Hello, has someone activated KeylessGo and the automatic lock (from 15kmh) ? I have had the autom. lock activated by the friendly one, but my Phaeton has no Keyless Go. Now it is the case that you have to pull 2x from the inside to open the door (so you can still live: Is this also so at KeylessGo ?) and above all, that you have to get the briefcase from the back seat or trunk, for example, to open the car again by remote control. I hope that this is no longer the case at KeylessGo. So this would be a feature for the next Phaeton. Does anyone have this experience ? Gruss vom Phaetonuser

good day,I’ve been driving a V6 3.2 Phaeton bj 10/2003 with 110 tsd km the vehicle has full equipment and I’m thrilled! I bought it privately for only 8000,- € with the defect that the pre-kat is broken and board battery needs to be replaced… after visiting and driving it was clear that the kat can not be broken, since there is no clapping to hear and no loss of performance…and kats usually do not break. AU/HU to May 2013 get with defective ?! after 6 weeks after the purchase the engine control light went off by itself and since yesterday the lights up again, maybe the lamba probes ?? and my tire pressure control does not work,if I turn it on it and stands system malfunction maybe someone can help me mfg tamer

Hello everyone, this weekend I started to change a few very small things on my Phaeton which have always disturbed me somehow. And I changed the fog lights with your, especially in contrast to the xenon, very unsightly yellow halogen light with a slightly whiter version. Time: 1. page 45 minutes, since I did not know how to get the front parts of the plastic covers, 2. page: 10 minutes result: only minimal yellow coloration in contrast to the xenon, light yield absolutely identical to previous halogen lamps. Pictures still follow if desired Further projects: -Replacement of the stand light bulb for whiter version in the context of the upcoming change of the xenon burners due to flickering -Chrom bars of the front shock bar around the NSW of the model 2008+, because simply looks very good -cleaning inside + conservation of the leather -Exter cleaning + nanosealing -Error removal (s. other thread) capdoc

Moin, I had already reported in another thread that I have a problem with the Bluetooth hands-free device in my Phaeton. My car was built in May 2007 and has the factory-installed Bluetooth hands-free device with separate phone hands-free device. I use two mobile phones: One Nokia E90 Communicator and one Nokia N70. Both phones had to be connected to my hands-free device without any problems until last week. Suddenly, however, the phones were no longer recognized by the hands-free device and could not be paired after the deletion of the connections. After entering the 16-digit code I always got the message “connection failed”. It was my Phaeton’s fault with my friend, who could not make a mistake. Today, however, the responsible customer service employee called me and told me that he was being trained on this problem just in the context of a work shop. It is a problem, according to VW, that with rSAP hands-on obviously occurs regularly after a software update.

Hello, I’ve been a silent “member reader” here for months now in the forum, because I have somehow eaten a fool at Phaeton. After a long search I now have a Phaeton in the short choice, next week we go to the test drive, after I have already looked at the car in advance. It is a V6 TDI from 07/2006 with almost full hut. List price was new at almost 90,000,- The car has some flaws, but still according to the salesman: rust bubble over the decorative strip driver door, light wass entry boot, worn tires. Striking are from my point of view the brake discs all around. These already have a ridge, but the seller doesn’t want to change them.. Finally, enough for the TÜV. My questions to you: – How deep can the ridge and the disks be? What is the wear measure of the disks? – What are the discs and coverings all around new to me at the V6 TDI? I’m from a thousand (Mterial+Lohn). Is this realistic?

Hello everyone, what happens when the automatic air circulation function is activated? Actually, the air circulation should be activated in case of bad odours as far as I remember. But if I drive past a field stinking of slurry it still stinks insanely in my car. Is the function somehow defective? And how does the recognition of bad odors work? Ds only thing I could determine with activated function was an increased fuel consumption by approx. 0.5 – 1.0 liters to 100 km. Gruss capdoc

Moin from the north, just leased me a Phaeton Bj. 2009. The hopeful value of VW NP was 110,000. The leasing conditions are sensational. Also, you don’t even have a glasses storage compartment, a hold function (there is not at all I have to hear) and most of all I find that you can use phones apparently outside of Nokia still Nokia (Siemens is away from the market). It is the one who invests 400 euros for this “reconstruction part” plus installation costs. Jammering at a high level – maybe. One please: Does anyone of you have experience which a k t u e l l e n phones work smoothly?
