On Saturday at BMW I had new tires pulled up in the back. I noticed that when driving into the stage such a funny snoring comes from the front axle when the steering has been hit and the car moves slowly. The snoring comes as a unique single tone several times in a row, so no permanent tone. I noticed this sound the other day when I drove into a parking garage and had the window of the driver’s door down. With the steering in and in the We have then raised the car several times on stage at BMW and lowered it again (of course in car lift mode) and this knarrzen is reproducible. The axle, respectively wheel, is loaded across the direction of travel. Subjectively perceived, the knarrzen concentrates towards the wheel center on the left front wheel. During normal driving or above step speed nothing is to be heard, nor if the air suspension in the stand vo could this be the drive shaft, respectively cardan joint? bonnet does not open
Hello dear Phaeton Community , I unfortunately have a small problem … my bonnet does not open unfortunately , I think the train rope has torn the car only 4 days and am desperate I find unfortunately also no instructions or videos to open the bonnet . Phaeton as an addition to the S 500 4M W221?

Loss of power at Phaeton 3.0
I like my car very much, which is expressed in intensive maintenance and care. 10 years I drive this car from the year 2005 which presents itself like new. Of the 190000km I drove 120000km. 80000km with an Audi A8 diesel engine. For 9 years I live as a retired at Lake Balaton in Hungary. Problems were the usual, like the trunk flap and some other known defects. But now I have a serious problem. My Phaeton did not jump at first, the comfort batter he was empty. So a new one was pure. 30 hours later also the 5,4V was noticed. At first the amplifier did not bring a sound into the loudspeaker, then the Navi and later also the onboard computer was not available despite 13.6V operating voltage. So off to the specialist, that was three weeks ago. Meanwhile the car was quite disassembled, but the worst; everything without result. The current eater was not found. Whether the replacement of a 200th– component on the amplifier success ha I don’t know yet. Does anyone have a hint about what to do? MfG Hermann

P1423 and P1411, engine needs more fuel, sound has become
Moin! After a quiet time, the thick one is reported with 2 errors: P1423 – secondary air system Bank 1 Throughput below small limit static P1411 – secondary air system Bank 2 Throughput below small limit static MKL is on, AU has also failed, Lambda is too high. Furthermore, the V8 is now right at the ballering and bullying that it is almost embarrassing for me to drive through the cages. Consumption GP3 vs. GP2 Diesel
Hello, the GP3 is supposed to need 0.5 liters less than the GP2 diesel. I wanted to check that out. I brought my GP2 yesterday to Fellbach to the friendly because of a sounding noise. There, of course, I got a GP3 as a rental car and drove the same route back again. (mainly highway and expressway). My P needed 9.6 liters according to BC of the GP3 only 8.3 ! Sure that was once only 70 km, but I paid attention to very similar conditions (Both cars were warm, height differences of the destinations were irrelevant, traffic conditions and speed are the same…) Now I want to ask in the round whether there is also the experience elsewhere that the newer diesel may have even greater advantages in terms of consumption than from the factory specifications. VW Phaeton GP3 V6 3.0TDI transmission or something else?
Hello my loved ones:-) I need your help again 🙂 I have the following problem with my fat guy:-( It’s about the following: I’ve already noticed twice once at speed 80 km/h about 1500 rpm (mountain high) and at speed 120 km/h that the car lets go for a short time then pulls back on again and then everything is ok again…(Tempomat was off)It feels like when he loses strength for a short time then gets power again like e.g. cruise and turn off while driving or speed up and brake via the buttons 🙁 Thank you very much in advance:-) Mfg Allen
