Hello again – hardly supposed to fix an error (watch & continue) another one is coming up… I have now rolled the forum for several hours and could not find a thread that fit my problem properly. I have to say fairly that the error existed up to a certain point already during the purchase (mid December 2025). And indeed the air suspension was in the change between normal -> high -> car lift mode very comfortable on the way. I did not exactly measure it. n, but I would type on approx. 3-5 minutes. Visually this was sitting in the vehicle (almost) / partly not noticeable. From the outside however after above time clearly visible. Lowering down however ran in the normal tempo 5-10 seconds and was also clearly sitting in the vehicle “perceived on the horizon”. The only worth mentioning reference values I had up to Dato were the other Phaetons, Phaetons? Despite the long “lift time”, the AI did not give any error message and the seller (private) assured me that he had parked the car since my announcement for the test drive (about 24h before) and had not moved any more. Now I had (as some of you know) recently hon another problem, which was responsible for the fact that the P 7-8 day stood current-/ and motionless. I already had the impression that it was purely optical VR somewhat deep. The rest seemed to me unobtrusive. However, I did not measure either, so if necessary the other 3 are also a bit sagging in relation.. After the resurgence there were some error messages in the AI, (including ESP, ACC and level workshop) which however were all relatively quickly gone again, why me the whole ers Now I already had the “error level – workshop” twice within a week. On the outside, however, it stands well there. The pumping up still lasts forever – or felt it no longer reaches the top. I had to stop the procedure “Insert on” in the last attempt after several minutes, because I simply had no time left. But when I pressed again on “Normal”, I could at least at the front again an immediate At home I took my second VCDS measure and read out the error memory of the level control. Charge the battery with the solar sliding roof!?
Hello municipality, I had the idea that in winter, if you do not need the solar ventilation, the “feeling” energy would have to be too good for our stressed infotainment battery. Is that possible (even with small modifications)!? Because what is enough to operate the fan motor, should be good for the battery even if the voltage is above 13V. Ignition off, solar ventilation on, with a relay and a diode redirect the solar current to the battery!? Thinkan sets are in demand here! Luggage compartment cover Opening problem
Hello , on the topic of case cover does not sporadically open, I have found many answers, but I do not seem to find the right one, so please note the right link. Problem: Lid opens only about 10 mm out of the lock and does not drive further up. Slowly open the lid against the hydraulics by hand, then everything works again for some time. Problem is also with running motor (to exclude a power supply problem). Can it be the rotary angle sensor be? (Phaeton Built 12/2015) Thank you Johannjakob

Start problem, only runs at the second start
Hello together, I have been recently owner of a nice 2008 Phaeton. And I already have a small problem and it only runs on the second start, i.e. the first start he dies directly off and when I start the ignition and start it renews it runs. Of course, due to the breakdown of the voltage various undervoltage errors are present. I have already replaced the batteries with original batteries according to the instruction, because I had the assumption that the starter battery at the s tarten collapses. But this didn’t help, so I just swapped the two relays for on-board grid and start, i.e. opener swapped for clasp and see it starts wonderfully the first time. Now I would need a schematic to check what exactly I am bridged here or maybe someone already had the same problem. I’m looking forward to your answers LG Ruhl

3.0 V6 TDI – Acceleration?
Hello! Unfortunately, my faithful battlehorse (Audi A6 b4 2.5 TDI) is approaching his retirement after 13 years and 450 000 carefree km. So next year a new car will be due. I thought that many money I saved with my A6 to invest in a Phaeton 3.0 V6 TDI GP3. Once there would be the expected service costs – are they really as bad as you read everywhere? 2-3k Euronen + Diesel a year would be ok, but partly you read real Horrostories wa I live in a rural area. In the case of the large number of “Best Agers” who no longer dare to drive faster than 60 km/h on the country road, acceleration is a decisive criterion. Is the 3.0 V6 TDI comparable to the A6 b4 2.5 TDI? Purely from the power and mass of the Phaeton, the acceleration would have to be better?

Bentley Continental GT from 2006 no longer starts, comfort control unit no voltage
Hello dear forum community, I need the help of the Vw experts. I am 34 years old and called Burak. I’ve had a Bentley Continental GT from 2006 for 6 years with more than 200,000 km. But since a few days it doesn’t start. First I thought the engine is gone because it just went out while driving and the starter couldn’t turn any more, just clicked. Today I bridged it with the Cayenne. He jumped but went straight out again. Al so engine and starter OK. Read out. immobilizer Active. Comfort control unit no signal no voltage. I can’t find the fuse to this ECU. Even where this seat I haven’t found yet. Since I’ve already taken some of the Phaeton during repairs I thought I’d ask you for advice. Phaeton boot lid without any function.
With my Phaeton, the boot flap does not open or close electrically. The flap does not shut with the key, button etc., but the error is shown in the display. Also, the flap lock does not snap. My question what do I have to do with it, the lock goes into the trap and locks the trunk. Why does the flap not close through the motors. I can now only get the trunk open with considerable effort. The cables were patched once by VW but so completely bad that became bad for me at the sight Not that you put together the cracked or cracked cables properly No there was adhesive tape taken around the individual veins wrapped by torn cables simply twisted and patched with adhesive tape. I have already repaired the wire harness from the 21 cables 12 were completely cut and torn to 8. I have here scho n read all the info but no one had such a mistake that nothing works at all. Is there a schematic of the whole trunk lock? That would possibly help me even further. Since I am an electronics technician I have of course already looked at all fuses. Conversion analog TV to DVB-T
Hello dear fellow combatants, actually the topic is already quite through; but the search function does not bring me any further. Therefore again a few questions. In my V10 is still the old analog TV tuner installed. After changing the transmission frequencies the reception was of course gone in Germany. After the research here in the forum I changed the input plug on the old tuner. (empty blue disk out and the Dietz 1230 connected with the other existing blue disk) and I bought and connected a small DVB-T receiver. I connected the outputs of the receiver with the audio-cinch inputs of the Dietz 1230 (Cinch red and Cinch white) the video output from the receiver then connected with one of the two blue Cinch plugs from the Dietz and already looked forward to the TV image. But …… nothing arrives. I don’t get into the menu-guide from the Digi receiver and when I look at the screen in TV mode, I have the impression that the DVB -T signal does not arrive at all; but still the old analog signal. Have I forgotten something??? Would be nice if you could take care of it. Dear greetings from the Bergische Land DK

Hello dear community, I hope you had a nice day yesterday in Datteln, my ended unfortunately less beautiful..
