I have a Samurai SJ (santana) built in 1996, and actually I find it quite good, BUT: 1.I find the consumption incredibly much, in winter so 12 liters on 100km otherwise so 10 -12 without four wheel-so my first question, is this normal, because I actually thought it would be about 8 liters. 2.An even bigger problem,when I bought it, was told totla good also in winter,but since autumn I’m really afraid to drive a car, all if it rains, the car is already slipping across the road! You don’t need to talk about snow, I can’t understand it somehow, that’s an all-wheel drive and it’s sliding more than any other car, but my workshop thinks it’s normal, but that can’t be right? I don’t know if the tires are probably to blame, because they’re not so good Roadstone SB 700. I hope anyone can help me there or I’ll be in the ditch soon or I’ll have to take the bus! Sound front left, especially after switching on the air conditioner
It sounds like metal to metal and feels felt at the front left. It’s also strange that the noise gets louder when you turn on the air conditioning system. Turns it off significantly quieter or maybe not at all. I initially suspected the wheel bearing, but I’m honestly not sure. Another problem: the engine loses air somewhere in the front. Ignis with ASG jerks on when it’s cold.

Tyre pressure sensors without battery?
The tyre dealer, who (finally) changed the winter bikes to summer bikes today, said that the RDKS had to be replaced (after 4 years). Interestingly, the original RDKS have no battery and therefore have to be completely replaced. I find that double strange: first of all this “no battery” thing second after 4 (half) years. I always thought the sensors only send when the wheel moves… How do you see that or know more precisely? LG Mi-go

SLDA unit at Vitara fails
I have the problem that my screen constantly fails with Radio/Navi. The screen becomes gray. After some time the radio goes on again, but the navigation data often no longer appear. New SD card and an exchange of the whole unit has taken place. Workshop is baffled and supposedly this is an isolated case ?! Has anyone made an idea or the same experience ?
