The information from the VW workshop said: This has to be installed by the workshop, because the radio is connected to the diagnostic grave in the car and then has to be changed with the new radio or on the diagnostic device. Otherwise the electronics in the car would break… Installation costs: 150,00 EUR Radio costs: 89,00 EUR *gr ml* Do you know if the statement of the workshop is correct. Speed goes up in idle
A buddy has the problem with his lupo that the speed goes up when he lets the car roll out with the clutch pedal pressed. The speed rises to about 1800 rpm. Engine identification is ALL, 1.0L. Year of construction 1999. He got the problem after he cleaned the throttle flap (actually one expects it to run better after cleaning, but well…). Previously the problem was not. Workshop has tried with basic setting. Didn’t help. l looking at the throttle valve. It does not close completely. It remains a very small gap. With the hand you can press on the throttle valve and then close it completely. When closing you can feel a small resistance, which does not come through the flap itself, but from the poti? Can the poti have been damaged when cleaning the throttle valve? Can you change the idle position of the throttle valve (that it continues to go)? Where does “usually” the wrong air come from if you look at the throttle valve. Is there something you could test to find out what it can hang on? Thank you.

Find part on shock absorber.. Polting while driving

Valve cover seal sdi rubbers of standing bolts
Moin moin, Just got the valve cover down as the engine is suffing. Only one seal of the standing bolts found. Of course only the seal ordered in advance because I had the lid for the first time and knew nothing about these small seals. Will I buy from VW which ones tomorrow but how do I get them installed? Can I screw the standing bolts in first and then put the lid on it?

Lupo 3L – Power steering / steering aid is sporadic
Hi guys, I occasionally miss the power steering (on average 2 to 3 times a month, sometimes for a long time nothing again relatively often). This does not happen while driving, but when starting the engine. Not when the car was long, but when it only stood for a few minutes and then I start again. The failure is not temperature dependent, a restart does not help. Error code read out: 00570 – Relay for steering motor (J509) / 35-10 — Sporadic 00569 – Power steering motor / 27- 10 – unplausible signal – Sporadic As I have read here in the forum, I have already pressed the relays onto the relay carrier. LUPO SDI Saufast ???

Lupo 1.0l no longer moves
Hello people, When I was this morning at 10 o’clock on the way into the swimming pool I noticed immediately after switching on that the idle speed was not normal at about 700upm guess I is (according to tacho) but on about 1200upm. That made me think. Then I started. when I was 2 minutes on the highway (after 10km driving distance all in all) caught on the tacho this motor energy.. so this motor with the current sign in yellow to start flashing. My operating instructions b I didn’t notice anything else, except the flashing of this yellow motor current led?!. I drove about 110 km/h. Then when I was 1 minute later under 100km/h the light went out again. After a while it came back again. When I got down from the highway (after 18km), I fell on that the engine did not pull at all. Then shortly before the swirl, I was sent back, because I had my Lupo 1.0l, BJ 12/2001, only 2 weeks. mmbad I had to drive up a light mountain in the 1st gear!!. Because in the 2nd the speed fell despite full gas!! Normal I can drive the light mountain in the 3rd gear. Then just on the way home was the leeer speed when switching on again to approx. 1200upm. And this yellow motor-current light lit directly up, the whole return drive over. When I arrived at home then the empty speed was also again on approx. 800upm (maybe because motor was then warm?) And he pulled still normal, so son The Lupo has 55,000km on it. I still have 2 years of this MPR guarantee. Oil and water also enough in it. Where can the problem lie? Thanks a lot!
