Engine goes off at bremens at low speeds, Seat Ibiza 1.4 Bj 98
Hello, I would need your help with an error analysis. I have a Seat Ibiza 1.4 petrol Bj. 98. The car had an engine damage, due to overheating. Someone then built me a used engine (from the junkyard). Unfortunately I now have the problem that when braking at low speeds so mainly when I almost get to the stand the car runs out. That does not always do this, sometimes the rotation numbers also swing up and down and then commute at 900, which In addition, I noticed that the tacho needle sometimes hangs, as if it were stuck in the 0Kmh place, but at some point it moves. The man who built in the engine meant I got through the first damage, oil and water in the cat and had to drive for a while until the going out settles. I drove now about 150 kilometers and would claim out of the belly it has become really less with the going out, but it is still there. I did not have the structure again. Hl my car wouldn’t pull right, which would be the case with dirty cat, as I was told. The engine is running very well, also in the stand. I’m struggling if I had to do something again. The car is not much value even if it was still right, but would have some relatives who could do this to me or others on the car. No one knows exactly where that is with the car.

Wind noise B-pillar driver/passenger door
I’ve already read a little bit about the net, but I haven’t found a clear answer yet. Most Ibiza drivers know the problem, and to be serious, it’s annoying me. The car has been around since 2002, there have to be a few drivers who have dealt with the problem? I hope so. What I found is the following. – it could be on the roof antenna (a misconstruction, but it should be fixed with the facelift) – on the Türdi The problem – on the outer shells of the side mirrors – on a not properly adjusted door as well as windows – on a holder from the display windows What is the real problem, and who has already laid hand without expensive to drive into the workshop? In most cases, the repair in the workshops either on warranty/coldness or just like that did not result in any improvement or a deterioration. In the least cases the noises became less. locates and possibly advises.

Seat Ibiza 6l
Hello, I am a beginner (have had a driver’s license for about a year, so far only with the car of the parents) and would like to buy me a small car. (Budget approx. 4000€) I came across a Seat Ibiza 6l at a Seat dealer. (Year of construction 2006, is already the “Facegeliftete” version) In the car is installed a 12V 1.2 liter engine with 64 hp. Car has run about 100000km. I do not know exactly which equipment it is, find on the Internet unfortunately also k The car has a Klimatronic, a small on-board computer, a CD player/radio(MP3 capable) electric window lift front(3 doors) and central locking, after driving off, all doors are automatically locked, this lock can be released from the driver’s side. (And heaps of airbags) Has anyone had any experience with the model? Maybe also with the engine? Fuel consumption? Have it ever tested and it looked quite strong on me for the 64 hp. Can jeman d on the basis of the characteristics recognize which equipment variant it is? Is this a good deal? 4000€ would cost the car, incl. a year warranty.

3 weeks old car and already an accident -.-‘
Servus people, were on the road today mim new.. when we had to stop it crashed at once back.. turned around, a motorcyclist did not manage to brake it anymore. Moral of the story: scratches and bumper jumped off at the bottom of the disguise. Photo still follows.. Police blamed the motorcyclist, who else? So my question to avoid problems in the previous one. How do I behave correctly? He has to report it to his insurance. Have an estimate made, or wait for the opposing insurance what they say and then have the damage repaired? So what do I actually take totally relaxed, but in that case it’s a new car. Hope someone has some valuable experiences and tips.

Tyre profile TÜV/Inspection!
Hello, I have a question regarding TÜV/Inspection. Isn’t the tyre profile usually checked? I’m pretty upset, because at the TÜV and the annual inspection almost 4 weeks ago (cars were not used 14 days because of holidays and holidays) it was not seen that my front tyres (winter tyres) on the passenger side were about 3 cm and driver side outside about 1.5 cm bare. This was noticed yesterday by the tyre futzi when he started the new summer riding. According to him, this should have been noticed directly by the TÜV tester if he had taken a look at the tyres! Also the car workshop, which made the annual inspection, did not point out to me that if possible the track could be turned off, especially since the mechanic still said that I still raised the winter tyres. According to the tire man, the unequal wear did not arise in such a short time! I always have 300 Euronen for TÜV un The inspection is in progress!

Ibiza – 6K or 6L?
Hello, I’m just looking for a car. Probably it will be a Seat Ibiza with a 1.2 liter machine. (60 or 64 HP). Since I get for the price (up to approx. 280€) both the 6K, as well as the 6L I wanted to ask you which you would advise me. The 6K would then have run less at the same price. Besides, I have read more often on the internet that the 6L would have significantly more “weaknesses” than the 6K. Is there anything there? And it would be great if I still had a few D Inge could list which one should consider when buying an Ibiza with this machine. Friendly greetings

Seat Ibiza Purchase assistance/Experiences for 105 hp diesel/petrol
Hello forum community. Since my current car is slowly giving up my mind I am looking for a “new” used.Max 2 years old max 30,000 down and around 10,000 – 11,000€. In my search and with my claim (also financial means) I came across a Seat Ibiza. I will probably decide for the 105 hp engine. Now we come to a few questions. 105 hp has both the diesel and the gasoline engine. I have read now that it is probably problems with the 1.2 TSI is available or was there?! Is it more advisable to buy the diesel? Both of them have 5 gearboxes each? Price is almost comparable, whether diesel or petrol engine at least for the used cars. Therefore, I had rather pleaded for the diesel. Cheap refuelling and less consumption and the only drawback the higher taxes. What experiences have you made? Or are there other alternative ones in this price range (Skoda Fabia – Opel Corsa)??? Since I am the absolute layman in this area, it is all the more difficult and hope you can help me a little.

Change tires with jack
HI! As soon as winter comes and I have to mount the winter tires I have a question. I always change my tires with the original jack. In the description there is a 15 to 20 cm long recording point at each corner. There I used the jack also always. If I pick up the car now I hear in the door and surrounding parts as they stretch something. A slight crash. Is this normal or shouldn’t it be? Just wanted to be sure if I wanted everything right m Ache.
