hello we bought a passat bj 2000 4 months ago. right in the first days he started to smoke and went out constantly while driving. the error, defective throttle valve unit was replaced free of charge by the dealer. now comes the hammer. for 2 days he is standing with a motor damage in the workshop of this dealer. however, he does not want to give guarantee, because it is a spark plug, of which the medium electrode has broken off and fallen into the engine and since the spark plugs are wearables now, he does not have to give any guarantee. since we would have just had pech meant he. ngk, however, there is 2 years guarantee on ignition plugs. if this damage was caused by these candles then they would have to stand for it now. maybe there is someone out with this guarantee and guarantee paragraph? a lawyer or expert I can not afford, where should I turn to?

HI, I would like to buy a Passat Combi (type 35i-bis Bj 96) soon.It should be a petrol with not too many kilometers and good equipment.Only with the engine I am not quite sure yet.I drive one at the moment with 66kw,which are actually ok but a little more can’t hurt, besides the 2L and VR6 models are usually better equipped and rarely more expensive.But how is that with the durability, consumption and reperature cost? I drive a Passat Kombi 35i Bj. 1988 – unfortunately have the problem that he loses large quantities of cooling water at longer intervals. Result: Temperature indicator rises to 110 degrees, warning light flashes and I have to refill. I do this two to three times and then the whole thing commutes again. The workshop has not been able to detect a leak in the cooling water system and could not give me any explanation for it otherwise. Hi since my Corsa was driven flat last week, I want to buy now a new one. have thought about nen passat.
