hello love with toyota-drivers I am now more active at mt and what bothers me. there are here own areas for the “big” manufacturers (bmw, audio, vw) and the area “other manufacturers” where our brand belongs, but also renault (as an example) so far so good but what does honda do with the big brands?? in the honda forum there are 6 contributions!!!!! everyone from the group “other manufacturers” has more! why have peugeot, renault (both over a thousand, ren) ault even 2t amounts) or toyota (840 amounts) no own areas under brands and models?? why is there not even a division into the different vehicle groups in the renault and toyota forum (zb avensis or corolla)?? so if it should be because no moderaters can be found, I like to volunteer and I’m sure I’m not the only thing the others think about it?? greetings from the peugeot forum

What size did the old CV ????

Buy MR2? Insurance, tax etc…
Hello all, I did my driver’s license two weeks ago and I’m interested in a very old (so 88) MR2. I just want to have something to turn around for the beginning i.e. with the car is not driven much (don’t depend on driving somewhere). Now my question: Is it possible to buy n MR2 for so 1000€ (or even less)? It would be best if I got one for a couple of 100€ which has another one to two years Tüv and then comes into the press. Is that correct with Toyota repair and parts very cheap. Is that true? I can’t screw myself, but n friend of mine is a mechanic who could help me if something breaks down. What about taxes and insurance? Could the car run over my father (which is at the HUK 35%) I don’t want to spend more than 60€ a month with it? Do you think I could get there with my project? or should I rather forget all this? I’d be glad if you could keep helping me.

Buy ’96 Corolla?
Hello everybody, I’m looking for a used car between 3000 and 5000 euros. I noticed a Toyota Corolla year 1996 on the Internet, 75 hp, 77.503km, ABS, EZ/02/1996, AU 02/2007, is supposed to cost 4500 euros. It is offered by a Toyota dealer who used the car himself for the staff (“Housekeeper drives with it to another branch”. This indicates that the car could not have been driven particularly considerately, on the other hand it should do So far I have not been able to see the car yet, so I wanted to ask in advance what I should pay attention to when looking at it. Is the price ok? Since there is hardly any used Toyota on the market, I am not quite clear about real street prices. Is there such a thing as the purchase advice Primera also for the Corolla? What does it look like with the Corolla with the maintenance, workshop or spare parts costs? Many thanks already in advance for Your tips!

Maintenance intervals Diesel Toyota
A good year ago I bought a 1/2-year-old Passat Variant 1.9 TDI 96 KW after I had informed myself about the Avensis or Corolla Verso as diesel at the Toyota-Händer on site. The decisive factor for my decision was the maintenance intervals of 15 TKM for oil changes etc., which is decisive for me as a frequent driver (about 42 TKM p.a.). I had and did not want to leave the car there every 4 months. At the TDI’s I come to inspection intervals of between 33 and 38 TKM. How do the intervals at Toyota look today with the new diesel engines ? Greetings and a beautiful WE Gausy

cheap old diesel from Toyota
Hi! I’m looking for an old cheap Toyota to ride a lot! Have a new job now and have to drive many kilometers a year. min. 30,000 and more! I noticed that until recently there was hardly a diesel from Toyota with min. 90 hp! Corolla or Carina I imagined. Only there are those with less hp. Carina E max with 83 hp than 2.0 TD. Corolla to E11 only with 72 hp. But I’ve heard of a Carina E with 98 hp as TD (16V ???) . ??? Has one experienced with a diesel toyo from before the D4D time? MFG

Old Toyota Supra Mark3
What are the driving performance of the part with 175kW? With 6.5 seconds from 0-100 you should be the traffic light king? Was the lock differential standard or is the rare special equipment?http://autoscout24.de/…/detail.asp?… Are there any special flaws or only the usual ones for such cars? Rust in the wheel runs? Leaks on the Targa roof? Does the differential last? How fast is the clutch? Wear on the rack steering? And before I pass through half of Germany gondola: how are the space conditions for people with 1.95m height? Can I also take with me some fond passengers? (they are then only 1.80m) Greetz Alf

Questions about Avensis T22
Hello, I would like to ask the experts about the Avensis T22 (Facelift, BJ2002, preferably 1.8 petrol): -Can you install a DIN radio with reasonable effort? What does the whole thing look like at the end? In older Avensis the non-Toyota radio always protruded quite far out of the console and it looked quite crafted. -I have already read a lot about the autogas conversion, some warn about the valve shafts, others not. As an outsider one can hardly assess whether the on-board Is there any experience of people making the modifications? How big is usually the spare wheel dump tank at above-mentioned Avensis? Is the approved payload sufficient? For example, with the Corolla Kombi Diesel it is just about 400kg, even if the petrol tanker should stand a little better there, it is still not particularly luxuriant for an otherwise relatively large car. -Are there other vulnerable parts besides the brakes? If I have seen it correctly, the r 1.8 Gasoline a control chain, so no timing belt changes? -What tire / rim sizes are standard on the car? Thank you, Jens

at 112,000 km of scrap !!!
6 years ago I bought a Toyota RAV4 Executive, Diesel EURO 5, so with almost everything there was, used with 30,000 km for EUR 32,000,-. I kept the car regularly waiting in the Toyota specialist workshop. A few days ago came warning messages ” engine check ” and ” four-wheel drive check “. I drove of course straight to my Toyota workshop and got after examination the notice that the engine is defective the throttle flap, the cost of such a part would be EUR 700,00 and the automatic transmission (at 120,000 km ) is defective. Costs of this repair would be EUR 10,000,- to EUR 12,000,-. I got for it today for the car from a dealer in the context of a purchase of a used EUR 3,000,-. So I broke with this car in 6 years EUR 29,000,-. Of course I did not buy a Toyota anymore and can not recommend it to anyone because of this experience.

Why do Toyota hybrids polarize like that?
Hi, Toyota-Interested Since I drive a RAV4 hybrid and my wife a Yaris hybrid, I am interested in these two car models. In both forum arms there are some posts that deal with the consumption of these models. And nowhere is so levelless discussed as there. By chance I have now discovered that also in the Carina, Avensis, Camry arm somehow the same discussions take place. I ask myself (and you): Why do i.d. diesel drivers usually have some g egen Hybride? Or just make the trolls wide here at Motor Talk. On a nice debate M.
