  • Intermediate balance

    After a good half year and about 9000km my personal balance with the P.: Is an absolute glider and the seats are so far the best I ever owned. 😉 Optically I am always happy again at the design inside as well as outside. Quality is really top class. But, until now I had the following problems/defects. Injectors, turbo, exhaust sensor, tail flap cable harness, tyre pressure control system no longer works and now the wiper motor is in the A…. Except for the whole problem, I hope slowly is finished with it, a great car. I am spanning which “wehwehchen” still coming up to me and thank me here for the very nice forum.

  • Maintenance costs V 6 cylinder TDI

    Good morning, no new topic, but I would have liked to have your assessment of the maintenance offer of a friend in Berlin. My 6 cylinder diesel (year of construction 2011, world car, currently 59,000 km) I brought yesterday to VW for the 60000 km maintenance. It is important that the V6 TDI with 48000 km was checked and overhauled in the GFD (brake disks, tires etc. new). In October the Phaeton was at the TÜV, the VW dealer has done the TÜV acceptance at our purchase. After 10000 km is now the 60000r maintenance. Additional works are all filter replacements (oil, air, petrol and fuel filters). The VW man has said something with the setting of the xenon headlighter (has been checked before the TÚV?). In addition, the longlife oil. Brake fluid, disc washing liquid ( “do the self?”, wiper sheets etc. do not have to be changed. The car is in a top condition (says the receiving service technician) The only inspection costs amount to the forum.

Do you think there is still a lot missing for full equipment or is this lush ?

    All have a nice second Christmas day. My Phaeton is standing in a closed garage every day. I often think about it when I park, should I lock the car or not? Mostly I leave it open. However, if I close it, I hear it blows off a little bit. Is it better to close it, or does it have no influence on energy management when it is open. I have read that the ECUs go into rest mode after completion. Best regards Ralph….

    Hi together, I actually had to use brake discs and pads from EBC, unfortunately there are no discs for my Fz equipment / type. What do you drive like this, or what would you advise me? Please no discussions about meaning or nonsense….I just want to be able to brake properly 🙂 And I don’t want chips and Coke ….

  • Keyless Go spinnt door does not open

    Hello, I need your help. For a few days now, the right back door hasn’t opened, neither with the remote control nor via the Kessy button. When I touch the handle, you can hear a clacking like when the door opens and the turn signal is constantly on. Everyone else works perfectly, there is no water in the footroom. After intensive reading, I have come to the conclusion that the sensor in the door handle has probably given up the mind. r how do I get the door open to change the handle? About VCDS?   • Empty climate after 3 months. My coolant of the climate disappears unnoticed and without traces.

    Moin Moin in the forum, I have a problem with my climate. In the month 10/2014 I had new coolant and contrasting agent filled into my air conditioning of the thickness. The background was that the climate did not work anymore (VCDS error: too little coolant). A week after the filling had had had to check by means of UV lamp whether the coolant appeared somewhere. The result was negative and I thought everything would be io. Thinking!!! Unfortunately the climate fell out again today. Now a question to you. Where can the coolant leak out? I wasn’t there as if the contrast agent was visible by means of UV lamp. I assume that it must be rather hidden, otherwise the very reliable locksmith would have seen the location of the loss safely. Phaeton 3.0 V6 TDI BJ 2007 GP0 I am grateful for every tip.

  • Coating then wind noise

    Hello Have there a no problem with my VW workshop, And that is the car was painted a week ago! All 4 doors and rear flap new. And now he makes from about 120-130 km/h clearly audible wind (flow-cheek), Until 260 no difference! Do you have experience there, I am sure it was not before! Had only stress because after the vehicle was picked up about 10 min later at home I wanted to check everything! Did not get the back flap open any more! So again to friendly, after long discussion and threatening, then finally cost take over of the shot tail flap ECU. That also worked before! And now with the wind noise! Do you have experiences with this? Or do you know a competent VW workshop in the area Bayreuth Bamberg? Because mine I think I am completely overwhelmed with nemphaeton!
