I had a 3.0 TDI since Dec. 04 and already after three days the car had to be repaired for a week in the workshop. The guys were able to fix almost all the defects. Except for: 1. Luggage compartment can no longer be opened in the cold. However, the workshop was then forbidden by VAG the repair. 2. The electric coops of the rear bench automatically drive to the highest level and prevent so successfully that I can sit there, because the lower edge of the head What means, in the event of an accident, the coop support breaks my neck. Power steering leaks the 100.
After 6 weeks as a proud Phaeton owner a power steering line in the wheel box on the left above the wheelhouse shell at the screw connection licks. To understand: The line comes from the direction of the engine compartment and nestles on the left wheelwheel, then left next to the wheel. The number 3D1 422 893 D is stuck on the pipe. Phaeton junk?
Hello. I would like to turn briefly to the phaeton experts. Unfortunately, I don’t know at all. I still have a Phaeton 5.0 TDI long built in 2005. The TÜV IST 11/2013 expired. For 3 months he stood in the garage. Before that I moved him sporadically. When I drove out of the garage it squeaked and there was a liquid in the front left side. I gave him to a friend. There was a tube rusty/porous or similar from the servo steering front. With an exchange 700€, away. When I wanted to hire him now at mobile he drove only with about 90 hp when driving back to the garage. We had to refill about 3 liters of cool liquid after 10 km. The rear left footroom is totally wet/humid. Apparently there has to be a leak. So after the whole bla bla bla my question. What do the experts advise me to do? I pay 160€ to 12/2015. then the residual value of the VW bank is set at 6069€. He now has 180.000 kms worth of repairs etc. I would like to buy some good advice. I can’t.

Hello Phaetian, I have to breathe my anger here!!! I spent a beautiful Phaeton W12,Year of construction 03.2007,running performance 3000 kilometers,with all extras!! So quasi a new car! The non-binding new price was 187.000,00 €. I spent 59.000,00 € for it.That’s also not the topic, I got a lot of car for it. Now I had the wish to get something more sporty and decided for the Audi S5 Coupe 4,2 FSI Tiptronic! Although the W12 according to the dealer’s price is still about 42000,00 € in different lists is unfortunately not offered to me more than approx.24.000,00 €!!! Also the dealer with whom I had bought the vehicle told me the same thing,with the explanation,the demand gives the price!! Can a dealer with this excuse beat me a trade deal? I know nevertheless that I always have a loss business, but I really have to find such a mock price with it? Does anyone have similar experiences? I wish you all a good one in 2012!

4 seats short/long
