hello, I have bought a phaeton V8. I bought the vehicle with “mortor renewed at 103500 km” the vehicle now has 136tkm – in the inspection the already loose belt had to be renewed. now my question – what is the motor renewed? in my view everything except the components should be new???? according to history only the hull engine and 2 cylinders were renewed – what do you mean?? I had the vehicle at the salesman, a vw house in berlin, around the to eliminate leakiness at the gearbox (at 130tkm). it was probably only evaporated…. during the inspection 3-4 liter gear oil have been missing, the gearbox is now racing when it switches from 3 to 4 and from 4 to 5 under load (predominantly mountain up).I would like to return the vehicle now – which does not go without lawyer… what do you think about the case – do you have tips for me??? thank you

V10 Turbos or something else ???
Good evening, I have been driving a V10 TDI for 15 months now. BJ. 08/2005 KM: On purchase 27000 KM, now 95000 KM. Annual driving performance approx. 55000 KM. So far very satisfied and hardly any problems. Except for small things. Now was the following. Ascent on the federal road. Easy acceleration of approx. 40 KM/H. No full throttle, since the car was still cold and then I am always very careful until the engine is really warm (approx. 15 KM to the highway). more, could only drive 80 KM/H. Next exit down, car off, new started. Everything is fine. Today about 200 KM drove without any problems. No warning lights went on. So I am short to the friendly. Nothing in the error memory. Then drove on the highway and again a little faster (230 KM/h). Everything is fine. Now my questions: 1. Can it be the well-known Turbo problem? With the KM performance or does that occur earlier? 2. Was the problem also with Fahrz 3. Can you see somewhere if the emergency running program is active ? 4. Kaut history were not changed the turbos at the vehicle, although the car was a leasing vehicle and before I got it was 2008 probably in Dresden ? 5. Do I then not claim to have a free change, because from VW was missed to change the turbos ? 6. Or do I make myself crazy for nothing and it is not the turbos at all ?
