  • DAB reception with Bosch SLDA in Suzuki Vitara from 2018 First registration possible?

Hello, I’m new here. The Suzuki Vitara is first approved in early March 2018. It was delivered with the Bosch SLDA Navi. Map material was first on the SD card from 2017. I then replaced it 2 times with younger SD cards, last in 2019. Some roads in my area were only shown. Radio reception is possible with FM and AM, DAB is not installed or built in. I don’t know that any closer. After inserting the SD card with the card upgrade Here 20 21 the navigation system does not work. The booting is stopped in the first 10 seconds and constantly tried new. It is still the software version 0850_160812 installed. Now you know the starting situation. The questions that concern me are now: 1 Can one extend the “old part” to DAB reception? 2 Why can I not install the card upgrade kit Here 2021? 3 Is it possible that an update of the software version to 1860.2_180613 or later is necessary to upgrade the card to i Install and use? 4 Can one buy a disk with the 1860.1 or 1860.2 software version? For each of these questions I would like to have a detailed answer. What I have already tried to install the card update from all “thinkable” situations on the device, no success. Preparing a USB stick with the newer software version. However, this has already led to problems when unzipping, because not all files were transferred.

  • Help !!!! My Ignis makes stupid sounds 🙁

Hello everybody, this morning I noticed that my Ignis makes sounds like a broken drive shaft when braking slightly at the front left! No noise occurs immediately when braking at the first time! Even at higher speed, there is nothing to hear. Only from 40 km/h and only when braking slightly comes such a metalic clacker, like a defective drive shaft during cornering! If I brake more strongly at the same time, the clacking is not. When driving backwards, I don’t hear it either. I have the The brake pads and disc look good to see no cracking. A full brake did not change. I turned the wheel sprocket slightly and there is also a slight cracking to hear. Can there be another cause for the cracking ? My Ignis has now nearly 25000 km down. I tried to insert an mp4 Thank you for your help

  • Suzuki Swift MZ Bj 2009 Drum brake cannot be solved

Hello. I wanted to change the drum brakes in our second car. Is it more difficult than I thought. Of course I knew that the things were rusting, but I can’t get the part off. The outer edge is already a gap open, but nothing is moving in the area of the camp. The hand brake is loose and the drum is also smooth. Do I have to solve something in the area of the camp? Before I break something now, I’d rather ask you. It’s as if on the thread on which the 32 screw is turned around to attach the drum is an increase and presses against the bearing. But I don’t see any way to solve anything on the back either. You know advice. Thank you very much. Here’s another picture.

  • Adjustable wipe interval switch for Ignis

Hello, I would like to install the adjustable wipeinterval switch from the Swift or Vitara in my Ignis. Was already a good thing with my splash. I also found 2 part numbers online 37310-1074P20 / 37310-68L10, the first number should not exist anymore. The second is available and should cost 110 €, unfortunately the Suzuki dealer could not tell me if the switch fits even plug in Play ! I found Japan YouTube with a Jimny, where the lever is easily dipped Has someone already rebuilt this and knows the matching part number ? If something has been changed. My Ignis is from 2018 and a Comfort+ I wish you all a bulge-free 2023

  • Request for short advice (Baleno)

Hi Community, wanted to buy me a BMw of 3 for a long time and was counting on whether I could get the money or not. It would be scarce, but if a repair would come to me, I would be at the Ar***. Now I fluctuated between a 3 gulf and a Suzuki Baleno. Suzuki Baleno did a very good job in a Tüv report, because the car almost never falls out of line or has someone else’s experience. I was thinking about this model hereBaleno (Ebay) I m one but not directly this car but only the model here. Is there perhaps any standard Macken that the baleno has or can you give me any special advice if I want to buy a Baleno. Would be really very grateful for each tip. Thank you very much.

  • Swift braking problems

Hello! I wanted to make the complete brakes together with my old men at my Swift 1.0 Bj 97 (39kw) ! Drum brakes went very fast and without any problems now I have arrived at the front of the disc brakes! Blocks are down my father has now tried to take out the brake discs. We have opened a 30s mother and my father has with a tool (attacks at 3 places of the disc and lifts the disc centered out with a rotation – attacks on the pen, on which the mother sat) tries to lift the disc out! Instead, the joint is now out up to half… Is there any way to push the joint back in again? Problem is that the axle cuff is in the back, so you don’t really have a point to touch! I tried to push in very easily with the help of the steering – but without success, because the joint is bulky inside! Would I be happy about answers Gruss Michaeh PS: another question : how b can I get out the disc brake properly? was I already too far with the big mother and had to start before that? many thanks in advance
