Hello! I need your help! Have an Ignis III. Bj 2017 Had to change the battery from the radio key for the third time. Have had to learn the key again during the last two times. What is the technical reason for the second cat on the middle tube in front of the end pot?
With our 1.6 SX4 from 3/2008 the middle tube has to be changed in front of the end pot (still good condition). Was with the friendly on the stage and looked at the Malheur. Part of the middle tube is a cat which is flanged at the front to the pipe coming from the Krummer or main cat. This main cat also has the necessary two lambda probes for controlling and controlling the exhaust flow. The integrated in the middle tube 2. Kat has no probes. Now the Freundl separates I remove the defective center tube after the cat by means of flex and mount a new center tube with bells. Thus, the expensive purchase of the 2nd cat is spared. Nevertheless, the question arises to me about the meaning of the 2nd cat? Does someone happen to know?

SX4 S-Cross strong oil loss
Good day, I have a loss of oil with a Suzuki SX4 S-Cross (120Ps) Built 2016, already washed down 2 times with the brake cleaner, driven and I see nothing clear camshaft box and oil tank seal sweating although a bit but don’t think that from there so much oil is coming out, it comes down from the back from above somewhere but because of the distributor gtribe you don’t see anywhere gscheit hin I have a guess that it is between the flange between the oil cooler and engine block Vllt. But I’m not sure at all and all this is disassembled and in the end it’s not too much effort. Vllt you have an idea at which typical places they have an oil loss. Thanks in advance Lg Jannik

Harmful steering
Moin municipality, we have for a short time a Swift as second car. All top so far, except the steering. Is it normal, that you can not steer from 60 Kmh the lie comfortably with 2 fingers? The steering feels really tight. That annoys something with straight distances. And if you move the steering wheel 2 – 3 mm to the left or right, then it remains in this position so. Thanks already for answers Thorsten

Experiences with new Jimny
A happy hello together my Jimny (eleven-legged) I had bought after 1n year waiting time May 2020 as new car. I am fully satisfied and had no problems with annual inspection at the dealer workshop until today. Also drive at least 1x/year a long distance up to 1000km to the sea. Also the loading area is good enough. Every day I look forward to my reliable Jimny with short distances (up to 200km, clinic shopping walks with Hundis). e of it, if there is money left, to have a luggage rack mounted with a rectangle folding tent. Also leather covers for the seats would be good/be nice. At the moment I have fabric covers for washing over it. The tires are very good and sometimes hold out a lot. The Jimny is tip top. To be noted are the cornering position and the side winds at fast Fahen. Tempo before curves/bridges better take back. Once stopped by the police because of the restless ride. They thought I was full I had to blow into the tube. Had balanced the side wind with the steering. They apologized and wished for a good ride. Hi Hi Sir. Fuel consumption is a bit high on long distances as you drive faster. With short distances quite economical. My 2 little doggies are also crazy about driving into the field every day. Often people ask how happy I am with the Jimny. We are always an eye-catcher. I am glad that I have my Super Jimny. I want to n Tell me a hello and how you are with your Jimny JG. Best regards from Kai B.

short dropout at 2500
SX4 1.4 140 hp (no hybrid) Hi, I usually have a short dropout at 2500 when accelerating moderately, as if the engine “swallows” itself. So e.g. at the intersection at 1500 rpm give half-gas, at 2500 then the swallower comes, then it goes again normally up to high speeds, if you wanted. Do you have that too? Is this possible normal, or not? The consumption is also relatively variable, from 6 to over 8L, despite regular, even commuter drives, each Who knows?

Who has experiences with the Suzuki Guarantee?
Who has experience with the Suzuki warranty? I have read the warranty terms of my Vitara by chance because I had to wait for my wife and read strange interpretations. 1. It is recommended to have the customer services done by a Suzuki dealer. 2. But the guarantee only applies if the customer services were made by a Suzuki dealer, but only if the mileage was not exceeded more than 1000 km, and not more than 4 weeks. Has anyone ever had a problem?

Rugging at low speed
Moin, I bought a new car after a long time. A Swift sport hybrid. It has installed the 1.4l boosterjet engine which in relation to my previous bmw (2.8l) is almost a toy engine, however, with a lot of temperament. I am very happy with the small bend, however, it jerks when you start in the cold start. As soon as it gets warmer it takes off it is still available. If I let roll in the 1 gear stand gas every normal car should be completely relaxed ro llen, the Swift, however, jerks every 4-5sec and clacks as if you always hit the clutch or a gear. He got a new software because it was the first suspicion. Until now nobody came to a result and I am really disappointed in the respect. Does anyone have similar experience even if the community is relatively small at the Swift sport hybrid or Swift hybrid? The first 1000km was also quiet it came from the one to the other day. Thanks already for the Hil Greetings

Retrofit Interval wiper relay (for the rear wiper) in the Ignis MF: where and how?
Hello, one of the smaller interference factors at the Ignis (no one is perfect!) is the permanent operation of the rear wiper. I don’t know that and I don’t see any sense in it, and the shape of the car leaves the disc free for a relatively long time anyway. Now I’ve stumbled over such a (unopened!) 60s car accessories part from beetle times – a adjustable wiper interval relay for screwing under the dashboard According to the instructions, it’s even designed for 12V, i.e. relative (!) modern. It even has a wiper water pump connection – well it doesn’t have to be mandatory. But now the question is: where and how could I put the thing as minimally invasive as possible? The intended installation with the sheet metal angle and 2 spax is not in question anyway, but the blind blinds at the bottom left would be inexpensive to replace and close to the safety box. I just don’t know if all the pipes are arriving and can be detected. Since the regulation will only be adjusted at the beginning anyway, It wouldn’t matter if you couldn’t get any more (so because of me in the engine compartment or in the tailgate – the latter would give you enough space and free access to the engine, but probably no longer any increase in duration?). Ultimately, the simple connection decides (preferably with intermediate plugs on existing connections, so without cable destruction). I just have no idea where this could be located… I’m open to ideas

Navi Update at SX4 S-Cross before Facelift 2016
Hello all, I’ve had an SX4 S-Cross EZ 05/2016 for a few weeks before Facelift 2016. Does anyone know a way to update the Navi-Maps, or has anyone done that? I had ordered an SD card from ebay but did not take care that there are apparently different models of the radio. The navigation works with the original map, however I would like to have current maps. I find on the net only providers “after Facelift” 2016 – until today. someone a provider for the years 2013 to 2016? I was able to update the radio successfully from version 0830 to 1880. But even after that, the purchased SD card did not work and now goes back to the ebay dealer. Thank you for tips!
