Phaeton 3.0 tdi en engine compartment
Hello dear community, I have been the proud owner of a vw phaeton 2012 bj 3.0 tdi for 3 weeks. I noticed with the thick that when the engine is running on the driver side comes a light air hissing out of the engine compartment. When I turn off the engine it hisssssssss about 2-3 seconds after. I was the friendly around the corner he meant his completely normal. Also another mechanic told me I did not have to worry about it. It is not on the drive again I feel nothing unusual with the driver. I first had worry that it is the brake booster however he likes to brake and the engine number behaves completely normal. Can someone tell if this is normal or I should still get some advice in the from which I have a photo from which area the noise comes. I thank you in advance and wish a nice and relaxing weekend!

Hello dear community of the Phaeton drivers, First of all a friendly “Hello” in this forum. Please excuse this new Fred, but I want to get rid of 2 questions, And if now comes, use the Sufu, then delete this thread quite simply. I at least did not find it. Where do I find with the GP3, 3 liter diesel, BJ 2013, 5 seaters, CD changer… a permanent plus? Would it be nice in the glove compartment or under the steering wheel, the camera has a power supply with div. connections for a fuse box (double insert with branching) My front disc is “GPS-blind”, this applies to the camera module as well as to my phones (all Apple) So nothing with a GPS-using app. Does anyone know remedy, a solution? I do not want to reopen a fundamental discussion. (Sorry for this sentence, but I tried to follow the previous Threats, were partly very deviating)

Conversion to solid wood successfully completed with inlays
Hello Phaeton friends, It’s done…. Probably as one of the first I refitted the complete wooden package incl. wooden center console. It’s not the normal wood version, but the one with inlays (myrtle with zambelli). Apart from the center console the effort was very manageable and possible for every half gifted craftsman. VW Phaeton Wackelt/ Ruckelt/ Vibrating from 100 km/h
Good day. And I have recently had a big problem. The car Ruckelt/ Vibrates strongly from 100 km/h. I have already looked up the tires 2 times. Does not help. The steering wheel remains stable and does not shake at all. It is rather the whole vehicle. All crossbars, the coupling bars, track rods with track rods head are new (changed about 4 months ago and the axle was measured) the car drove like new. Until I changed only the mature ones on the same rims 1 week ago. Also these are as good as new and did not run more than 20,000 km. Otherwise no other abnormalities or noises on the chassis can be heard. Am really desperate by now. We really not what this could be about. Greeting Andi

Comfort battery no longer load (AGM/driver side)
With my Ctek charger I can only reach the 2nd light diode after 4 days. Otherwise the battery already has at least 3 diodes that light up when you start charging! The battery is only a few months old, so I exclude a defect. If the battery was empty after longer service life, then it was charged up to the 7 diode at the latest after 3 days. Has anyone ever had this and solved it? On the inside windshield I had moisture. Where is the control unit? right or left? Have times raised the upper mats, so far dry, but I don’t see anywhere where you can lift anything to check the control unit and its environment for moisture.
