  • Buying / leasing advice Taycan GTS Sport Turismo Gen.1 (Needed)

Hello E-community, would like to replace my X5 E70 Diesel (M50d) after 6 years and 125tkm with an electric Porsche. Driving profile fits (mainly short distances 50-70km / day), think so 15-18tkm / year. Why Taycan: Find the part incredibly successful (optical) Why GTS: Interior equipment I find bomb (Alcantara Fan resp. Race Tex) and I think this here the value loss, if you like me buy a used for such 80-85t€, could not be quite so crazily. Why Sp Ort Turismo (Get more in and find it more sporty). Now the question of buying for 85t€, planned to keep 3-4 years. Vs. Leasing via Porsche Zentrum (or there are cheaper alternatives) When leasing, the risk is not with me, but the value loss is priced in. When buying, however, the risk is with me, the loss after 4 years is not as high as the leasing. Is there anything else to consider in the equipment, except the performance battery and the heat pump. lte? Living in the countryside, I don’t think I need the rear axle steering. Would buy private / leasen (no company). Maybe someone has already asked the same question here. Greetings

  • Active Ride chassis and Taycan 4 Sport Limousine

Hello, Porsche actually says that the Active Ride chassis is intended for all four-wheel versions of the Taycan. However, it is not configurable for the Taycan 4 Sport Limousine. Does anyone know what this is about? And when this should come? Thank you!

  • Taycan FL series battery vs. performance battery Plus recuperation

Hello, I couldn’t find a clear answer either at Porsche or in the official press releases and hope that someone here knows more. The new performance battery in the FL model is completely different chemically from that of the pre-FL. I would be interested: Is the FL serial battery simply the battery from the pre-FL or is it a similar version of the FL performance battery Plus with lower capacity? What makes me stutzig: The weight underlay d between the two FL batteries is just 5 kg. The higher range and extra power are not decisive for me, but the FL performance battery Plus can recuperate with up to 400 kW instead of 300kW when braking. Can the FL serial battery also? That would be a decisive reason for me to buy it. Thanks in advance for your information!

  • Taycan FL calculated charging end during AC charging

A question to the Taycan drivers: Is it also the case with you that at the beginning the end of the charging shows much later than it has to be after the charging quantity? This is usually corrected down, but I don’t know that from my other BEVs, that’s quite true from the beginning. I plugged in at 60% today and entered 85% as the charging target. Currently (10.25 o’clock) it shows me a charging level of 63% and the charging target reached at 14.03 o’clock. So there are 22% SOCs missing, which then make up 23.1 kWh in relation to the gross capacity of 105 kWh. Even if you add 10% charging losses, that would be only 25.4 kWh, which would have to be inside in 2.5 hours with a charging power of 10.2 kW. So the charging target would be reached at 12.55 o’clock at the latest and thus more than 1 hour earlier than the indicated time of 14.03.

  • Taycan Purchase – How would you sort?

Hello Stromer, how would you sort – and why – these 3 cars? (1 would be the best)https://finder.porsche.com/…/porsche-taycan-4s-used-W7DD9Z?…https://finder.porsche.com/…/…-taycan-turbo-s-used-X8RKLP?…https://finder.porsche.com/…/porsche-taycan-gts-used-6QOZVP?… Thank you Chris

  • New big battery in used taycan?

What I was thinking: Would it be possible to install a new, large battery into a brewed Taycan? Wouldn’t it be cool if Porsche offered this option. Maybe it needs a slightly modified software. Disadvantage with expensive e-cars is that the value loss is relatively high. Advantage is, however, that a new battery does not cost equal to 50% of the vehicle as with small cars, but maybe only 20 or 25%. Then one could get a used Taycan with 150000 km cheap with a small battery 71 kWh net) and a new, large battery (97 kWh net), with which the drive is largely new. For the old battery there is certainly still a lot to do. It doesn’t have to go right into SecondLife. Whether Porsche could offer such a thing? BMW did this at i3. j. PS: Matching Taycan 4S e.g.: https://link.mobile.de/gpt88p23uxj5aEeu7 (approx. 58000 €, small battery, approx. 144,000 km)

  • Porsche Taycan test drive

Servus, I currently own a Mercedes GLE 350de and am ready to hand it over. I came up with the idea to take advantage of the loss in value of a Taycan. Now I would like to drive a Taycan 4s from 2021 and directly from the PZ to the rehearsal. I would be interested to see if I can get a Taycan for a weekend to the rehearsal to test the range, everyday fitness and other aspects that take a little longer time. Thank you for your H Help and experience! LG Chris

  • Taycan production stop due to braking problems

… actually we would have wanted to take over our new Taycan 4S these days. Since we had a June slot, he should have been in the PZ in the meantime. Today I learned that he is probably already in production, but because of the problems with the brake hoses on the front axle is not being built further. Can anyone confirm the production stop? Google spits out nothing to a production stop, but that there is a callback for all Taycans, in which the front brake cables g https://www.google.com/search?…

  • Taycan Innodrive or not?

Hi, stand close to the order of a Taycan 4S CT. I have a normal Taycan test drive today. It’s already a lot of fun. The presenter has Innodrive on board. But that has frankly bothered me rather. Not only that it slows down for my feeling too early. It keeps the prescribed speed exactly as often described. Dh on the highway then it already felt like an eternity down to exactly 100 km/h. Yes…. is legal. But it seems unnatural. At BMW you can have a This makes it almost unusable for me. In my current BMW I have track retention assistance and ACC with traffic sign recognition. However, you have to take over the detected speeds at the push of a button. Better but not perfect. My questions: – how much do you use the Innodrive or turn it off anyway? Is it quite expensive, that you don’t use it at all in the end. – can I use the station wagon lane retention assistant and dynamis sche ACC “semiautonom” drive, have a traffic sign recognition, it is kept in the track on the Aufobahn, keeps the speed and I have to “just adjust the speed itself? Or does it need Innodrive? Which also irritated me in comparison to the BMW (power of habit): There is no quick way to adjust the speed in 10 km/h steps. I can pull back before and then have 1 step. And if I hold down for a long time also 10s. But times e like in the BMW from 120 to 100 switched with “click click” I didn’t get it. Did I miss anything? How do you do it in practice? What surprised me: The leader was really flat like a flounder. Madness. And he didn’t even have the wave stabilization from the board, which I have on my list. Does it make a difference again? Does it pay off? Or does it make it even harder? Because that’s how the car on the highway was a dream! Thank you!

  • 2024 Taycan II: Range and charging speed significantly improved

On autobild Online you can find some interesting values for Taycan Facelift. With the pre-production car the range was about 520 kilometers. Well, in California, but still in real life and not on the test bench. From 8 to 80% SOC the Taycan II was loaded in 16 minutes. If these values confirm themselves in reality and Porsche does not hit all too much at the Taycan prices, the Taycan II stands for the next new purchase with me on the note. Porsche not changed: The very successful design from my point of view.
