  • handle tailgate Suzuki Splash defective – removal

Have the following problem The handle on the tailgate is defective, spring or so. Opens only when you manually fold the handle back. Now I have problems to remove the handle. Are 2 screws for the handle, but don’t go out, you probably have to unscrew the cover plate under the disc. Have already solved 4 screws, but at the front it seems to be clipped, what do? From above lever up? Have to damage the paint or the disc at the back. Can you fix the handle? s the basically new? Have now a provisional solution with a spring outside, of course below the plastic cover. Thank you for tips!

Hello together. Have a new Swift and am a little surprised about its consumption. Currently the consumption is so 9-10 liters. What experience values have you made, also consume so much? And is that possible, since the car is only 2 weeks old? Thanks already in advance for your help!

  • Suzuki sx4 heats only side by side

My Suzuki sx4 heats only on the driver side coolant indicator goes into the middle, so engine should go to operating temperature Does anyone have an idea? I’ve already read a lot that the heat exchanger is clogged, but both hoses on the spray wall to the heat exchanger are equally hot, even after a few km drive #edit has an automatic climate control

  • Air conditioning

Moin, now we have been driving the Ignis for some time and are quite satisfied, also the consumption with approx. 5…5.3 l is fine. My wife sometimes irritates a noise during cornering (I haven’t heard it yet), perhaps of heating or air conditioning. Does anyone know the noise? I ask because it could be warranty relevant. In the workshop you don’t know anything. ???? Wish a good new car year!

  • Suzuki Splash, rear bumper defective

Hello together, as described in the title, the bumper is defective from our 2009 Splash and really has a hole in it. I would like to renew it. Is there an inexpensive alternative to the original part? I had picked up once that the Opel Agila B would be identical to the Suzuki Splash. Is that right? On e… I find only bumpers in desired color for the Agila, but nothing for the Splash…

  • Engine control lamp lights – throttle valve

Hello, can someone give me information whether the Swift built in 2008 , 1,3 ltr. 92 KW has a sensor on the throttle flap? throttle flap was cleaned 4 years ago. 2 months ago the MKL lit up: throttle flap has bent. Error was deleted by a free workshop, re-learned. 3 days ago same game. Workshop appointment stands for early January. Think it makes sense to install a new throttle flap?? Or just clean? Workshop has now naturally well-deserved Weihnac htsurlaub. Mentioned, however, that you may need to see if the Swift has a sensor?! Can someone answer me if the flap only exists OE?? Would like to know how much cost I have to reckon with. Thank you Am NOT from the “Fach” – only an older driver’s kit holder. Please proceed gently with me if necessary: LG Hannah

  • Vitara 2017, standing light flashing in regular rhythm at engine start

Dear Forists I usually drive Renault Kangoo and I know very badly about the Suzuki. Villeicht is a stupid beginner question. I have a problem with the standing light of the Suzuki Vitara 2017, 1.4 liter petrol engine, Allgrip four wheel drive. I leave the light switch on “automatic” and press the start button. After I turn on the ignition, the standing light goes on and off in regular rhythm, about 50 times per minute. The lighting of the dashboard goes in the same way. n Rhythm also on and off. When I switch from automatic to stand light or dipped light, this flash stops. When I start and start the engine, the flash also stops after a few meters. As soon as I drive, I can easily switch the light switch back to “Automatic” or “Off” and the flash does not start again. When I switch off the ignition and then restart the engine, it starts again exactly immediately. Note in the user manual and the Suzuki auto mechanic did not know what to do. Further observations: I am sure that it is not a wobble contact, because the flashing runs completely regularly and reproducibly depends only on the driving condition of the car. The battery is fine. The engine starts immediately even in cold weather.
