Hello guys, maybe this doesn’t fit in here, but I want to ask you if you like the Subru Impreza WRX STI or the Mitsubishi Lancer EVO 8 better? Thank you, Mili

permanent or switchable?
Hello , I sympatize with an all-wheeled PKW possible combo. And I like the Subarus very well from the engine concept. Question: Is the all-wheel drive switchable or permanent? I guess all the current models have permanent 4wd. Was there ever a Subaru combo with switchable all-wheel? Thank you! migue

Springs Steering wheel hub Justy KAD
Hi I’ve been driving a Justy 1200 GLI for a short time, it’s already great. I’m still looking for sports/rally springs not necessarily lower, but only harder. And I’m also looking for a steering wheel hub (should have given one from Raid). I’d also like to know if you can raise the speed limit? If someone could help me would be supi.

U/min at the Justy?
I wanted to ask how high you turn your justy if it should go forward quickly. Have a justy of 98, 1.3 with 68 hp and it can happen that I hunt it up to 6000 rpm. But also because it doesn’t cry! It’s still a great, sporty and pleasant noise at such high speeds. What experiences have you made? Is it as spin-joyed as it sounds? THX Carter

Is the DIESEL not coming back in 2006 or rather?
Moin municipality, in 2004 and 2005 was announced by Subaru yes a diesel for 2006. Since then is again “silent rests the lake”, wants to say no more info ́s to hear. Does anyone have any further info ́s? Because such an Outback / Forester / Legacy with Diesel would be quite funny…. Greetings Lärchenwald

Precaution after 10 years? Necessary?
Hello, I have come across the topic of rust again by another post. Find from the bottom floor everything is ok. Built 2005 The Stabi is still the most brownish after a few screws. Exhaust pipe is EDELSteel!! Different composition than the end pot (which is blank) = says the manufacturer. The tube behind it without rust is coated steel ~6 years under. What did you do from year of construction xy? What should you do or can you do? Edit the pictures updated again.

Problems with cold
Hello friends of the Japanese all-wheel brand I drive a Subaru Forester SF Bj.: 1998 the following problem exists: Has the vehicle stood outside at temperatures around 0°C and I want to start it to drive on work he jerks while driving until he has reached a certain engine temperature. I make myself a he gets too much fuel because he said at the speed up times lapidat is “short before drinking”. The spark plugs are i.o. and when he has reached a certain temperature he runs off I already mentioned it to the workshop because I thought it came from the cold start controller. After the diagnosis no error was found, Maderbiss is also excluded because I checked the cables from the workshop in addition there are all cables in the engine compartment Maderverbissschutz. The problem occurs only at lower temperatures. Maybe someone still has the problem themselves or had it. I thank you in advance for comments Greetings Forester91

Winter tyres for Forester SF (Yokohama Geolandar I/T)?
Hello together Since the last Tread on this topic seems to be from 2011, I would like to open a new one… I bought a very well-preserved Forester from 1999 (2.0l 125 hp automatic). On this one are currently all-weather tyres (205/70 R15) mounted. Since one does not leave too much good about all-weather tyres in the snow, I now look for reasonable winter tyres. The requirement profile is reasonable grip on snow and ice, also in winter on field roads The wear and volume are not too important, since the car is only driven about 3000 km a year and is practically the second car for the rough. Would the Yokohama Geolandar I/T be recommended for this purpose? This one is already available for around 80€. Thank you in advance!

Experience with Grom USB3 for Subaru?
Hello people I own after my old E36 annoyed me recently a Subaru Legacy 2005 “Celebration”, and am also really happy with it, besides a fact: missing USB interface. The radio is with the controls one, since Subaru probably did not think as far as usual… Who looks in here knows the problem I think. That’s why I do it short: Does someone happen to have experience with the Grom USB3 interface? Cost 150€ and should make it to the radio it is a CD changer. L according to the functions specified by the manufacturer this sounds really good, you should probably choose CD changers, but then choose between the folders quite normally as if it was not retrofitted at all… 150€ is, I do not find, in contrast to other conversion alternatives not too expensive, and I have already looked, for my radio there are those. Or maybe there are alternatives? The following I have found out for myself what alternatively goes / should go: -A different aperture with all controls but a DIN- Schacht (I don’t like to exchange these controls for any non-original ones) -In addition, install the other radio, and disconnect the original one (but I think it looks stupid) So I wouldn’t like to use any of the alternatives, except the interface wouldn’t do any good. But then the question: Does anyone have experience with the (rightly expensive) aperture with DIN shaft?

MY06, gas engine and Subaru!When?
Hello, does someone know how it now looks with the gas drive for Legacy and Outback? Here’s my question from another post: ————————————————————————————– Quote:Original written by Oliver78 This is because, from January onwards, vehicles with gas-capable engines are also available, i.e.: The valves (hardeners) are connected, which has the advantage that you can save yourself the adjustment of the valves at 15TKM and so on. @oliver78: Will d Is there a different engine number and how can I, as a buyer, check whether the vehicle offered to me (e.g. storage vehicle) has this engine if a gas system has not yet been retrofitted? Which engines do these changes (2.0 DOHC and 2.5?)?
