Hello, drive a BMW E46 at the moment and would like something new. Were in the surroundings in different car dealerships, where good used ones can be found. Amongst them also the Seat, in which I totally forgot: Leon FR 1.8 TSI, EU6, 6 gear switch, 1st hand, 51.000km, EZ 2013 Would like to go tomorrow and make a test ride with the good one. What should I absolutely pay attention to? Don’t know me at all with Seat, but one colleague said that Seat is generally building robust cars! Price is at 1 7.xxx€ struck, maybe I would get a little down, as my eyes have discovered a few blemishes Thank you!

Noise to drive backwards
Hi, I always have a sound when driving backwards, which sounds like the switchknapp jump back again. I insert the backward passage, drive a meter, then it makes short “klong” and that’s it. He drives quite normally backwards etc. No other noises. The noise comes only after about a meter as said. In standing it doesn’t happen! Does anyone know that?

Slice slammed from the inside! Cause unknown.
Hello together, have waited longer with this question to find the cause itself, however in vain. And indeed my disc in the 5F Cupra MJ 2015 sporadically from the inside. There are proper drops forming which run from above. So it is at least not a little. Over night the vehicle is always in a well ventilated garage, there is at least nothing formed. What I have always noticed is that after a rainy day the next day, as long as the vehicle is in a well ventilated garage, nothing is formed. air conditioning is rare with me. Therefore, I close the accumulation of condensation water there. It never attacks zb when the vehicle is in the garage. Where could I look for the cause? I’m perplexed. Would be grateful for any idea.

Leon Cupra Purchase
Moin people! My buddy wants to buy a Leon Cupra at the beginning of 2016. How exactly this one should be equipped is still the question. What is a must and what can you do without it? Don’t know me at Seat yet, but Black Line 19″ he probably wants to take the 6.5″ Navi, parking aid front and rear, grey metallic as color, 5-door, Seat Sound System (how good is that really, 150 watts or how much has that?). Audi and VW have a lot better music systems to order in the car. I is the price of 26.200 € appropriate for an EU new car? Is an EU new car generally recommended by Seat or rather advised not to? Greetings Adistric

Remove chrome frame from the radiator grille how???
Have a Seon Leon Bj.2019 and would like to have the chrome frame of the radiator grille and the Seat emblem painted black. Do I have to remove the grill for this? Have already removed the cover above and had the 4 screws loosened, but the grille is still attached to the bumper and I don’t want to break anything, is everything plastic… have read in the search, the whole bumper has to go down???? Is that right???

Compulsory equipment
Good day together, I’ve been looking for a new car for a few days and the Seat Leon (until 2019) so I still like the “old” one, so I look for day registration or annual car. I wanted to ask you what you mean, what a “obligatory” equipment is, be it from ambient lighting to traffic sign recognition – since I don’t configure the car myself man, I compare the cars from nearby to each other. What’s that like compared to the series? In the “near” (175km away!) Is there one with DCC, so if you think it should have, then unfortunately I have to give up (about free equipment search, there was only one shown to me). And can one code something like the traffic sign recognition after? And then what does it look like with guarantee? And St or the normal? I mean there is no huge difference or?

Grinding noises in the engine compartment
It’s about my Seat Leon, which I bought recently. Recently noises appear, see video. Can that be the timing belt? Some others tap on the hydropunch in the block. That would be a heavy bill for me. Someone already had such a noise? Seat Leon 2.0 FSI 2006 year of construction and 150 hp.https://youtu.be/DpMtV83i494 PS: I used the SuFu, but did not find any concrete details about my problem.

Bars in brake disc after only 700 kilometres
Hello, my junior has bought a new Leon FR 2.0 TDI. It is a day registration from 2016 with 9 kilometers on the clock. Now we have found that the brake disc at the front left has already strong bars. The vehicle is currently carefully driven over BAB and LS (approved on Friday and up to now 700 kilometers run). Since the brake has never squealed and it is several bars, it cannot be about foreign bodies like Steinchen as Ursach I would be interested to know if this lack had occurred several times. Next week I will go to the workshop and have an argument more in bed if they want to start to weigh the matter off. Thank you for reading and in joyful expectation of answers 🙂

Today’s list of defects – DISS opens?
Hello dear bestatester Hab made my Leon ST FR into the workshop again today. On the order list (I would call it fault list) is opened at position 3 DISS. What does that mean exactly? But that Leon is not 3 months old, he has already seen a contract workshop more often than my old Kia Ceed Gt. In fact, I am a bit disappointed by seat.
