Sorry if there is such a thread already! It would be interesting to see how many KM the small TSI but also TDI have washed off. Record seems to be a Skoda 1.0 TSI with 805,000 km. moin, moin, am currently on the road in Berchtesgadener Land and had an unpleasant situation yesterday. On a climb of 17% I had to stop, occupied with 4 people, climate and luggage, because of traffic. The start then pushed the sweat on my forehead. The car hardly wanted to get off the spot and more gas also did not help well. The DSG is apparently not designed to master this extreme situation or I do something wrong… If there were better to give little gas and I didn’t have the problem in Berlin’s Bergland yet 😉

Hello to the round! I have been driving an Arona 1.6 TDI since 2018 and am very satisfied with it even after 90,000 km. However, I have been suffering serious back problems recently after a long drive. As a first measure, however, I bought a seat wedge and put it on the driver’s seat. The problems have improved since then, but the side stop on the seat is lost. A demand from the Seat dealer brought the statement that the problem would only be solved if I went to the K This is because it offers adjustable seat inclination, seat extension and Lordose support as my wish would be. Now my question: Does it make sense to replace the driver’s seat by another model? If so, what is possible or permissible and useful there? Thank you for your interest!

Hi people, sorry, many questions about the new car purchase. I drove yesterday in the late afternoon with my Arona 1.0 85 KW (new car) a short distance (8 km) through Munich. Middle ring, professional traffic, time and again stop & go, then parked in the parking garage again briefly and found that the bonnet really feels VERY hot. Fans also ran neatly after. Then drove back a few hours later, this time, except on some traffic lights, free distance (max. 60 allowed), and at home In the underground garage the bonnet was just lukewarm (!) (fans were still running after – does it make it somehow constantly after parking). How does this happen? Does the driving wind really play such an important role in cooling, even in the “slow” city traffic? What is it like with your cars? Outside temperature was 20 degrees, what is it like only in summer at 35? I check the indications again and again while driving, oil temerature is usually around 94 degrees for longer distances, cooling water always stands at 90. Hi guys, a question about my brand new Arona Style Edition with 116 hp: When I unlock the car in the underground garage by central locking, a high-frequency fieping starts in the front of the engine compartment. Always for a few seconds, then pause again. If it’s audible right now, however, it’s not consistently fieping, but sounds like someone is “mortizing” very quickly, i.e. it always interrupts unrhythmically. It goes towards coils as it is from power supplies or computers ke nnt, or even noise from computer boxes. You can only hear it in the quiet underground car park. I also have pretty good ears and hear any sound very well. I know that most cars whistle high-frequency for a while after opening or closing in some form, but am irritated that it sounds so “stitched” with me. Any ideas? Or just ignore? Sicknesses – Outdoor mirrors do not open sporadicly when starting the engine (BJ 2018): -> Information Dealer: Seat is known the problem, but is probably not solved. (ne Schwegerrei!)

Hello municipality, my wife is interested in an Arona 1.0 TGI FR with 90 hp. She is currently driving a Touran 1T1 with the 1.4 TSI machine with 140 hp. Now she has to remember, of course, that the 90 hp is not enough for her. Can any of you share his experiences and impressions with the gas-powered engine? Are 90 gas-hp comparable to 90 petrol-hp? With my Arona FR 1.5 /150 hp year of construction 3/2020 the error has occurred twice. Day kilometers and time is zero when starting, the disply indicator is also changed. The time has to be set again by hand. Has someone already had the error and what did you do then?

Hello together, after the delivery of the vehicle to the dealer of SEAT would interest me what I can expect. For me this is the first new car and I am very excited. I would like to replace my fogbulbs with lighter Osram Night Breaker and my Arona has the LED headlights equipment, nevertheless normal H3 fogbulbs are installed. But maybe the design therefore deviates from the operating instructions. On Figure 57 there is talk of a notch to insert a screwdriver, but this notch is not available with my Arona (BJ 12/19). Or is this possibly related to the sensor of the distance warning device? I would be pleased about hints. LG
