Engine malfunction
Hello Phaeton friends, I’m new to the forum and greet you warmly from nrw. Unfortunately I have a problem with my VW Phaeton 3.0 tdi BJ 2008 with 239ps, mileage 131000km. The problem started about 2 months ago. The flashing light flashed and stood in the display engine malfunction workshop. After a restart everything was ok again, then drove to VW. They probably noticed that I had fuelled probably dirty diesel and thus the fuel filter was closed. Then I also had 5 weeks rest. On Thursday again the same game from the front. I to VW, the car was there again 2 days and then told me, who also don’t know what it is but in any case something with fuel input or so similar. Since the engine had to be opened, they could try to regulate for relatively little money anything on the engine control unit. On the other hand, I could leave the car there for a longer time and could possibly cost 12000 €. I did not do that because I had to be a hundred € a little shocked. The problem was still the same to me today.

Engine smokes after three weeks of service life
Hello first of all, I tried to find something suitable here, but found nothing. My problem with my 2003 V8 is that I started it now after three weeks of standing with a slope, snout up, and immediately squirted it in the engine compartment. It pulled through the ventilation into the interior. I opened the hood and immediately saw white and biting smoke pull up on the left side. This smoke pulled over the spray wall to the right side. What could that be? Before it was turned off there was nothing. I had the hood right before the parking, when the engine was running, and there was nothing there three weeks ago. Maintenance costs V10 TDI
Hello, I had an accident the day before yesterday with my Ford is an economic total damage unfortunately now I am looking for a new used one, since I had a passat TDI for over 2 years comes for me also only a diesel in question. Basic settings Niveu regulation
Good evening together and a good slide tomorrow! Question for the exprets. Yesterday I entered the control unit for the Neveu regulation via VCDS, since my fat guy was quite a little bit higher than on the other side.. But then had a problem. If man goes to 1 (front R.) the car should first move up to 2 minutes to enter VALUE. However, that didn’t happen even after 10 minutes… Repeating several times did not bring anything. Then I went over the basic settings and “played around” i.e. let out some air in front, let out a little bit, empty the compassor and refilled again. After that I could finish the procedure with the Niveu regulation and the error of the missing adjustment had finally disappeared. Now the question, did I with the basic settings in the control unit 46 possibly put what? I did not press in any case, but on finished, quick or something. Greet Anton

Calibration Aerial suspension arduous topic but no solution

Seat memory
Servus in the round. Have a P GP2, BJ 2009. Seat adjustment works, as well as the memory function. What’s not possible is that if I unlock the vehicle with my key and open the driver’s door, the seat moves into the previously stored position. Only when I press the corresponding memory button on the seat does it drive into the position. Does one of you know where the problem is? VG Stefan
