  • Suzuki Swift NZ 1000km inspection costs + engine oil

Hello, I have had a Suzuki Swift NZ (94hp, 30 years edition) for almost 2 weeks. The car is a new car and an EU import. This week the 1000km inspection was due. I had an appointment with a Suzuki contract workshop today. However, some things seem suspicious to me: – I paid 191€ for the 1000km inspection. It seems to me that this is quite high, on the Internet I found 45€, once 60€ and 90€. On the invoice are beside small items (Federschu) tz, small material, oil filters, sealing rings, copper paste, lubricant) two big posts: the assembly of the copper paste (“KUP” with 70€ and 4.5l motor oil to 78€. Isn’t that a bit high? What does it have on it with the copper paste? – As oil a Castro GTX 10W40 has been filled in. A 5 litre canister of it I get as a private person for 21€ from the internet. According to Suzuki, however, a 5W30 is required for the Swift NZ alone. Or did I get the wrong information here? The price of 78€ for 4.5 liters seems to me to be very high here as well. I would rather buy a Mobil1 0W40 New Life myself and let it be filled in. How do you see it? Thank you and many greetings, Dirk

  • IGNIS and “my friend of the tanker”

A really small and agile part of the Ignis. BUT : But what absolutely doesn’t fit and for such a small car is far too much!!!!! THE CONSUMPTION. I drove a little faster and got big eyes on the tank. 10,37 liters Super. The absolute hammer. I tested that again and I really snuck around the corners and was the absolute traffic obstacle. The result: 8,60 liters. So even slower and more underturious is really no longer possible. So for such a mini car is d I’m just driving from tank to tank. I could have kept my 530 dA touring, because he only needed 8.9 Lieter diesel with a much higher spas factor. How is that for you?

  • Suzuki Samurai Built: 03.2003 Gasoline,Immobilizer Bridges

Hello together, I’m new here and unfortunately I have the first question. I have already searched all possible posts unfortunately I only come back again and again on defective diesel immobilizers or retrofitted. Therefore I now ask the question simply possibly. Can who help me further and namely: I am in possession of a Suzuki Samurai from 03.2003 so to speak The facelift with petrol engine unfortunately I have since yesterday the problem that my immobilizer with both keys blocked and It is an original one with a reader on the ignition lock and the brown box next to the steering column. As this happens exactly at Christmas and every resident Suzuki dealer at the earliest from 07.01.20 the work starts I would like to bridge the whole. The vehicle is an important part of my hope and is needed daily for feeding the Rothirschen. The vehicle is not registered and drives only in my car. I have a small workshop and also a Delfi tester to read out (no errors saved) because I mainly only do VW and Audi this is a bit difficult for me with my Susi. I am very grateful for every help. Since the area is 6 hectares large and the feeding places can only be reached with the wheelbarrow without it.

  • Tips for buying the new Vitara

Hello together, I probably have to buy (somewhat unexpected) a new car. My requirements were (or are) -something higher sitting position (you don’t get younger) -Automatics (stau, everywhere traffic jam….) -simple, solid technology -favorable price. There have been over short or long landed at the 1.0 Vitara. It should be bought new or at least as an annual car Therefore I have a few questions that maybe the one or other of you can answer me: -Did he really still have a hatch sel with beard? So no keyless or at least no flipkey? -Can you sit at least for a few hours to 3 back? -Is the automatic harmonic or somewhat hectic? Is there a 111hp cruise control in series? -Is there anything else you have to consider (I drove Lancia and Peugeot for years and don’t know me at all with Japanese people).

  • Suzuki Swift Sport MZ idle speed

Hi, I have a problem with my Suzuki Swift Sport MZ BJ 08 and hope for helpful posts In idle, the number of turns varies by up to 600 rpm. I also have a warranty on the car and have been 3 times because of the problem in the workshop. The first time I had an additional grinding noise. It turns out that the bearing of the climate compressor has turned out. On the side of the workshop it was said that this also has to do with these extreme speed fluctuations. Unfortunately, the changed climate compressor did not solve the problem. The second time, the throttle valve was cleaned. Unfortunately, this did not bring the desired effect. The third time, nothing was done on the car and I could hear a lecture from the workshop master that this is not a problem, but is normal, because it only occurs when the air conditioning is switched on and that is connected to the magnetic coupling. It would also be normal that the I am very dissatisfied with the fact that I do not know about the cars I have driven before. At the moment, I am actually considering taking legal steps, because the workshop refuses to re-improve, since there is no problem in their eyes. Therefore, I hope for opinions or experiences here, whether this is the case with the model described above. I’m getting really desperate because I’m not being taken seriously in the car dealership. Thank you very much in advance!

  • Vitara trailer load 2020 1,200 kg from 2021 1,500 kg

Hello together, can someone tell me why the Vitara from 2020 (ordered in 2020 by the dealer and now delivered and sold) has slowed down a trailer load of only 1,200 kg and is shown in the current catalog a trailer load of 1,500 kg? My dealer has only told me that there is a circular for this. Can one easily increase the trailer load ? Does one have information about this ?

  • Suzuki Jimny vibrates heavily untroled

Hello guys, I’ve been having a Jimny from 2004 with 70,000km I love this car and have huge fun with it, in the terrain like on the road the Jimny is great. Unfortunately, a problem on and the spa factor equals zero. He starts to vibrate, as much as the gear lever shakes with. Very extreme Then braking is not a good idea…which makes the whole thing quite dangerous. that lasts a moment and then disappears again completely, but comes back soon.. it doesn’t come imme r at the same speed, until 40 kmh and from 100 kmh it never happened yesterday to let the track set in the hope that it is. Yes, it had to be set but that didn’t change anything… the vibration is so tact that I thought the bike was eating and going to give me – thanks for all the help already in advance.

  • Type of engine oil?

  • Winter tires for new Jimny

Hello, I thought I would start a new thread because the delivery of my Jimny is getting closer and the other thread is more about delivery time, suitability, purchase decision etc. of the new Jimny. Which winter tires are recommended for the Jimny? Dimension is 195/80R15, alternative 215/75R15 with registration. Great is the selection is not. I have seen the Yokohama BluEarth V905 with mostly satisfactory result in the test. The Bridgestone Blizzak DM-V2 should be very loud and on They are very good at snow and are optically quite respectable with coarser tunnels on the edge. Someone’s experience with it? Which tyres are offered on the “Original” winter bike set from Suzuki? Maybe I should go straight to the larger dimension that is due in summer anyway – there would be still Hankook with which I am actually quite satisfied so far. Do you think this has an effect on the function of the assistance systems? Thank you!
