Car Lupo 1.0 Bj. 1998 and 37 kw, Gasoline Hello, the Lupo of my daughter went out during the ride and has not started since then. With start pilot it ignites and the engine “runs” is sprayed so long. Gasoline pump buzzes, petrol filter I have changed. Pump also seems to pump gasoline. The further course of the gasoline supply does not open to me. A petrol hose leads to the “bar” with the injection nozzles. A second, with fabric sheathed, thicker, to the housing with the throttle valve. The second one does not come directly from the rear. Bzw it leads from the tank coming forward right (in driving direction) to a cylindrical housing. Under/behind the headlight. From there back again and through a child fist large, filter-like housing with a cable connection (2 adrig) turn. Then to the said entrance under the throttle flap. Unfortunately I don’t know any help with injection and I am not up to date with the car technology. The ignition device described over 30 years ago I have returned to the electric pump.

AUC runs restless and has less pressure than an air pump
Hello guys, my engine capacity monster ( AUC ) is running like on 3.5 pötten, as soon as you tap on minimal gas it runs quietly. When driving , yes it’s already an air pump, it feels like it has somehow max. 20hp (welcomely appreciated ). But from the sound, couldvman think that there are 2.0 16V in it (volume moderate) candles, cables and LuFi are new. Timing belts according to previous owners are not yet old. The PCV valve (you can blow through from both sides so) seems free to be. Errors are not in the memory. (From I read out with VCDS) Has an idea (only meaningful statements please) or comes from the vicinity of 44577 Castrop-Rauxel and could look at it? Compression I once wanted to measure, only could not find a measuring device.

16891 Idle control P0507 (speed above target value) – Need help
Hi, bin proud owner of a 2000er Lupos (VW Lupo 6X/6E 1.0, 50 PS, 999ccm) engine code: AUC. But have the following problem: the speed fluctuated quite slightly to medium, to this the error blows on me the engine light. In the meantime, however, it runs again very well and keeps the speed constant at 1000 revolution, which seems to be too high (according to statements from others). In the cold as well as warm condition it is 1000 revolution. In the cold condition it fluctuates, in the warm condition it is better. Have already done some things and thus almost all the errors eliminated, currently stands in it –> “16891 idle speed control P0507-35-00 – speed over target value”. (VCDS read out). I can screw and also have my own original VCDS, which is ahead. The Lupo is thought as a second car for the city and actually I didn’t want to invest much, but as it always happens, I am still doing this, then he runs at least neatly and a motor light bothered me too. So was dirty. the AGR really cool was made.

Problem lock and ZV driver door
Hello, I have two problems with the lock of my driver’s door: a) I can turn the key to the left and right until the normal stop – but nothing happens, it doesn’t lock anymore and when I press the button from the inside over the passenger side I can’t open the button from the outside either. B) was already the ZV at the driver’s door out of function before, started so that he immediately opened up again from time to time after the lock. For some time, the ZV on the driver’s side doesn’t go at all, but the ZV does itself, because it works from the passenger side. Does someone have a tip where to start making things? That both things have nothing to do with each other is clear to me.

VW Lupo doesn’t want any more
lupo 1.4 16v? BJ 2000? The car no longer jumps because the immobilizer is defective at the beginning he sometimes went on and off again and at the 2 or 3 attempt he ran, but now nitch’s more Vw has replaced control unit with immobox and ignition ring and key learned nothing helped vw was at a loss… mistake he didn’t say any they…(and I knew in the aftermein why I then checked fuses and relays were all ok Then I groped around and found out that it really makes the immobilizer the worse because the engine gets no air, the esp throttle flap remains closed, and no reasonable ignition spark is to be seen, moreover it doesn’t even smell like gasoline injection is also out of the pump running fault memory with various devices is not possible I think almost the engine control unit is locked since nothing is going at all Am right now at the end with my Latin someone has a solution to handle the measured or fix Must have had made the car expensive

VW Lupo – Problems with locks – Exchange?
The lock from the tailgate is defective, it doesn’t turn and so I want to expand it and see why it clamps and replaces it if necessary. As far as I’ve made myself smart so far, there are a few handles on the back of the tailgate in the pole that are to be completed. Of course, first dismantle the panel and then the mechanics become visible. There are connections that have to be hung out and above all pull off the handle that holds the lock and then hit the lock in from the outside. So I understood this process. The installation is then easier because you can insert the handle and the lock snaps in. Since the lock on the driver’s side also clamps a bit and to need only one key I have thought of changing all locks but I did not find a complete offer. Is there such a thing, a complete lock set for the lupo? That is ignition lock, door lock right/left and tailgate?

Foot seal throttle valve MKB AKQ
Hello & good evening My name is Chris and I’m new here in the forum. Is my first Lupo. However, I had 2 Arosas and a Polo 6N before. So not completely undecided. Now I removed and cleaned the throttle valve during my new purchase (Lupo 75 PS 16v, 116tkm, EZ 98, engine identification letter AKQ). Definitely no mistake. I once heard that with the engine the DK spoiled quite quickly? Now it made me stutzig that I found there no foot seal. Can that be? And if yes, I can “room” the one from sealing paper myself , thanks in advance Chris

Zyl.1 Lupo 1.4
Servus, our Lupo is ill, since about 1/2 year the control light “Zündausssetzung Zyl.1”, engine runs in the stand restless, about 500UMIN. (the friendly V.A.G. dealer says no problem, continue driving). But now it annoys me, so that I first changed the candles, problem still there. At the V.A.G. dealer then still the Zünkabel and the ignition unit changed, no improvement… then he said new head on it, as already described in the forum several times (but only 1.0 engine). Lupo has 50,000km on it, Built.2002, VW does not refund any culantity according to the PC request. My question: could the problem also come from a defective injection valve, because head change is quite expensive, therefore I want to go safely. There are other ways( request at VW) if they show no culantness.

VW Lupo 1.4 TDI value ?
Meal, would like to know what else my loop would bring … VW Lupo 1.4 TDI (motor code AMF), 370xxxkm run, first registration in 07/2003, Great inspection with everything made at 368.xxxkm, Very well maintained condition with 1 previous owner. On extras he has power steering, El. window lifter, display window rear, El. exterior mirror, fog lights, cruise control, comfort opening by key for front window, central locking, alarm system, aluminum rims (Ancora STP Run with new Uniroyal Rainsport 3 ~400Km), winter tires are new on steel rim (Nexen Winguard SnowG WH2 185/55R14), MFD Navi with Yatour interface for USB/SD plug-in card connection with GPS antenna on the roof. Unfortunately he has no DPF and therefore only Euro 3 as classification, and also no air conditioning.
