Hello people Have my Arona now for 10 days. Already on the 2nd day I noticed at 50km/h a howling, high Surren. It sounds like this when starting up and becomes with increasing speed always higher. Not dependent on speed. Under load It is not audible but in the plane with cruise control. At higher speed it disappears rather in the driving noises, but I can now still perceive it at 125km/h. Sounds a bit like if an electric motor was still installed… It already bothers me a little bit, especially because I drove another demonstration car 3 days ago and it sounds the same. Workshop thinks it’s normal. Did your cars do that? I tried to record it, but it’s too quiet…

Hello We bought us about 2 months ago an almost new (300km) Arona. When we drove the first time through the washing machine fell on me the water pressure. Of course we informed the dealer. I have a manual air conditioning system. It comes cold out of the nozzles in my opinion, but the inner body is unfortunately not cooled as well as with the other vehicles. What could this be about? Are the components not so high-quality and d I also have the Seat Full Link package with me on my radio. Do I always need a connection to a USB-C from a mobile phone to a radio for displaying the apps on the radio? Or is this also possible with Bluetooth? I thank you for your support already.

Hello together, I’ve been trying to complete registration for the Seat Connect app for 4 weeks now. I can’t get it to become the main user. After entering the Seat ID and password I should briefly press both vehicle keys, after that it says but I should contact the customer service. But the customer service can’t help me either. The e-sim is connected, according to seat you can see that on the green light at the SOS button in the roof sky. User settings like the name, which is displayed when entering the car in the Virtual Cockpit, are also synchronized. Does anyone still have an idea ??????

Hello. Under version information in the Navi of my Arona FR 2019 there is only 1 line before and the probably performed update, namely: SHIELD. SHIELD 2016-44 (build 309). No further information. Can’t be normal. Thanks for your help.
