Moin, I would like to buy the Leon “Xcellence” (5-door) with – 1.8 TSI DSG without dynamic package or – 1.4 TSI DSG with dynamic package. Price-wise, the 1.8 DSG without dynamic package and the 1.4 DSG with dynamic package do not take much and are both in my budget. I need the DSG because of my disability in the left leg, because I cannot use the clutch reasonably. Since I drive 80% in a big city, the question is whether the 1.8 is not too much fuel compared to the 1.4 Is it possible to use about 8 litres for the 1.8 DSG? It is also important for me to maintain the durability of the engine (and in the case of 1.4, that of the DCC) because I want to keep the vehicle for more than 5 years – rather 8+ years. Therefore, the question arises: 1.4 with DCC (Dynamic package) or 1.8 without DCC? Thank you for your answers in advance LG Cossor

Question about winter complete wheels
Hello together, I have been the owner of a SC Cupra 290 for 2 weeks. Since the winter is already at the start I of course also need reasonable winter tires. Before I order my desired rims online, I have 1-2 questions to you, which you can answer for sure. 1. According to papers I can drive rims or tyres with a press-in depth of 49 or 51. 225/45 R17. Is it ‘no matter’ if the press-in depth differs with my desired rims, e.g. ET 45? 2. How does this look with tyre pressure Do I have to buy special tires so that my Cupra doesn’t complain that he no longer detects tyre pressure? (Heard about any sensors on the valve) Thank you very much 😉

Questions about Leon ST Configuration
Hello, I have to order a new company car. My favourite is currently the Leon ST. Dangers I have the (as well as the Octavia) as 2.0 TDI with DSG, was in both cases too loud. I drove the 1.4 TSI in the Gulf, I found acoustically better, and since this petrol engine emits below 125 grams of CO2 and from the list price is significantly below the diesel the bottom line as a company car would be the cheapest choice. The demonstration car was a FR, now I am considering whether a FR or a XCELLENCE would be the better choice. I also have a few questions: Design/Color: I like the Leon in bright colors best, after even white uni extra cost the jump to metallic is not high, but I have not yet consciously perceived a Leon in Nevada white, is that much different? Does someone happen to have a photo ready on which both can be seen at the same time? Interior equipment: The demonstration car had the Alcantara seats, special equipment: – has the LED interior Is there any additional lighting or is only the existing one replaced with LED? – Is the inclination of the seat adjustable in conjunction with the electrically adjustable driver’s seat also adjustable? – Dynamics Package: didn’t the demonstration car. How can I imagine the effect of progressive steering? Is the DCC in the FR in the basic setting harder than the XCELLENCE? – No chance of live traffic except carplay with maps? Winter tyres/snow chains: if I use the tyre catalog at Seat ric htig deute go without restrictions only 16×6,5? Thank you for your feedback. Greetings, Olli

Wheel hubs from/mounting
Hi! I will soon have to renew the wheel hub. Has it been shown during the wheel change that the threads are there (from the rim screws). Were probably a little too hard tightened, I needed almost 220 Nm to loosen them. Screws are bent, threads are also completely round. I have already found spare parts. But now I have no workshop manual or similar. From the appearance only the wheel has to go down and the central nut/screw off..? With what torque should the new one be tightened? Greetz, Bob

Seat Leon ST Cupra 290 exhaust system
Moin Moin, I ordered a Seat Leon ST cupra 290 at the end of September. At this time I didn’t think it was clear that the cupra 3/5 doorr was getting a new exhaust system. However, the ST station wagon was not. The reason for this is that it was too loud in the interior during the tests and you don’t want to “dry” the passengers. I’m very disappointed that they installed a class exhaust system with the other two variants of the Cupras and that the ST did not !!! Since for me an almost 300hp strong car should sound accordingly. Here now my question: Do you think if I talk to the Seat dealer, that I would have an additional flap exhaust system installed (by Seat) that it is possible to keep the new car warranty? Had seen a super flap exhaust system from the company JE DESIGN. I find that sounds really great and has decent quality in my opinion. MfG Cupracer93

Winter bike kit hops at Leon 5F ST
Yesterday after I switched to winter bikes I had vibrations in the whole vehicle. Strangely, the tires are used on new rim, on the previous rim I had no problem. I first thought that I caused the pinning itself due to a lack of mounting (drive with 7mm distance plates without centering). But after I have checked everything again it can’t be because of it. Steering wheel also does not zap, so unbalance at least on the front wheel can lock out weights are also all on it… Can it possibly be due to the assembly? Tires not properly mounted on rim.?? Has anyone ever had this before? New box and already the first trouble with the car… starts well!

Consumption values and wear of the Leon Cupra with sporty driving
Is there no one here who regularly demands his Cupra properly? I drive with my ST every day about 100 kilometers of motorway and since I drive a route on which the train is often free the Cupra must show what it can do (according to Tacho is at 272 km/h close). As for the speed strength I like the Cupra I do very well, I previously drove Audi ́s and BMW ́s with large v8 engines, but as agile as the Cupra was so far none of my vehicles. The car itself does not cause any problems, wo However, I noticed that the seat looks more like a small car in the rear-view mirror and many people miss the speed, this was significantly less with the Audi and the BMW. I have driven about 30 TSD kilometers in the last 10 months and come with the consumption on about 15 to 16 liters. Due to my very trains driving I also needed a set of new front tyres and 2x new brake pads including new brake discs. How are your experiences, if you have your C Upra times demands?

Seat Leon 1M 1.8T 180PS Built 2002 Performance missing
Hello everyone, I’m new to the forum and I’ve already tried to find out a little bit about the search function, but unfortunately I didn’t find anything suitable. To my problem: It’s about a Seat Leon 1M 1.8l Turbo Built 2002 with original 180Ps, engine code AUQ At 165tkm the car has a replacement engine, which now has about 15000tkm on the clock. Since the ATM is installed, the car has less power, I’ve already been in the workshop several times (was installed at a Seat, Audi, VW The loading pressure, etc., were allegedly checked and everything should fit there. However, I have haired on it that the performance is too little and after the second visit the vehicle came on a dynamometer. Result: approx. 160hp. The workshop does not take care of it, however, with the reason that certain tolerances would be normal. Now I have found after that that that the cracker had a hair crack, and have I have the Wow! IQ310 diagnostic device at my disposal for testing Würth. However, I don’t come from the car area and therefore don’t know all too well about it. There are no faults in the system. I can read out different measuring blocks for this car with the corresponding data sets. And one more thing, back when I was always driving into the workshop, went to the workshop. always the engine control light on, there was always a different error and at some point the one no longer went to the lamp. Then I thought well then there is just no error left, but the funny thing is now, if I for example the Lambda probe disconnected, then the engine control light no longer works, but it is stored in the error memory. If I turn on the ignition, then the engine control light lit until I start the engine, just as the battery light stops. One can help me further, drive now almost 1 year with too little power. I pack mountain off with tailwind and police in the neck 215mk/h according to Tacho, registered in the vehicle license are 230km/h. Until then

Track hold assistant – set-up behaviour
Hello, I’m not sure if the lane hold assistant of my Leon BJ 2016 behaves correctly. Before I now annoy a Hängler and drive there quite far, I wanted to describe here how it is with me and ask if others have it the same way. I turned on the assistant and also the central lane guide in the on-board computer. If I drive light curves on the country road, I notice that it is particularly easy, the car wants to go in the right direction. I don’t dare to let go of the steering wheel altogether. Apart from the fact that I get a message after a few seconds (no sound, only message) I feel like driving out of the curve at some point after all. At least the car doesn’t stay really central. On the highway I can easily switch between the tracks without blinking. However, the indicator light becomes orange again and again until I am in a lane again. Sound or message exists What would have to happen? Only change the colour of the indicator lamp or even more? In the steering wheel I feel almost nothing (only road unevenness…) Maybe someone can tell me if that is all? I also bought the assistant rather because of the automatic driving light in the package. It works great by the way!

Make a confession of color!
Good evening dear community! Had ordered a Cupra SC 290 DSG in black on Monday. Now I was able to look at a Cupra St in Alor-blue extensively today. I liked it very much! Sometimes a real color! I usually thought about taking a real color with all my cars before they were told. In the end I always chose black or white! What do you think? I know, the answer to the question can only take place according to my own taste, but I would really like to Interested in what color you would prefer if you now ordered a new Cupra SC. Black or blue? Maybe there is one or the other owner with black or blue Leon. What are your experiences with the color? Would you order them again? I know many questions, but I would be grateful for any personal opinion! Friendly greeting and a sunny weekend.
