  • 2.0 TSI no longer in the configurator

Moin, one knows why the 2.0 TSI is no longer available in the configurator? New rims for the XCELLENCE can also be seen. Greetings

  • TSI 190 PS inspection and oil change costs

Moin, couldn’t find anything exact with the search function. I have now due the oil change and since my leasing is still running until 12/22 I will do the inspection immediately, although this is due only in 12/21. Cost should be the fun 393€ gross and the liter of oil 29 EUR. I find quite frankly. Howls the friendly around when I bring my own oil with me? Cost only a third For example this here: https://www.bandel-online.de/…/_50900_MOTORoeL_i193_198427_0.htm?… Greetings from the far north

  • With the Tarraco in the washing machine

Hello, I have been the proud owner of a Seat Tarraco for a few days now. Now I would like to drive by car through the wash road on site, which has already been visiting with my previous car for years. At the wash road you get off at the beginning and the car is pulled through the system. I hope you understand what I mean. My previous car had no assistance systems etc. I know the general information: automatic on N, mirror charges etc. However, I am uncertain about all the technical gimmicks and helpers, what I have to pay attention to or what I have to deactivate everything before. I have thought about the electronic parking brake, the automatic braking of the shunting assistant etc. In the operating instructions and on the Internet I have unfortunately found no instructions or checklist. And I forgot a little bit about anything and then to worry about an embarrassing and possibly expensive situation. I would be super grateful if someone could help me. Thanks already.

  • Oil change interval Seat Tarraco e-Hybrid fr

Hello, I was last week for the first inspection and oil change (oil brought with me). Everything together 260 euros. The service employee told me that the Tarraco Hybrid would have to change oil every year from now on. But they have now set the interval for both inspection and oil change again to 2 years. What’s right now???? Will not risk my warranty extensions because I make the next oil change too late. But on the other hand they have set it that way. You would have to be able to count on it as a normal petrol consumer!? Does someone happen to know what the prescribed interval is? Thank you in advance!

  • Cupra 300 as an everyday car?

Hello, I plan to sell my TGI at the end of the year and switch to a Cupra (Bj 2018 – 2020). Before my Leon I had a BMW 525xd Bj2013. How are your experiences with the Cupra as an Altagsauto? I drive about 25-30k kilometers a year. Almost only expressway/motorway. For short distances we have our Ibiza. I feel at the Cupra to be a bit confident again on the train. I am a long time no longer a “raiser”, I think in the last 5 years I only had a penalty ticket with 12kmh too much. Only the 130ps I now have are simply too lame. Does the Cupra have a problem with it, if it is not predominantly “artjust” moved? With me he would never see a race track and only occasionally a bit be demanded. What mileage of the brakes can be expected under these conditions? My 525xd has kept with the original set of 80k kilometers. As far as I have seen, the oil change interval can be 20k kilometers? Would only use rich oil and good fuel?

  • Oil change interval Longlife and wear

Hello dear community, I have the following concerns: And I read a lot about that with LongLife is operated more advertising than actual use of the product. I drive a CUPRA KL Leon ST with the 1.5eTSI engine am currently at 12000KM and have set a maintenance interval of every 30,000km or every 2 years, or according to system. But now I want to drive the engine as long as possible wear-free, since no leasing etc. Now I have read a lot and found out the 5w40 is better than the 5w30 of Seat/Cupra. Besides, I also think that an oil change of all 10,000KM is significantly better for the engine than described above or am I wrong and worry unnecessarily? The only thing that currently keeps me from doing oil change is the 5 year warranty I have. What do you think? Thank you and LG.

  • Ignition lock clamps / how to exchange

Good evening, I’m sure I’ve got a lot of good tips to read in the forum, but now I don’t have a problem with the engine, but I’m really good with the engine, I’m really good with the engine, I’m really good with the engine. I can’t put it in and pull it out without any problems, but I can’t even turn it to position 1 to dismantle the cylinder. It’s funny that the steering wheel lock can’t be snapped (is that good in that case?). I’ve already got both parts that I’ll need after my research, once the key in the old lock won’t be able to continue to rotate exactly from the point where a black plastic part is taken out at the new lock: https://imktal. If I turn the new lock with my key then I can’t see that the key in the old lock can’t go on anymore.

  • Seat Leon ST FR 2.0 Purchase advice

I’m trying to decide between a 2018 Seat Leon ST and a 2016 Mercedes C-180. Driving profile: 10,000km per year, mostly short distances. Family with 2 toddlers. I want to know if there is a significant difference in driving comfort and interior noise (woman has migraine problem) between these 2. My current vehicle is a 2011 Hyundai i30, which is very noisy at highway speeds in the interior. I tend to be more new to Leon because of the larger trunk, the better extras and the stronger engine. These are the details: Seat Leon ST FR 2.0: Price 16000 2018, 110000 km, petrol, DSG ACC, Lane Keeping Assist, Apple – / Android Car Play TUV and service. All previous services at Seat. C-180 Avantgarde Price 15000 2016, 135000km, gasoline, automatic Tempomat (not ACC), Lane Departure warning (not Lane Keeping Assist) Service is due, all previous services at Mercedes * Have me also Skoda Octavia + Superb, could not find anything in my ACC with this criteria.

  • Seat Leon 5F BJ 2016, 1.4 TSI, petrol odour in the interior

Hello together, The Leon of my girlfriend is having trouble. He has been smelling the first meters at the cold start always very strongly in the interior after gasoline. The workshop said that is normal and you find nothing. But now it is for a few weeks so that the smell is much stronger and he has failed at the pickerl test ÖAMTC/ADAC (HU in Austria). Reason: Very strong petrol smell. The workshop finds nothing – the engine room seems to be dry. The smell in the interior rather comes from the ventilation system, which is why I do not believe that it is the petrol pump under the rear seat. I have already read here that with the 1.4 TSI often the crankshaft housing ventilation or the active carbon filter can cause this problem. I notice that the petrol smell comes from the right side in the engine room (in driving direction). I am not a mechanic, but after some research I have found out what the crankshaft housing ventilation is rather on the (in driving direction) left side. I can not find the active carbon filter. In the internet there is no sign of the gable thing. I have made some comments about the gulf.

  • Decision-making aid Compact class

I would like to see the BMW f20 Facelift (2017-2019) and the Seat/Cupra Leon (2021/2022). It should already have around 200hp and I’m also worth putting on good speakers. I wanted to spend around 25k. I’ve looked at the Leon – I’m a bit skeptical about the touchscreen… Otherwise I’m completely ignorant at Seat. What do you think about the quality/long-liveliness? I hope for a decision support and thank you in advance Jenny
