Hello, I’ll get my new Arona 1.5 TSI FR next Monday and I’m already a little excited. However, I already know that I will kill the Start-Stop Automatic as soon as possible, if that’s possible! In the net you will find a lot about it, but nothing special about the Arona, only that there is a device with which you can code or decode all possible functions, also the S-S Automatic. In Ibiza there seems to be a simple button, but switches this only for the moment the S-S off, not permanently. Who can help me there? Carsten

Hello, since a few days the automatic motor shut-down doesn’t work anymore and it then appears on the display a corresponding error indicator. Has someone experienced something similar (doesn’t really disturb me now, since the autom. shut-down can sometimes be annoying)? I don’t feel like driving into the factory saddle in mom (but have more than 1 year connection guarantee).

Do I quite agree that the start-stop facility only intervenes when the oil temperature has a certain minimum value? It seems to me that it starts irregularly. Hey I’ve been having problems with my arona Style 115 hp since last summer. And that’s what he’s doing with the gas and when I stop giving up with gas always a squeaking noise in the engine room. In the workshop they told me that it would be totally normal and it would be part of the car. I notice that it’s getting worse and worse and sometimes it’s already permanent. At the same time, it makes problems with the starter that pulls clearly and very loudly at every cold start. Is there someone here who is doing the same thing? It was already a challenge to install the transmitter logos for the radio, but to display the contact photos stored on the smartphone with the favorites of the phone setting exceeds my fortune. Today I had two warnings of the Front Assist in the display with a warning tone for about 2 seconds although there was no obstacle in front of me. Between the warnings there were a few minutes. Hey Community, wanted to ask the round: did you get a “real” service booklet with the Arona, so where the workshop puts its stamp in or is there only the digital service report here? I only ask because I have to go to the oil service for the first time, but have not found a service booklet with my documents. Thanks for your feedback!

My question, my mobile phone I can connect to the car via USB,and let me Dan with Google Map routes. My wife,on the other hand, is extremely difficult with it.
