  • Suzuki Swift Sport Remove noise from the gas

Yesterday I wanted to speed up my Suzuki Swift Sport (BJ. 2013, 135tkm) and quickly switched from the first to the second gear and gave it full throttle. I mean, however, to have heard a quiet shouting side noise. Although this noise did not occur any more, I noticed that the next day, especially in the second or third gear, when taking away a quiet frictional/scratching noise is to be noticed for a few seconds. x. What I should perhaps mention: The gearbox has already been switched on with light resistance in the 2nd or 5th, but it was never big, it does as usual. I hope someone could help me. Is the gearbox junk now?

  • Suzuki Vitara Corrosion Protection

Hello dear community, I’m new here and would like to buy a Vitara. I read in an older article that the Vitara, which are produced for Hungary have no corrosion protection (underground wax and hollow wax) and those for DE or AT already. Is that still so? Or is it saved here too? Do the Hungarian models have nothing or are only missing the underfloor wax? And does someone know what to lay for it in a Suzuki workshop, if the later g Thank you in advance!

  • Suzuki Vitara Fuel pump and control unit broken at the same time?

Hello! I bought an 18-year-old Vitara about 4 weeks ago. Unfortunately he went out now during the ride and didn’t jump again. I had him to the workshop. The first suspicion was that the fuel pump was broken. Then a new automatic fuel pump was installed. Then he still didn’t jump on. Now they have the control unit suspected. Can both really have broken once? Or maybe the Kra I have a little feeling that the workshop doesn’t really know what’s wrong with my car! What do you think?

  • S Cross, why so rare?

Hello, I follow many cars out of interest. With special interest also the current S Cross, especially as 1.4 Mildhybrid. Compared to other cars of the same segment there is much less information, comparisons, test videos, reviews… What is this? I have often read about the reliability of Suzukis, nevertheless you do not see, for example, a Duster at every corner, an S Cross. Are the maintenance costs at Suzuki so high? Part prices? Is possibly a Duster e.g. as TCE 130 even for a long time the better car? I would be very pleased to read from S Cross drivers of the current model. Gladly also by Suzuki connoisseurs an assessment. Thank you very much!

  • Combinations Automatic motor

Servus, I’m driving a Daimler ML with transducer acoustics and reduction. I’m looking for something like that again, because the Daimler is going to retire in one year at the latest! He was my dream car, but I have to downsize a little bit. Drive only about 10 TKM, but I like to use a towing vehicle for 2000 kg more. To get wood out of the forest..no crowds, but without it, too. The decision diesel/gasoline has not yet fallen, as well as the age…or desired age. (Starting from 10-12 TE white i) He likes to be older, is well cared for with me.. but rust should not have it… Will a long search. So .. i don’t know how to find in the ads at mobile the converters with reduction and the seller usually doesn’t know that either. Would be great if you can help me on the jumps.

  • recall 99xh

moin, as I have learned by writing from Suzuki deutschland (22.5.2024) must be fixed with my (and many others also) a software error in the emergency call control module of the eCall system. the selling dealer (toyota, Suzuki, …) who has made both the delivery inspection as well as the 1st inspection has obviously ignored this, which please contact me for appointment. the attempt to try this with a pure Suzuki went equal (“we are not in a position to do so before 2025 ….). I am somewhat irritated and therefore the new topic. – I am obliged to do this …. otherwise local registration office …. shut down. – the lack existed from the beginning …. can I now return the contract after 1.25 years? – the 1st dealer should have noticed this during the inspection 3 months ago (an outstanding recall), he has not even pointed out (as he also did not see the two error reports h at). Is that really only solved in 2025? do you press the dealers? what do? I am curious about the discussion. joedi2 ps: I love my swap and drive fantastic consumptions with it. otherwise there is NOTHING to complain about.

  • Suzuki Ignis Hybrid 83 hp leaves bad in summer from 2020

Hello in the round, my Ignis Hybrid 83hp Built 2021 is going bad in the summer. Especially with air conditioning on, if it goes a bit uphill or if the car is fully loaded. Then it comes when accelerating so between 1800 and 2800 rpm. in all aisles to short jerks / acceleration holes. And if you drive so there with constant speed, you have the feeling, as if someone easily kicks on the brake and then lets go again. And that again and again and again, In winter and with the air conditioning switched off, these phenomena can hardly be felt. Only at a fairly precise 2500 rpm. you can feel a very slight acceleration hole even in winter. My Suzuki dealer is completely overwhelmed and finds nothing and always wants to get rid of me. There is also nothing in the error memory. In another forum it says that it is a design/software error of Suzuki itself. Thus, the new 83 hp engine is to be installed in the factory from 2020. The weather conditions (large heat and humidity) do not get enough oxygen. Therefore, you should not let yourself be swept away by your dealer and complain to Suzuki himself. Especially as long as you still have the 3-year warranty and because it is certainly not good for the engine. My questions: Do you have this and someone have an idea what this could be and what can be done about it??? Thanks for your feedback.

  • Suzuki SX4 – Gear shift problems – 129hp 95KW – BJ 2023

Hello together, now I have dared the step from my beloved Ford Fiesta 2013 to a Suzuki SX4 BJ 2023. And I have a big problem which I actually have since the beginning. (Please don’t condemn why I didn’t report that directly) I bought the car with 50KM where I have directly noticed the gears do not go soft in. I pushed it that the car is still “new”. Unfortunately now after 15,000KM the gears go mainly in 1 and 2 gears still not I have to push in almost correctly, which hurts me in the heart because I think that I will destroy the gearbox even more. I press the clutch completely through but especially the 2nd gear is very shaky to get in. The first can sometimes not get in at the traffic light if I want to switch e.g. from 4 to 1. What can be done here, guarantee I have as far as I know 3 years, I will mention the problem directly as soon as I make the service . Is that “normal”, at Suzuki the gears always go in so shit? I have read somewhere that Suzuki has a much too complex gear where this is a disease. Thank you very much.
