Hello together I wanted to open a model-independent thread about visits to the Service Center. Background is that I was able to gain some experience and also interested in your experiences. Reason of my visit: My Model S meanwhile has 35,000 kilometers down and since the beginning of the year I have unfortunately had more software problems. This became so annoying last month that I had to restart the MCU very regularly, but also did not always help. e Airbag warning light lit up every 10 minutes for 10 seconds on average and the vehicle took a long time to wake up. In addition, my battery could not be charged to 100%. After a few phone calls, I made an appointment. Expiry: 8 am car delivered, Loaner took away, changed back in the evening. The Loaner should only have been allowed to drive. Self-retention in the event of an accident 2’500 CHF. The owner of the vehicle was Tesla. What was new in the SeC: At the SeC in Bern it is so that the (each person) I think that’s a huge problem, because he was always the guy who clearly had the best control over it. Probably that’s also the reason why my request about the battery for over 5 months was no longer processed and was no longer reacted to any queries. Well: Be it that way… After all, I know what’s going on. The service team in Bern (so not the workshop part, but rather the repair acceptance) is currently supported by another employee from Schlieren. There is too much going on in Bern to be possible with only two people. I also learned that Tesla is in front of a huge software rollout. The current system warp (ERP & everything) is obviously not up to the requests any more. The technician really looked forward to it because he has no time to try everything for hours more. So it seems to be time. The employee was ext rem nice, but rather inexperienced. Probably it would not have been bad if you had worked it a little better. He also stressed several times that he only works as a helper. To my problems: Concerning my battery there is allegedly no problem. They could charge the car at Tesla SuC to 100%. That it was not possible with me was not examined more closely (obviously). For 5 months I hoped there was more. Supposedly the mechanic was 2h at work. I was told that it could not load up to 100% because my charging station was defective. After that I said that it had occurred at many charging stations, UMC and SuC and that they had the data as well. After that it was a fault. It would happen more often that it was all good after the car hung at the SuC in the SeC. Now it was a fault. It would happen that everything was good after the car hung at the SuC in the SeC. yes, maybe I asked too concretely, but I wasn’t quite satisfied with this information. That my vehicle often needs over a minute to start tomorrow was pushed to TeslaFi (quote from the repair report and corrections: “These are symptoms of an external APP that overloads the szstem over.”. The system hangers and airbag warning lamp were able to be made by the fact that the airbag control unit could not be updated with the main software (quote from the Repara turbericht: “Airbag control device is not up-to-date with the version. The control device is manuel programmed.”. Telephone was explained to me that this is mostly due to USB devices. One should always remove the USB stick before updates. In addition, the USB stick should be maximum 32 GByte. Small Funfact: The guy with whom I telephoned did not know that the vehicle is in the SeC. He told me that I could look briefly. I asked if he wanted me to come to you. E rst then he realized: Oh, the vehicle is with us. They are all very nice, offer coffee for coffee, but quite satisfied I am not. The software is a bit shaky and the employees could know a little better with the vehicles. 210 CHF net for a car charging does not kill me, but is also not a bargain. The rest was guarantee. Next week we have two MX to regular service. Then I update here, if something special passier t. And now, of course, I’m interested in your experiences.

Real costs of a “fuel filling” at a price of e.g. 50ct/kWh
Hello, I don’t have a Tesla yet, but I would like to inform myself before. Suppose my Tesla has a range of 600km and the tank is at 0km. Now I am tanking at an e-charging column at a price of 50kWh. What does that cost me then? According to my calculations about 20 Euro. Can that be?! With billing method..[Translation adapted by Motor-Talk.]

The Tesla App – Questions, Updates, Discussions
Quotation: @ballex wrote on 8 March 2017 at 13:12:01: Now a stupid question as not yet Tesla driver: What can you do with the app, which is not also in the car? Is it only comfort (not to run to the car) or offers the real added value? I know that so that the car can be unlocked without a key (then stupid, if at the destination without a key there is no mobile phone network) and thus the heating/air conditioning system (but not the seat heating) from a distance who The Commission’s position is as follows:

Egg-laying wool-milk sow: Which taycan is the best?
I’ve been looking for a Taycan for a long time now. I don’t really care about FL or VFL. I’m looking for “just the egg-legging wool-milk sow and want to explore it in this thread. Only Performance Plus batteries & air suspension!! Think that it would be helpful if you brought your experiences with a pros and cons to the respective model. Relevant factors: -Weight/sportiness -Consumption/efficiency/battery capacity -Value loss -Acceleration 0-100 60-120 etc. (Evtl has already gained experience here) -Allrad Yes/No -Brakes (steel, PSCB, PCCB) -not mentioned factors, which are important Thank you for the exchange in advance & a nice weekend!

Porsche Taycan & Macan Elektro – pioneering or too late?
Electric mobility is on everyone’s lips, and Porsche is relying on a clear future strategy with the Taycan and the upcoming Macan electrics. But how forward-looking are these vehicles really? On the one hand, the Taycan impresses with its performance, range and technology – many see it as a real milestone for sporty electric vehicles. Also, the electric Macan promises to set standards in its segment. On the other hand, there are still discussions about the R are these models a real signpost for the future of e-mobility, or is Porsche possibly too late to take a leading role? I’m curious to hear from you: • Are Taycan and Macan Elektro forward-looking enough to further drive electric mobility? • What challenges and opportunities do you see in the development of Porsche towards e-mobility? • And is electromobility? Overall the right strategy for the future? Let’s discuss!

When does the spoiler leave at the Taycan?
Hello together, I read that the spoiler runs partially or completely at two to three different speeds at the Taycan. However, in the instrument cluster only under “Range Mode” from 90kmh looks that the spoiler runs out. With other driving modes the symbol does not light up. Does it only travel with Range Mode?

Timer Settings Load
I’ve been dealing with the topic of charging my taycan for several days now. at the timer I’ve made a timer charge to 85% until next day 06.00 at the profile I’ve made a location-dependent setting with charging time between 22.00 and 06.00 because then I have the favorable tariff I can do what I want, but the car always starts to charge in both falls immediately, at the timer is then battery charged at zb 20.00 and at the profile is battery charged tomorrow at 06.00, but if I the car to zb 17. Uhr to house connect to the wallbox then it starts to charge after all. what am I doing wrong ? it’s too cold for me now every evening to have to put the plug in at 22 o’clock 🙂

Porsche Charging Lounge not in the Navi?
I had a strange experience today: On the way back home I wanted to charge in the Porsche Charging Lounge Bingen. In order for the Taycan to pre-conditioning the battery, I wanted to enter the lounge in the Navi as a charging destination. With the filter “charging columns” the Navi does not find its own lounge! Without the filter immediately, but then he did not preheat the battery (I had time, so I tried it out). Yes, I know that it goes through the app, but that’s not my point. Is this not possible via the charging point menu in the Navi?

Which battery and charging options for the Taycan pre-facelifting model
As a successor to our Phaeton, we consider buying a second-hand TaicanCT. Timeless elegance, German value work, which is special, air suspension, four-wheel drive, controllable ground clearance, large trunk, comfort seats, plenty of glass, sufficient power reserves and gigantic price decline for four-year-old luxury – sounds familiar. However, when it comes to smarting, I now stumble over incomprehensible information: According to Wikipedia ALL Taycans have a system voltage of 800 volts. However, I always read only about charging with 400 volts DC. For me that doesn’t fit together. Or is there any hardware and/or software upgrade, because Porsche was at first faster than the charging infrastructure in D and you can now charge 800V. Or can all current fast charging column now 400 and 800 volts DC? Thank you very much.

Tesla Mobility
Is the reason why everyone turns over to take an autonomous car to the road, a new business model?? Here is what is told of the “Tesla Mobility” with miles selling. …now I understand why SuC is being built everywhere, and why the electronic tank trunks should come… Several people have a car together that autonomously drives to bring the father to work, then the neighbour’s children are brought to school, after which the grandmother drives shopping u.s. .w. A billion-dollar business. Page 2 in the link (page 1 also interesting)http://www.handelsblatt.com/…/12200790-2.htmlhttp://www.wallstreet-online.de/…/…esla-motors-kollisionskurs-uber MfG RKM
