Moin, I’m currently driving a Skoda Karoq Sportsline, which is why I want to place the topic here – although everyone can certainly help me with leasing experience within the VW Group … And that’s why the Karoq is leased (as before also Seat and VW) – but I have always been ALWAYS with all the vehicles for all the maintenance work in the respective contract workshops, mostly even in the car dealerships where the vehicles were bought. To have an oil change as well as possibly renewing the brakes in the back in a free workshop, I only wonder if this could have some negative effect on the leasing return – or other things to consider – how are your experiences? Thank you and many greetings

Oiling the engine
Moin together! I hope someone here has experience with oiling the engine oil. I would like to change my new Karoq (1.5 TSI), which was delivered with 0W20 to 5w30. with VW 504 00 & 507 00 release. My question would ultimately influence the guarantee. The vehicle is delivered with both oils as first filling. It probably depends on what is at hand. I have already asked my dealer. I am still waiting for the answer. Greetings Karl

Moin Moin. Does anyone already have information when the facelift is presented and whether the 200 hp diesel comes in the caroq or whether it remains with the 150 hp? Best regards

Motor oil with 1.5 Ltr. petrol
Hello someone can tell me what kind of engine oil (specification) the plant has been refilled during delivery. Don’t want to call again unfriendly. There is also no oil trailer in the engine compartment and there is nothing in the operating instructions. In the info display only the days or km until the next service is displayed and when changing oil it only shows me strokes.

A (unfortunately negative) experience report about the company / webshop kopacek.com…
…as one or the other vllt. knows, a shop in the Czech Republic, which sells parts and accessories around Skoda cars. Just thought as information, to possibly protect one or the other from damage… I made an order there of various items, among others also original Skoda dirt catcher for my Karoq. Processing and delivery completely ok. Then however, found that the rear dirt catcher as well as other parts did not fit my car. According to their webshop however „.pas send for all the Karoq models…- So asked by e-mail. Get a quick answer: … doesn’t fit for your vehicle…. Ask again: …but is there for everyone…? Answer: …yes, but does NCHT say “for Facelift”–hää? For me, “everybody is clear and clear. I could send it back, but I have to lubricate the delivery costs of 15 euros at the cheeks. And what should I say: half an hour after my complaint, the articles in their shop say: “…suitable for all Karoq models (only f For vehicles manufactured up to KT 09/2022)…”

Front brakes
I have a caroq built in 2017. In December it was the first time during the inspection. It was found that the two front brake discs were completely corroded inside (thick rust layer). The exteriors were normally retracted. Both brake discs and the pads were exchanged for a fee, although I have 5 years warranty (brakes are excluded from the warranty). Now I have found that the front brake discs are corroding again on the inside. Dealer I was with today calls this a normal problem when the car is driven little. I think that the brakes have a defect. Did someone from the forum find something similar?

Comfort opening tailgate
Good evening, I have recently been the owner of a used Karoq Selection Bj 12/2023, 110kW Diesel with Kessy. The tailgate can be opened and closed electrically from the driver’s seat at the push of a button and the tailgate. Unfortunately, the contactless opening or the virtual pedal of the tailgate is missing. Since both of us, my wife and I are a little older grandparents, the above equipment would be helpful for larger purchases. Can you retrofit this? What do I need to do with it? Tergert

OEM Glow Candle with Pressure Sensor with NGK Glow Candles possible to install?
Moin love community I bought a light candle with pressure sensor (03L 905 061 L ) for my vehicle at Classifieds. I wanted to build it with glow candles from NGK (888). Now I was told to build only light candles from the same manufacturer. Can anyone tell me if that is true or can you neglect it? Does anyone know who the manufacturer of the OEM light candle is?

Fill up AdBlue
Hello together, I have a question to fill up the AdBlue. Basically I know how to do it and I’ve done it a lot already. But with my Karoq the stuff just doesn’t want to flow properly into the tank. It gets stuck in the filler nozzle, then it glows and bubbles and man really hears how the stuff is running very slowly. Obviously a problem with the venting. I know that there were extra fillers with venting for the first Audi models at that time. m Karoq too ? I have MJ 2019 To refuel 5 liters of AdBlue via canister I need about 10 min because of the whole waiting time to rerun. And there is always something up there. Do you have a similar problem?
