Hello your Subaru driver Bin has also been a Subaru fan for a long time (only the good lady at my side needs some conviction) and I have found a nice outback under 1000€. What do you think about the offer?http://suche.mobile.de/…/showDetails.html?… If you are standing at a Saab dealer, you can actually do nothing wrong. How durable are the engine (especially the 3.0 H6, but also in general) and gearboxes (automatics) ?? degrees also because most (unfortunately) was used in trailer operation n. Is the large sliding roof in closed condition (so basically with the Subarus) quiet or does it make strong wind noises? Does not always want to make the sun visor in front of it. What does it look like with rust? Vulnerable? Other vulnerabilities to which one should pay attention? Should one rather wait a time before the new model is available cheaply or is the old outback also matured? Thank you in advance! MFG Markus

Forester 2.0 Year of construction 2006 Purchase advice
Hello, in advance, I have absolutely no plan of Subaru. The only thing I have read that is probably the Forester of the 2nd generation very reliable. That’s all I know about Subaru. So please a little indulgence At the moment I drive a 2003 Honda CR-V which now has 240.000km down and is operated more or less only as a working animal with an hooker. With its 2 liter 150 hp gasoline it is also quite thirsty. No matter, here and there it rattles and rusts more u And more so it’s time to make a change. For me it’s certain that it has to be an all-wheeler and also a bit higher than a car. The Honda is really great from the seating height/position. Since I’m not quite as convinced of the all-wheel system of the CR-V I came to Subaru. The days I stumbled over some ads from various Foresters. Year of construction between 2006 and 2008 and 2 liters gasoline with 137hp. It is often automatic and have between 130,000km and 150,000km down. Here my questions. Handswitch or automatic? Automatic is a class for me. Did this happen in the Mercedes C and miss that in the Honda. But how good is the automatic in the Subaru? Every now and then it has to pull an adaptor. Or is the handswitch better? What are the weak points on the Subaru or what is difficult? How expensive or expensive are the service work on the Subaru? I read that he has timing belts. When is this possible? Costs? You can give me some tips. Greetings

Speed goes up when switching into 5th gear
Moin, I sometimes observe while switching slowly that when I insert the 5th gear, the speed rises about ~ 1000 revolutions and then the clutch is pressed again. Could that be the neutral switch on the gearbox that is worn out? Know stories only from the STI where the engine dies while shunting. Car runs, except for my sporadic power waste (at 0.5 bar stop) which I probably have under control, but normal. Were stuffed hoses for charging pressure regulator and probably a dirty plug. I am just after the exhaust gas temperature sensor (original ~80€) if the plausible works. But since I never have errors in the memory.

Fuel consumption Subaru Forester Diesel automatic
Hello all, my Subaru Forester Diesel is built in 2/2016 with Lineatronic. That such a vehicle is not to be driven with 5 liters, is also clear to me, but so between 6.5 and 7.5 liters of fuel consumption are ok, I think. Up to 30 000 km of customer service. Then the good one needed between 9.5 and 10.5 liters. Of course, nothing was done, which is consumption-changing. Then one still has a motor update from the bag, and it was 7.5 to 8.5 liters. At about 33 000 km sank within little it suddenly returned the consumption to values between 6.5 and 7.5 liters without having done anything and anyone on the engine. Up to 45 000 km customer service. Now the Forester needed again between 8 and 9 liters. Of course, one did not do anything again, which is consumption-changing. It is always noticeable that the idle speed never drops again under 1 000 revolutions. Driving behaviour and external temperatures were almost always the same. Has someone had similar experiences, i.e. Is that what you want?

What oils in Forester Turbo ?
Hi, I have a turbo damage with my Forester. The car was in the workshop and they have all the oils drained. The shaft bearings are totally down. Slags totally around. On the wings I have now seen no abrasion. I intend to repair this myself. Which oils come in there then? It is a Subaru Forester XT from 2005 with automatic + Turbo I have read something that you can not take the normal ATF DEXRON 3 but should take a lubeguard ATF because the automat Is that true? I would also like Castrol Magnatec Stop-Start 5W-30 C3 to be used as engine oil. Is there anything against it? Is there an online shop for the seals / pipes? I have problems in general finding new spare parts for the Subaru. Thanks for the help.

Brake effect at Legacy on very wet road
My Subaru Legacy, spec b, 3.0L (Jg 05) shows almost no braking effect on very wet roads, especially highways and strong “water spray” of the driving vehicle. During braking, a audible roaring like a bicycle on which the brake blocks do not reach the rims cleanly and there are strong vibrations. Even if the brake and re-activation are released for a short time, the faults remain. It cannot lie at the balancing of the brake pads, this has the G aragist already changed three times and usually also have to grind immediately again clean, because of forgone and the resulting vibrations also on dry road (was already a topic here at the outback ). With dry roads or only slightly wet roads there are no brake problems. Rims and tyres are original parts. Does someone have similar problems with the brakes? Or what can it be, because Subaru Switzerland apparently knows no such problems with the 3L Legacy. Thanks e for feedback

questions to legacy 2.0 R lpg/ purchasing decision support
Hi people, I have a specific offer for a 165 ps legacy with liquid gas system including guarantee. so make me think if this is really more economical than my current diesel. so it would be gratifying if drivers of such lpg models could share their experiences. 1. is the gas system maintenance-free or do additional costs come in addition to the inspection? 2. how much gas do you refuel real if the gross volume according to dealer is 52 liters? 3. how far do you get with an inspection? filling/consumption? at the end of the week I regularly drive almost 600km a distance and do not want to have to refuel 3 times, especially since I already looked at the stations directly at the autobahnen it looks quite bad there, if the also at night should have open. (I mean no backyard refueling points of car dealers, which close 17 clock, but correct autobahn refueling points) 4. how much does the weight of the gas system, which one carries for a car life additionally? 5. there was a m start problems with the gas system, so you had to adjust several times to the dealer? 6. is the motor enough for 165 ps and what do you say about the sound? thanks for answering the questions! 😉 mfg
