Moin, I hope you’ll be able to help me a little bit. Unfortunately, I can’t research the order of the different Suzuki Alto models. My research to date is as follows: As the first model in Germany I identified the model SS80G with 0.8L three-cylinder and 29 kW. Construction time 1979 to 1984. The successor model in Germany is the model EC/CA71 with also 0.8L and 29 kW. Construction time 1984 to 1989. This model closes the model EF with 1.0L engine, with 40 to 43 kW Moto The model FF is connected with a 1.1L engine with 46 kW. Construction time 2002 to 2006. The current model is the model GF with 1.0L engine and 50 kW, built since 2009. Do these data vote? Where are the errors? Can you please help me to assign the models and construction times correctly? Greeting Kester

Rugging at Swift 1.0
Hi guys! Got a question… Drive a Suzuki Swift 1.0 bj.1997, and lately the engine is running a little quiet at the lower speeds, it is jerking a little bit, or the car is jerking something, as if it is held by something and can only drive hard. (as if you had put on the handbrake while driving). But it was ok. Had also had first inspection, everything was ready. Can it lie on the gearbox? Not technically so savvy. Just from the first in The second gear can sometimes be switched without it jerking…How much turns do you turn into the second? Maybe I don’t pull it high enough, mostly up to 3000 rpm. Can it be that the gearbox wants to be generally sensitive to the Swift 1.0? Have read something like this here… Greetings suzuki driver

Suzuki SX4 – Caravan suitable and otherwise good?
Hello, intend to sell my Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCi (130 hp, Diesel Automtik) and buy me a Suzuki SX4 Diesel 1.9 with 120 hp. However, the trailer load is not the biggest in the Suzuki, but it would be enough for me. But do the 120 hp? I often drive pass roads in Switzerland with the team. Furthermore, I would have the choice between the SX4 and the SX4x4. Is the four wheel worth it? Are children’s diseases known at the Suzuki? For a few infos I would be grateful.

Cylinder head gasket / cooling water in oil Saumrai engine G13B
Hello to each other ! I have had a Suzuki samurai for about 8 months, with which I was very satisfied so far. It is the engine G13B, with 70 hp and injector. Recently he stopped after only about 1 km drive, after a short inspection the thing was actually clear: cylinder head seal. The whole cooling was in the oil, I had only recently had controlled, there was still everything OK – so that must have happened quite plötzilch. So off to the workshop around the corner, I have my good a It makes the cylinder head down, and clear thing: seal down, but the head is so uneven that it has to plan a total of 1.5mm ( ! ) in order to get a clean bearing. After he has put everything together cleanly, however, the problem exists, i.e. after half a kilometer the same result, he estimates about 2 liters of cooling water are again in the engine. The master thinks that there must be a second leak, what to find so It would be difficult that the engine is no longer repairable. Now, of course, I am quite insecure; 2 massive leaks simultaneously in one engine? That’s as unlikely as I think! Who has experience with, or can help me find a suitable engine? There is only one oil pipe in the head, since almost only the cylinder head seal can be damaged again, why always. I would be very happy about a few good tips, many thanks in advance! russe, Tom

From Nissan Micra to Suzuki Swift
So… I currently have a Nissan Micra (built in 2003) and I am absolutely dissatisfied, so far I have put a lot of money in this car about repertures and so I just want to see that I get rid of the car. I have decided now for a Suzuki Swift 1.3 92 HP. I have already informed myself a little bit and have decided to import an EU. My question now, where exactly is the difference between EU import and one for the EU import? n German market produced cars, apart from the price? What do I have to pay attention to? What is important etc.? Does anyone also have test reports about the Suzuki Swift or certain websites in the ghetto? Thank you!

Wagon r+ with automatic gearbox restless / jerks while holding
Hello freaks, let me know again, since I am soon with my box monthly in the workshop. Have already asked several questions and you already know my problem car. Wagon R+ 1,3, first registration 12/2000. In Mimosenyellow, the color fits to the car. No, this time it is not a cable break, no engine…. So my wagonle jerks at the traffic light that it could get bad. He has automatic transmission, runs quietly in lukewarm weather, but if it is 25° or warmer, you can get on a As soon as I am standing on the brake, it always starts to jerk, as if you were braking and giving gas at the same time. At the same time, the temperature indicator goes slightly over the middle. (It is exactly as a jerking as with my Vespa, when carburettors or air filters were blocked) Oil and coolant are filled up to the maximum! Spark plugs have already changed. Then the sign lights up with exhaust gas every 2 weeks…. ADAC deletes fault memory (Zündaussetzung 4th spool, 1st spool….), thinks that this can be a lot. Could drive further. Before he squats briefly while driving and then runs however anyway one has registered the tumbling, with above mentioned warning light quite normally further, as if nothing were. From bitter experience I know that the workshop with permanent error, in which the car no longer starts at all for hours looking. How should it happen then, if the error only spo Does anyone know this described problem and have an idea and can advise me? So for your trouble I thank you already in advance, Greeting Big E

Jimny Bj. 2008: Experiences with suppression of four-wheel drive in 4WD-L
Hello, I have now and then with my Jimny 1.3 year 2008 with a horse trailer on solid ground and want to use the reduction without four wheel. For this only two solutions are considered. On the one hand the interruption of the signal from the VTG to the four wheel control unit and on the other hand the installation of manual freewheel hubs. If possible I wanted to save myself the assembly of the manual freewheel hubs. Has someone experience with the interruption of the signal from the V divider transmission made to the all-wheel control unit (see also here). Maybe there are already a few reports. Thanks already & Gruss Tim

Swift GTI (AA) 1.3 Series I
Moin, I have an old Swift GTI, first series of models. Since these cars are hardly on the road it is difficult to get to information about the car and special parts. So if one of you drives the same car he can gladly report for exchange of experience. I am e.g. in possession of the original workshop manuals ( also valid for all other Swift model series I ) and have already started to rebuild the car; although have a lot of spare parts, but still need more material for the car. An important question that no one has been able to answer to me so far is: in which other and subsequent Suzuki vehicles identical parts have been installed? At any rate, there was nothing to be found with the dealers in the vicinity. If someone is here I ask for patience, since I am not on the Internet every day. See you soon!

Suzuki Grand Vitara 2,4l , Temperature indicator
Hello together, I just re-imported a new Grand Vitara 2.4 liters from Denmark- Built in 2008 and everything easy. Unfortunately the manual is in Danish. With me the outdoor temperature indicator does not work. In the display always stands at the place > A < You can change in the set-up menu from F (driving) to C (Celsius) but in no case comes after leaving the temperature indicator. It remains at > A <. Does someone know the trick how to activate it? Many greetings Bali.Mini
