Meal, Stand shortly before signing for a new Leon FR. I chose the 1.4 TSI with 125 hp in technology grey. In addition, I ordered the black roof sky, all-year tires, the infotain, LED interiors, winter, view and light package, optical parking aid, warranty extension to 4 years/80000 KM, side airbags back and of course full LED. Are the problems with the TSI engines solved by now? Are 24.75 % discount incl. promotion premium still to top for a German new vehicle model year 2017 ?

Retrieve handbrake at 6J
Hello in the round, I had the handbrake reset today at my 6J after my Ibiza rolled downhill the day before yesterday despite the handbrake attracted. At my 6L the TÜV had also noted too much “game” at the handbrake. After the workshop visit today the handbrake is at least as tight as it should be. Even after three grids one notices a corresponding train. According to the workshop the handbrake would automatically adjust, so that a rearrangement in the who I did not find anything in the manual that the hand brake would be adjusted. Is there a trick for this? Thank you very much and thank you very much! Lois13051

Large inspection Seat Ibiza 6L
Good day together, So I’m facing the following problem. With my Ibiza there are now 136000 km on the clock and the big inspection is on. As with me the oil and spark plug change was done during the purchase (6 months ago) this falls away. As I knew it myself so far, the timing belt has to be changed at 100,000 – 130,000 km (depending on the model and brand). This information is from my acquaintance and family circle where all brands are driven. Now I am also from We The span was as expected heavy I got an offer from a free workshop for the inspection without timing belts, 160 Euro incl. car rental. Cleanly I thought. Then however (using the invoices from the car) found that the first timing belt is still in it. Second offer from the same workshop for inspection with timing belts 570 Euro! Further to Seat car dealership and afterwards to a VW car dealership, price is there 850 Euro (estimated) The interesting thing comes now: At the VW Autohaus, they said to me that the Seat models for petrol engines from the series are not required to change the timing belt. Always only testing. What does it look like with you? Has the timing belt always been changed in the above mentioned period?

Car buzzes between 1400 and 1900 revolutions
Hello, have bought my Ibiza 12V Stella 2 months ago with almost 150tkm. TÜV was made in July 2012, and I recently had the brake pads changed, because it was on the defect list of TÜV. Up to now I am with the car almost 300km danger. I have a small problem, which is why I worry. And that is that the car vibrates when I turn up, and speed up with these revolutions. it is as if the cockpit is vibrating. At the beginning I thought that would be normal. But I It’s like I’m going under-touring, but these turns aren’t under-touring. All of them switch to drive sprite-saving at 50km/h into the 4th gear. If I do that, the car vibrates as if it were going under-touring. I’m not going under-touring at 1800 revolutions. It’s only at 55-60 km/h that he drives quietly. In the first gear he drives cleanly, even if I pull up to 2.5k revolutions! At the moment I’ve got At 20km/h I switch to the 2nd, at 40km/h in the 3rd and at 60km/h in the 4th. And from 70km/h I can switch to the 5th, and he drives clean. Is that normal, my brother has a 1.6l Alfa Romeo 147, and he then switches to the 4th at 50 to save sprite. The car drives completely calmly. When I do this, the cockpit vibrates. The car is neatly stocked, and was always on every inspection. Thank you in advance!

Seat Ibiza CUPRA (new model from 2008/09)
Here, all information about the new Seat Ibiza CUPRA, which is based on the upcoming Ibiza, can and should be collected. The fact that the optics will strongly adhere to the Bocanegra study should be relatively clear (see: KLICK). But what does the technology look like? – Will there be the new 7-speed DSG? – Will the engine of the 1.4 TSI, 1.8 TFSI or even the 2.0 TFSI (IMO would be any of the three possible)? – Will there be the CUPRA ev. also as a 5-door? – Will there be a start-stop p-Automatik or even give a micro-hybrid (can also make sense with sporty models)? So, theme opened! Maybe there are a few Seat Insiders who already know more ;-)! Greetings

Old Ibiza – door lock broken???
Hello, because of snow and ice I have been driving around with my brother’s old Ibiza for a few days. After minus 10 degrees the driver’s door could not be closed yesterday in the early morning, so I had to tie it in with an expander. After a few hours of sun it worked again in the afternoon. Tonight the reverse game: When I got in and pulled the driver’s door, she did not let herself open from the inside or from the outside afterwards, so that I over the passenger’s seat The door can be locked and unlocked, but can’t be opened from the outside or from the inside on the respective handle. Does anyone know advice or has a hint what it could be and what to do? Data: Ibiza II (6k1) 1.4 – Built 10/95

Air conditioning always switches on at start
Hi! I bought a SEAT Ibiza Freeze from the year 2000. Now it’s the case that the air conditioner (“AC” on “car” at the start. In the manual it says that this causes a high fuel consumption. I want the heating to be on only when I activate it to save fuel (which is relatively important as a student). I want to: Engine on -> Ventilation off. I drive 3-4 km, the engine is warm and then I want to turn on the ventilation first to warm my car. How can I get a car? when starting the air conditioning will always be annoying in the long run. Thank you for your answers

Relay 2 Additional heating
Hello together, since Monday I have a problem with my Seat Ibiza 6J. There is a flap in the interior security box. It sounds like a relay is constantly being tightened or dropped again. The problem suddenly occurred under the ride and I can’t understand it. When reading out the fault memory, the device shows an error “P3006 Relais 2 additional heating”. I have already installed or installed a new relay, but the flap is still existing. I can’t restrict when it occurs or when it doesn’t occur. However, when I’m driving on the highway, there’s no flapping to hear. I don’t notice any restriction when driving. Also, the normal heating, rear window heating and seat heating work perfectly. Would be great if someone could help me further. I’m at the end with ideas about what it might be. Thank you! Greetings Tanja

equip Ibiza 2010 with new radio
Hello, I own a Seat Ibiza Cupra Bocanegra (BJ 2010), I am very satisfied with everything, only the car radio (BILD1 in the appendix) is not quite up to date for the year 2015… That’s why I would like to have a new model with touchscreen, Bluetooth, etc. installed (BILD2 in the appendix). I would like to have the following questions: – If I buy a new original seat ibiza radio, does it fit perfectly into the current housing? And are the connection cables exactly the same? I realize that this is not an original radio… – Is the new radio also perfectly compatible in terms of functionality? Does everything work, not that some functions will not be available? For example, the USB reader is currently overloaded quickly on 8GB disks. Will this problem be solved with the installation of the new model? – How difficult is it to install the device? Do you have to install it easily and connect it or do more (e.g. programmie) – What costs do I have to reckon with if I just want to buy the device and mount it myself? And do I have to buy it at Seat or are there good online shops where you can order it? In case half of the questions would be quite “dumb”, I ask for patience because I really have very little idea of the topic

Leon FR vs Cupra: Differences equipment, interior, chassis, brakes etc.
Hello, I am interested in the difference between the FR and the Cupra equipment. Does the Cupra have a different interior than the FR, e.g. regarding the sky color, steering wheel, speedometer etc. Do the two have the same chassis and the same brakes? How big is the adjusted price difference? And is the difference about the maintenance costs about as big as with GTI and GTI Edition 30 or can the insurance companies pay a fast seat particularly. a few FR/Cupra drivers will also have asked themselves these questions. Thanks for the info
