Light-off control *important*
Hello! I bought a “light-out control” before, so a part that beeps when the ignition is off and the light is still on, it honestly finds it vnervy, that something like that was not in the Golf 2 series, especially since it is only a tiny part, which in the production certainly only costs a few cents! Behind it is now a guide, it says that the one (of the two cables) cable (red) should be attached to the securing socket of a headlamp, and the blue one to the self I’m sure there are 2 dozen fuses, which is for the standlight and which for the ignition! Need urgent help, wanted to install it today, during the week I always have so little time! @Leinad, you know so well with the GOlf 2, maybe you can tell me the how much security that is! KW coilover suspension
So I wanted to equip my Golf 3 with a coiled suspension of KW (variant 2 or 3 ), so I wanted to ask what experiences you had with the chassis. Are there known problems or something like that??? Does anyone know if I have to do something on the fender when I first screw it to 60/40. (Do I still have the standard tyres of 185/60 R14 82T on it) Or do I need track spreads??? Does anyone know if you still get 60/40 in underground garages, or are there any problems??? Greeting Golf3

A little stupid question, but I’d like to know how far you’re getting out of the corridors, so when you’re going from 1st to 2nd and when in 3rd and so on. Best of all, at which km/h display on the speedometer! Maybe also differences between driving sparingly and racing!

Acceleration top, speed bad…
Hi LeutZ… I have a problem which I don’t think is one or maybe one could be…. Fact: Golf 3 GT BJ: 93 90PS 1.8 MKB: ABS tyres: 7.5X16inch 215/40/R16 Good Year Eagle F1… And I just tested my top speed my test track was from Hamburg/Nettelnburg the A25 to Geesthacht (for the local *G*) motorway is a distance of 22km and there I gave gas once until I didn’t go… 1. Try: Drive all gears up to 5500 UPM final speedkei t 178 at 4900 UPM 2.Test: Normal accelerates 5 gears pure and gas fully penetrated emd speed 172 then fell short after AB exit Bergedorf then I was so fast again around 178 and that quite at 4900 UPM… What seemed strange to me when I drove out the gears up to 5500 UPM was I in the 4th walk at 160 (all speedometers) and then I sounded in the 5th and it seemed to me as if I was standing there was no acceleration more correct it took forever until I was on 178 was the 5th gang so laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang ?? well, maybe you can express yourself because I have my appearance 180 Max…is it so heavy on the mature ? I drive around with 2.2 bar air pressure maybe it can have something to do with it … well what makes me a little more unsure that my colleague also manages Golf 3 GL 90 PS ABS motor… with 175 winter mature over 200….we were 2 people in the car me and he then 2 pcs 2 monitor and 2 bags vol. L packed… Do I have to worry or not ??? P.S.: Luffi new half year old, oil change made 10W40 Valvoline no 10000 km ago the oil is not smeared nothing so not black super clean nor…ignition candles are new Beru Ultra…

Hartmann vs Bastuck
Hello everyone, am still at the superior plant which I should use for my Golf III GTI 85 KW Bj 92… -the complete Hartmann plant costs 625,00 EUR, the Bastuck costs approx. 550.00 EUR. -the processing of the Hartmann should be very good, which the Bastuck partly inaccurate… -the performance increase of the Hartmann is indicated with 4-5 ps, with Bastuck I have not received any information yet… -Speakingly everyone tells something else about the plants ???… -how about the support bark Is there any of the two systems and the resale value??? -what else to consider? -what tüv experiences have you made (no desire for stress!) -can you retrofit a racing cat at Bastuck? -who knows a cheap Hartmann/Bastuck dealer -thanks in advance, alec

Golfer, unite!
I think that theme is worth a thread of its own. I hope yours very much the same… The idea is to make the friends of the golf’s or other VW fans recognizable. There are already various idden (small sticker on the grill, bar on the grill etc.). Man could naturally also install a small MT as a VW logo, look certainly funny, or something else instead of the VW logo. The detection level would then be high, one could say hello and I think many would join. Do you have suggestions (like layouts as attachments)? Criticism, ideas?
