You really should check regularly whether the processes are free. Which can sometimes be the reason why you don’t see a picture of the rear camera in the monitor, although you have been driving backwards since 17 3/4 seconds. Was so with all my faetons so far, BJ12, BJ14 and BJ16. Now I have with my current GP4 (this is the 16th) f Similar problem: After switching on you can see the welcome image (Welcome Volkswagen or whatever), but the computer doesn’t run up. After about 1-2 minutes the monitor goes off and after 10 seconds the system restarts. After 1-2 minutes the image goes out again and the system restarts. After 1-2 minutes welcome image the image goes away again and the computer restarts. Murphy’s law: The heater fails when it’s the coldest. That happened to me a few weeks ago, and a few days ago my workshop was able to read out the error codes: – Error code 664: Fuel supply display faulty – Error code 1412: Fire plug with flame monitoring Q8 – Error code 2251: Device locked I assume the last error code is normal, since in case of a defect the heater is deactivated. Therefore, only the first two – someone has an idea, what exactly could be defective? My current plan is to have the heating installed and to send it via my workshop to the special company Compramas (Compramas), which were already recommended here in another thread.
