Hello, I am here rather quiet reader and can contribute little to the discussion because of lack of technical knowledge and significant problem-freeness of my Phaeton. But since I like to photograph, I did not want to withhold from you some current pictures of my “brom bear”.

Hi, I ask if you can upgrade the hotspot or hotspot with SIM card with GP3, because I found only one contribution that uses the controller from the passat but without SIM. the GP3 and GP4 are quite similar to each other except for some small but really great details. For me, the WLAN hotspot with SIM card is particularly exciting. I would like to explain very briefly why. The Phaetons have rSAP and HFP (Bluetooth). HFP is very good because it can actually do everything except the signal over the To send the antenna of the car which can lead to very poor connection quality. The big Vort The hotspot is that the 2-3 other devices no longer try to send under full speed but connect to the WLAN hotspot that sends over the Phaeton antenna. According to BA, the BT add-on listener should activate when removing from the storage tray. with him should be able to make calls from the call lists, look through the phone book, accept calls, stop, etc. when connected, a corresponding icon appears on the rns display, next to the BT icon. more is unfortunately not included in the BA.WAS TUN, however, if this (the add-on listener) only displays “Please wait…”? can one somehow perform coupling or reset? or is there a special key combi? what do you need?vcds? which stg? a reset-hole or similar I have not found. and especially at vw I know, I don’t like to ask them at all… THANK YOU

You will fall an egg out of your pants….

Hello together The chrome strip on the rear of my W12 has a damage. Is it possible to replace it without larger walls or does it have to be removed for example the shock rod first? Does anyone have any idea what that could cost? Thanks and greetings from Switzerland Martin

Today on the way to work: At approx. 100 km/h appears in the display engine malfunction workshop. Engine in emergency running program, only 60 km/h possible. Before 5000 KM the same message, then the turbo was replaced. Apparently that was not the problem. Car first stopped 10 min maintained, error still there. Car left standing for another 10 min. 100m driven error again. Car left standing for another 10 min. After that the car jerks strongly, shows the error no longer, but clearly we Niger Leistung. Does anyone have any idea what this can be? I’m really disappointed by VW. My 2nd Phaeton and with everyone only problems. Currently there are the following problems: – Air conditioning whistles sometimes very loud (according to dealer normal) -high frequency noise at 105 km/h (can’t understand workshop) -other high frequency noise when giving gas from 130 km/h (can’t understand workshop) -Servo steering sometimes does not work after cold start -multiple door opening p he FB not possible (with each of the remote controls) clock was not switched to winter time although ZAB writes clock was changed – vehicle moves since last workshop stay to the right (workshop says we did nothing on the chassis) – clearly louder outside noises than with comparison vehicle especially from the driver side – wheel of the seat heater to move several times only by force So slowly I am really very annoying. Not of the errors, that can pass every vehicle times but that they are not remedied or denied their presence. Greetings capdoc

Yes, unique friends, there are already a lot of interesting things to read about the topic “tires/wheels”, but unfortunately not an answer to my question : 1. Are the original Phaeton rims suitable for winter? Background: Have a Phaeton in mind, which was probably never driven in winter, therefore it is summer-ripened on the Phaeton rims. If possible I would have good all-year tires on, but only if these rims are suitable for winter. 2. A 2012 Phaeton will surely be a directly measuring Rei Which wheel sensors are needed or are there any tips? I was able to answer the question via FAQs ‘self’, great!!! Let’s see if ‘this’ goes on, I’ll look at one next week, so far the car looks good and the answer of my questions from the seller, too… By the way, I’m going from a storm of “indignation”, according to my intention to ride all year round tires. I’m basically open to opinions and even more experiences and In the end I am also ready (ubd and the location ) to buy extra winter bikes, if this is absolutely recommended at Phaeton. Hello first of all together I just want to introduce myself briefly and explain my way to my first phaseton and to my next one briefly. First of all to me: My name is Janosh, am 24 years old and now live in Cologne for 17 years. I was born in America and lived and lived there until the 7th year of age. I was interested in cars from an early age and am an enthusiastic Mercedes fan through my grandparents. This has also stopped until today, however, then came irg I bought my first phaeton at the age of 20 (BJ. 2004 V10 Tdi 5 seater lang). In order to buy this vehicle I sold my old one and worked alongside and saved it until it finally fit. The car accompanied me for 1 year until it came to an accident on the AB and the car was unfortunately completely over. Luckily not much happened to me and my passenger. D In the meantime I drove mercedes until today. However, it looks better financially and professionally and also more forward-looking. So I decided to buy my dream car again. If everything is lucky, I am again proud owner of a VW Phaeton from the BJ. 2004 V10 Tdi the day after tomorrow. So I would be happy to get to know people from the Cologne area who would like to have a tour or to go for a coffee. As soon as the car is in my possession, pictures follow accordingly. So now I got a new Navi. No CD/DVD read error anymore. Now I have the problem that the V12 card always runs through when installing until the end and then starts again from the beginning. Endless loop. The third time I have then aborted. With the V11 card there is no problem. Are both originals. Someone a tip ? Can you get as current POIs on device ?
