Hello, according to the previous owner also the supplied winter tyres are equipped with pressure sensors. Since the change of the tires my P. (Bj 11/2006) tries to re-learn the pressure, but after 5-10 minutes breaks off with the message “system malfunction”. Until the change of the tires everything worked (also the re-learning of pressures), so I suspect the error with the tires.This I had now 10 times exerced, and ask me now whether the sensors were installed at all or the batteries are finished. The tires have still 7 mm profile and were raised only last autumn. The 17″ rims also look very new. The valves are made of rubber, not like with my 19inch Omanyt made of metal. I still have an OBD2 KKL cable for our Polo. Can I check with this the sensors? Which software do I need to do this? I have about 12,000 euros for the purchase, but you will be offered a bit of something – they have so between 170,000 and 230,000 km down. I would like to drive the car so about 100,000 km. My question therefore: How reliable is the vehicle with the engine and the mileage? So in the “worst” case I drive the up to 350,000 km! I have already made a performance increase to approx. 272 Ps and I don’t want to do it anymore because I want to drive the vehicle longer. Dear forum, today I wanted to grease the wiping stick of my GP0 because of squish noises, so that the mechanics did not even “festfrisst”. I want to lubricate with “brunox”. Last week I was allowed to sit in a Phaeton for the first time. And look, I probably fell in love After Audi A6 Avant and VW Touareg, I was more than surprised by the Phaeton. Now it’s clear that this is my new one; although it’s a used one, but still. The question now is after the engineization; the V8 or diesel of the V10 TDI are actually the only ones to be chosen; the V8 was described to me as very reliable and a little cheaper in service costs. Of course, the fuel consumption is higher than the diesel (14-15 liters?) The V10 TDI is just a real force, but it’s expensive in maintenance and (can) cause more problems than the V8; (2 turbochargers, 750NM – too high for the transmission ….) The strong torque will also be on the tires, brakes, … know That would actually speak for the V8 again. Since I ride between 30,000 and 40,000km a year, the choice is even more difficult. Are there big differences between the equipment? Since my not so many Phaeton has sold your answers, I very much hope for the experts!
