  • First inspection cost what makes sense

    Hello together, I now have a good 20,000 km on it. Since a longer ride is due in December and I have to change the tires anyway, I wanted to have a first inspection done. For the service booklet or that the guarantee is also not lost and mobility. What should this cost about? Bzw also, what makes sense? 20,000km, 1.5 years old.   • Seat Arona windscreen wiper rear as well as front cause problems

    A hello to all Arona drivers. We got the first new Arona in July, here we had after 4 weeks, which one drove us on the back. Now on 16.08.19 we got the next new Arona and here we have the problem, that the windscreen wipers at the front as well as at the back do not function correctly. We drove at night the first time in the rain, the windscreen wipers rubbed over the disc, that was already very dangerous, because no clean wiper picture was created. The other day in the light I looked at it exactly, it was rubber abrasion from the wipers, this was very stubborn to remove. At the back of the disc there were also traces of the rubber, also that I removed for once. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures of it, I thought it would be done after the cleaning. Unfortunately, it was not, the problem bes tand further. I went to a Seat contract workshop, which made a film of the problem and sent it to Customer Service Seat. Here came in response, windshield wipers are wear part, because they can not make. Today I have attached a new wiper at the rear, the problem persists. Since someone of you had such a problem or knows such a thing from other vehicles?

  • Return light too dark or camera too bad?

    Hello municipality. I switched from the Golf7 Variant to the Ateca FR about 3 weeks ago. Now I am a little concerned with the topic of the return camera or the return light. At the Golf7 there was also a wonderful view through the return camera in the darkest night. At the Ateca the whole thing looks a little darker.. In the truest sense. Now personally I am still unclear whether the camera is just significantly worse than at the Golf. Or whether the return drive is weaker on the chest? but I still feel it’s way too dark. Have you already been able to make similar findings? Or have you already changed the respective bulb for another one? I am aware that various LED`s are not allowed. But maybe someone changed the bulb for LED ́s and was able to detect a positive change? I also think it’s a pity that the Seat does not hide the camera under the logo. t (like VW) to protect them from dirt.

  • Cupra Ateca rims/tires problem

    Hello, since my Cupra Ateca is already being built this week and the delivery date is December, I actually need winter tyres. So I had looked on the internet and also had contact with a tyre or rim dealer regarding winter complete wheels. But now the problem. There are apparently no rims that have an expert report for the Cupra Ateca. So also no possibility to buy some, except possibly at SEAT, if you can get the Cupra rims there. But also this is What would you do? I am now on top of all weather (which here: https://www.oponeo.de/…/nokian-weatherproof-245-40-r19-98-v-xl?…) Because I don’t have much choice. Alternatively, I could do winter tyres directly on the existing rims with which the car is delivered and hope that at Easter so tyre change time there are finally rims with expert reports for the Cupra Ateca. What would you do? Had someone ever had such a hard time. A problem?

  • Start Stop not possible despite activation

    At my Ibiza TGI, start-stop is activated. Nevertheless, every time I try to use it, I have the crossed-out sign on the display. No matter which consumers are on or how warm the engine is. Does anyone have an idea why?

  • Turn signal rear with light bulb(s)

    Have my Ateca already 9 months, and I have only now noticed that the turn signals are operated at the rear with normal light bulbs. At my Xcellence series equipment rear lights in LED technology I am appalled Is this also the case with you, or do you not know that yet? Check it out ! My opinion: if already LED technology, then all lights in LED. What do you think about it ?

  • Purchase decision Ateca 150PS TDI or 190PS TSI 4WD

    Hello Together I am currently faced with the decision whether to take the 150hp TDI or the 190hp TSI 4WD at approximately the same leasing conditions. I am now less concerned with the question 4WD yes or no, but primarily about the fuel consumption. This is the only essential component that is reflected in the further costs. The slightly higher tax times neglected. Does anyone here have experience and practical values about the fuel consumption of the two vehicles? Thank you Markus

  • Ateca Leasing MJ 22, which leasing factor is currently fair / What can I expect?

    Moin people, currently I am interested in the Seat Ateca FR with the 1.5 TSI and automatic. My configuration has a BLP of 44,100€. I got the following offer from my local Seat dealer: Duration: 36 months, 15,000km p.a. /// Total leasing amount: 16,340€ (450€ without deposit monthly) + Transfer and approval (approx. 960€) + Seat Care Maintenance Plus action (30€ monthly). To do this I would have to buy separately good winter complete wheels (locked again 110€). What are your (current) experiences / offers, has Seat from time to time on sales promotions where I could get a better offer, is there still room for negotiation here? When I hear that some (colleague) has leased a Cupra Ateca for 350€ gross WITHOUT down payment under similar conditions in 2021, I get Pippi in view of the current situation. Ps. Are already the new prices, after the price increase.
