  • Clutch hangs after the start stop was switched on

Servus, I got up at the traffic light after feeling 1 km, after I forgot to turn off the start stop, this was unfortunately on..dementically, the engine switched off at the traffic light and I pushed again at the same moment on the clutch because it became green, then my clutch got stuck at the front, after a short pull back everything worked again normal! Do you have a suggestion why the clutch got stuck? Can it be is that it has overlapped with the StarStop and that’s why the clutch was stuck in the front? I bought the car only yesterday, ran currently 86,000 km (BJ 2013) and had no problems with the clutch loudly before Bestizer so far Thanks already now

  • Car at the dealer acting

Moin, I would like to buy a Seat Leon Fr 1.5 liter Tsi. My question now how to act correctly ? The car should cost 26.985 Euro and has a mileage of 7 km, the first registration of the car was 09.2020. I would like to trade it down myself, but unfortunately don’t know how to handle it. I would be Bar Payer myself and would not have to finance it. The car house where I buy is a Seat dealer and not very small. I also got cars that are 400 km away from me. chaut, the zb cost directly 3000 euros less. Do you think that would be a good trade argument? Looking forward to your experiences, you can give me tips on how best to do it 🙂 Would I be very happy to answer, Best regards Christoph

  • Mounting the caliper cuff

Good day together, I usually have a lot to do with BMW and have to do with the VAG group rather less. Now I have a seat in the family and wanted to change the cuff from the brake caliper piston because it is leaking. Can someone please explain to me how to get the cuff on the brake caliper? I have already broken two cuffs and unfortunately can’t get any further. There is no groove or similar where the cuff can be mounted. I know that so well. How do you put this metal ring on it? I’m grateful for any help!

  • Fault light range control

Hello together, for a week now my Seat Leon reports, error light gauge regulation. To the history, at the beginning of February the TÜV established a defective spring at the rear left… At EZ 01/2020, well so far so good, VW just . Warranty was nothing more, since 1 week over… I then had the spring replaced in a free workshop. About 4 weeks later/ last week, then the error light gauge regulation. Error read out: Sensor for vehicle leveling rear: Open circuit/ Short circuit to B+ (sensor h inten left) Error code: C114E15 Today was at the workshop, since was quickly diagnosed a problem on the lines, since short circuit after B+, can only be line. In addition, statement line cheaper than sensor. When I think about the troubleshooting and repair of a line I am not sure if this is cheaper… I rather tap on the sensor itself, since at this in any case was handled during spring replacement ( possibly this also was not dismantled at the spring we It would be a great coincidence that there is an unmoved cable going on somewhere. If I would get a new sensor myself, it would cost 40 Euros, if it didn’t work out, teaching money https://www.bandel-online.de/…/…golf-7-skoda-octavia-seat.html?… Or what do you think of the diagnosis, what would you do? Thank you very much for your support. VG Korbi234

  • High cooling water loss

Hello all, I drive a Seat Leon 5F 2.0 TDI, 184 hp (engine identifier CUNA). EZ 12/2014 About half a year ago (168,000 km) the car has gradually lost cooling fluid. After a mechanic’s sighting the water pump including timing belts was changed, as the water pump was leaking. After the change the car has lost no cooling fluid. Since about 2 weeks (180.000 km) the car loses with longer distances (over 100 km) and high speeds (over 160 km/h) a lot of cooling fluid, so that the balance tank was completely empty. I filled up with G13. Now I have read in the forum that the heat exchangers often hit and it leads to coolant loss. I turned the heater in the car to see if the driver side is warm as the passenger side. With a temperature meter (infrared) I measured a temperature difference of a little 10°C. With warm engine on the left approx. 60°C and calculated When the engine is cold, the difference was clearly felt with the hand, when the engine was warm, the difference was hardly noticeable with the hand. Can it be that my heat exchanger is cut by the G13 (flocking) and therefore I lose coolant? I have now also been to a free workshop and the mine of the charging air cooler has to be changed, that problem often occurs after a change of the water pump with timing belt. The mechanic has with a camera re. offer amount: 1.500€ So far I have found that for short distances as well as for longer distances with lower speed (400 km max. 150km/h) no trace fluid is lost. Now my questions: 1. Can it be due to the heat exchanger, even if the temperature difference is now not very clear? 2. Is it due to the charge air cooler and then it has to be replaced completely for 1.500€?

  • Best shock absorbers & dome bearings for SEAT Leon ST FR – experiences?

Hello, I drive a SEAT Leon Sportstourer FR (5F, 1.5 TSI, 150 hp, year 2020) and have to replace the shock absorbers front and rear with dome bearings. • Child disease purchase advice Seat Leon FR 1.4 TSI

Hello together, I hope that someone is so kind and would like to help me. In the damned 7th year I want to get a divorce from my first car. I promptly fell in love with a Seat Leon FR 1.4 Ltr. TSI built in 2014. Now to my question: since the car is no longer the latest, there would have to be enough experience with it. Can someone please tell me if there are certain “children’s diseases” that are always noticeable in the model? Is it for anyone Is the engine of a “healthy”? I am a scared bunny and would like to buy a car that I can drive for as long or longer than my beloved VW Polo. Thank you very much for your good ride.

  • 1.4 Testing/extensioning of CHPA TSI injectors – Guide sought.

At my Leon TSI 1.4 140hp CHPA Bj. 2014 6-speed (112tkm) I have a noticeable partial load truck. I recently renewed the spark plugs – no improvement. If I don’t run away from the gas, I don’t run out of gas either, it runs clean/strongly. Only if I hold the speed/speed the engine is jerking. Even if I keep the speed at 2500upm e.g… I want to press the ignition coils and injectors in front of me and check with VCDS. Perhaps I will look at the injectors. Do I need special tools? With the endoscope camera, I also look at the combustion chambers, whether the cylinders are washed out or the valves are coked. Did anyone ever have the same problem? Thanks in advance for tips and hints!

  • No communication with ABS ECU Leon 1P

Hello together, I drive a Leon 1p with the 1.4L sucker gasoline. A few days ago the ABS suddenly failed during the ride. In addition, the power steering and the speed indicator in the speedometer no longer works. The tank indicator also behaved strangely, the needle moved up and down. ABS, ESP, MKL, steering lamps glow permanently, hand brake lamp flashes. Error is present since the long-term. When reading out could not communicate with the ABS controller. The other SG also have the same problem, error U0121 is permanently filed. According to research in the grid, the problem with the supply voltage on the ABS control unit is usually the problem. We got the schematics and measured everything. Voltage is also under load where it should be concerned. No cable damage to detect, ground points also in order. The only error that was found is that the voltage signal from the two Can cables is connected to the If you plug the plug off, it looks plausible at least from the form. I think it means a defective control unit. After that I contacted a few well-known companies, who specialized in the repair of this SG. No one could associate this error with a broken SG. Next step would still be to send the SG away and have it tested, of course, it’s time for it. he already had someone a similar problem or someone else has another idea that can lead to the solution of the problem. I would definitely be very grateful. Happy Sunday and best regards Marcel
