leon 1M 1.9 tdi 150 PS Bj 2005 and have the following problem. A few days ago my car had no more power. When I restart the power is back again, but then disappears after a few kilometers. I stood at the traffic light and when driving off there was nothing more than if the car had 50 HP. Otherwise you hear the turbo whistle, it was just gone. Since my son is abroad and very busy, The next workshop is unfortunately 55Km away from me and even they wanted to change the turbo a long time ago, although only a turbo hose had Marderbisse. That’s why I wanted to ask here first. My last workshop visit was 1 1/2 years ago and the Agr or Egr was changed. After that the Mkl lit permanently, they told me this is normal. However, my son said that it was probably a cheap part installed, therefore the mistake. But I decided to leave it there, the car is running. So it’s a very reliable car, but I’m afraid of that. I’ll insert the result of Vcds here: Chassis Type: 1M – Seat Leon (2000 > 2005) Scan: 01 02 03 08 15 17 19 22 35 36 37 46 56 ———————————————————————————————– Address 01: Engine Labels: 038-906-019-ARL.lbl Part No: 038 906 019 KG Component: 1,9l R4 EDC 0600SG 5342 Coding: 00102 Shop #: WSC 06402 VCID: 66C23B3C02B3297610-4B00 VSSZZZ1MZ5R071093 SEZ7Z0E2934162 4 Faults Found: 17055 – Cylinder 1 Glow Plug Circuit (Q10) P0671 – 35.00 – Electrical Fault 17056 – Cylinder 2 Glow Plug Circuit (Q11) P0672 – 35.00 – Electrical Fault 19463 – Camshaft Position Sensor (G40) P3007 – 35-10 – No Signal – Intermittent 19586 – EGR System P3130 – 35-10 – Regulation Range Exceeded – Intermittent Readiness: 1 2 0 0 1 ———————————————————————————— Address 03: ABS Brakes Labels: 1C0-907-37x-ESP-F.lbl Part No: 1C0 907 379 M Component: ESP FRONT MK60 0102 Coding: 0019970 Shop #: WSC 00001 001 00001 VCID: 3466917454EF8BE65E-5180 No lazy code found. Steering wheel & gear lever
Hello, I have ordered a Seat Leon 1.2 TSI Reference as EU car. On the list with the standard equipment is not whether the multifunction steering wheel and the gear shift are made of leather or not. The dealer thinks that the steering wheel and gear shift are made of leather. But according to the standard equipment this is unclear. With the equipment class “Style” it says that the steering wheel is made of leather. Can someone here help me who has a Reference ? Thank you

Purchase advice Original rims / sensitivity of the colour selection
Good day, I would need the help of experienced Leon drivers 😉 My brother buys a new Leon FR model. He enthuses for the new colour Mystery Blue, which seems very mysterious to me 😉 How sensitive is the color. Does someone already drive it and have some experience? I would rather like Pirineo’s grey, which is much more relaxed and not so vulnerable, eye-catching against Swirls, fine dust… Or? The accompanying 17″ rims Dynamic II are also Not the most beautiful ones. Are the 7.5×17 ET51 with 225/45 R17? How heavy is the rim and what load does it have? Alternatively, the X-Perience in 17″, the X-Perience in 18″ and the Black Machined in 18″ would be interesting, how wide with which ET, how heavy and what load do these rims have? And the Cupra 1 Black High Gloss rim is very chic, how wide with which ET, how heavy and what load does it have? Is it also available in matt anthracite instead of the shiny sc hwarz? I would like to thank you very much in advance for the information, wish you a nice day and send my best regards te-75

Summer tyres 235/35 ZR19 (91Y) XL with FSL as successor for the Michelin Cup 2
The following is important to me: Optimal conditions in dryness Short braking distance Good curve behaviour Optimal grip Higher AB speeds incl curves If possible a low wear of the tyre Not so important…. the whole wetness behavior, as I am mainly on the road only in dryness. Placement of the test results in size 235/35 ZR19 (91Y) XL with rim protection edge: 1. Pirelli P Zero ca . 155-160 € 2. Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 ca. 135-140 € 3. Hankoock Ventus S1 Evo 2 ca. 130 – 135 € 4. Michelin Pilot Super Sport ca. 180 -190 € Here everything was rated….! What would you take…… for my driving style/user profile? Am a little unwise, which is the right “punch” for the Cupra. In the past I actually only drove the Michelin Pilot Super Sport… on the M models, and was very satisfied with it (except for the constant saw tooth formation). be very pleased with reasonable opinions

Sensationally high price for maintenance?
Yesterday with my Xperience at the service, car 3 years old, 23300km. Oil change engine and Haldex gearbox, sliding roof cleaned and greased, headlight setting controlled (LED) and §57a verification. Last inspection a year ago, oil service 1.5 years ago. €757.- at Austria’s largest VWAG dealer. Sensational. And that with a manufacturer, in which almost every defect, or any complaint is just “state of the art”. Great: car rental for 7 hours free. Just the additional insurance €19.90. This shows customer friendliness. In other words: I never paid that much for German premium brands (and oil change/inspection here mostly 24 months or 30,000km interval)

Buying advice: 7-DSG? Which 1.4?
Good day, I’ve been thinking about buying a Seat Leon for a long time now. Now I found a Leon that I like and is also cheap: BJ: 2015 no FR KM: 22000km 1.4 TSI with 150hp and 7-speed DSG Equipment: – Full LED – Pano – Tempo – Navi (Unfortunately no full link function) – Seat Sound Should cost 15,500€ with winter tyres on aluminum. Now I have read here (and in other forums) that the 7-speed DSG should be slightly error-prone. Since this vehicle is no longer guaranteed h at (and can’t be expanded) I ask myself if it’s “sensuous” to buy a used one, even if it has only 20,000km down? It’s a dry DSG, why an oil change isn’t there anyway (should be relatively expensive). If I asked myself correctly, the Leons have a timing belt, however, says Seat that it doesn’t have to be changed? Are there any other maintenance/services that would soon be available?

Which used car check + tips I can pay attention to
Finally there was a Leon in my “circle” (only 1 hour) away, which meets my requirements. Namely he : https://www.au-ra.de/vehicle inventory/detailview/?orderId=052 Now I have made a viewing appointment and now I ask myself, because I do not have so much idea, where I can take the car to check through. The seller himself offers a DEKRA or TÜV report, but only if the car is not good (?). I don’t care, but I don’t care, because I want to have such a check and therefore I bear the costs myself. There are about 10-12 kilometers away, once the TÜV and the DEKRA, of course, both offer a check. And then there is probably still nearby this one here: http://branchenbuch.meinestadt.de/garrel/company/9141746. Is just a private car inspection center the TÜV do and according to the seller also look over over the car. Now I ask myself the question should I de At least the TÜV says how expensive the whole thing is 90€. Advantage of TÜV and DEKRA would be that they are “forward away” and I reach them by highway and thus I would have already completed my test drive, which would not be close to the private one. BTW: Otherwise any tips on what I can pay attention to when buying? Thanks for your help.
