New week new luck. Or so similar Today early on the way to work after about 12 minutes driving time I had to take the heating on the steering wheel at level 1. Up to now I always had those on the 3 and I felt it was pleasantly warm but not too warm. Today it had become unpleasantly “hot”. Does seat somewhere give a maximum temperature for it? I would like to test this today again with an infrared thermometer and see what the temperature says.

I made my new Seat Leon Hybrid for a week and yesterday the first longer ride with it. In the middle of the ride the air conditioning, including all the associated points like seat heating, did not go any more. In the digital display this was simply grayed out, the voice control said this point is not available. Also a restart of the engine did not help. Luckily everything works again today, but found it still very annoying, yesterday. Has someone similar problems or is there something known ?

After a long search I have come to the conclusion that for the Leon 5F FR 2.0 TSI 140 KW / 190 PS with OPF there is only one sport exhaust (end silencer or complete system from KAT) from the companies Friedrich Motorsport or Supersprint. In addition, downpipes are offered. All other well-known companies (Remus, Fox, HG ….) had on request no exhaust or system with EEC or approval. It seems that this engine was built too short for the Leon when it was fitted. r the manufacturer is worth offering a corresponding system. Has anyone from you one of the above mentioned systems or rear silencer and can say something about the “sound” or sound? Or maybe still found another manufacturer for the model? Or did someone have his rear silencer modified and can say something about it? I would be very pleased about a feedback or experience report, also by PN, greeting Dirk

Hello my car Seat Leon 5f St Ecomotive 2016 without AHK preparation I have installed a trailer coupling of the brand Oris today and wanted to install the cable set of the manufacturer Trail Tec (vehicle specific but for several models) but one thing is not clear to me. According to instructions should be behind the glove compartment A-pillar when passing through to the door two plugs should connect which I unfortunately not find. Good day people , Vllt can help me because my wheel screw caps constantly disappear I got replacement and must say they sit tighter first. Are no originals, so Chinaware that way. Now to my problem the cap for the rim lock is too small so inside diameter 21mm and I need 24mm there is something of VW or are the locks there all 21mm ? With part number would be great a part number can only find no information whether 21mm or 24m m 3C0601173 9B9

Hello everybody, I drove the new Seat Leon 4 test on the weekend and was surprised, even though I have read a lot about the new touch operation, that really EVERYTHING is running over the monitor and there are no buttons at all. Even the (de-)activation of start/stop, the opening/closing of the individual ventilation nozzles or the activation of the parking aid only works via the touchscreen. Since I can estimate it at the moment quite hard, whether you get used to it or n icht, I wanted to ask if someone can already give “long-term experience” or experiences from everyday life. I wonder, for example, if it doesn’t bother me at some point, if I have to search the menu after every start, where I can turn off the start/stop. Is there any “short-cuts” that I can create in the start menu? Greetings Marco

Hello, I want to renew my second car in short. I like the Leon Cupra already very much, but in the forum I have read very often that the owners already have solid defects. Almost everyone has filled a water craze. I have also often gelsen of turbo damage. The small things in the interior / processing are not of interest at all. What is really about this? Why does Cupra lose water? Where? Is there perhaps a year of construction / model care, from when cupra overarb I’ve never found this in the forum, so the new thread would be great if the owners could say something about it. For winter I have now charged the battery for the first time, because it was 60 percent according to the menu in the vehicle. Since then it has been constantly at 80 percent and does not cause any problems for years. Now there should be very unusual temperatures in the west here all week, partly minus 15 degrees at night and during the day permanent frost. To hang on to the charger for protection overnight in order not to have to experience a nasty surprise? Look forward to your opinion
