In the current car picture is a comparison test Audi A6 MB E-Class Lexus GS BMW E60 (5er) Cadillac STS ?? Surprisingly, the Lexus lands in third place ahead of the BMW and only 2 points behind the Benz on second place. Nicely learned from Lexus' mismatches and built a really almost perfect car. I'm looking forward to the new IS250 MFG Souler22

in Japan so far there was no Lexus ??!!!
Who knew that Toyota had not sold the LEXUS brand in Japan yet ?? (I didn’t!) It was a pure brand especially for the American market. Only now Lexus is “released” in Japan by Toyota. More is available here…http://www.autobild.de/current/anmeldungen/artikel.php?artikel_id=9579 Rolo PS: in 2003 there was already a report about this, apparently Toyota has not yet implemented its project (or the Autobild report is fasch)http://www.autobil d.de/…/article.php?article_id=3646

never again benz – now lexus – okay ?
good day, I decided to give up after this embarrassing theater on “the Benz” after 2000 and before 2006! And I forgot about the Lexus! But listen nothing about repairs, service etc. … is this peace of mind reality! Or really cook everyone with water … there must still be a car word brand today, on which you can rely like at benz earlier … it is no longer the time cars like the shirts to change … ask: am I right in r tung lexus ??? many thanks for a tip………..

New Lexus GS
In the current issue of the Autobild is a driving report of the new Lexus GS. Conclusion: Tested and found very good. Since the editors obviously bit their teeth to find real weak points (is also too stupid, if besides the technology now also the design is true), then they of course brought out their proven manslaughter argument in order to save the German car industry: The GS is not as sporty as 5 BMW and Audi A6, and a Merc unfortunately this “soulless” car doesn’t wear either. Well, the Japanese have probably had bad luck again! But seriously: If a lot of the sorry, because panned E-Class drivers (which the star on the hood should be sch***-egal) overruns to Lexus, the new GS should still be a hit!

Lexus RX400 Hybrid, Engineering Overkill ?
Moin! I wanted to hear your opinions about the RX400h, the technical presentation from the last AMS sounds rather like a bad fairy tale for me. So imperceptible interplay of electric motors and gasoline engine. Electronic all-wheel drive, by switching on electric motors on the rear axle. Start-stop automatic etc. Would I be interested in what noise one perceives when starting and accelerating, that sounds more like dragster or tram? Toyota prognostiz an interesting concept for sure, but are we ready for the 20th century?

RX300 vs. RX400h
AMS compares the RX300 and the RX400h in a driving report:http://www.auto-motor-und-sport.de/…/…_zweites_programm.108823.htm As can be expected, the RX400h wins this comparison both in terms of performance and consumption: – Test consumption RX300 (204 hp): approx.15 liters – Test consumption RX400h (211 hp): approx. el less fuel with significantly better driving performance – despite the increased weight of the RX400h in the amount of 167 kg.

What’s so special about LEXUS?
The private car is a pass-by and will perhaps accompany us for 3 years. The company car is the third Audi A4 in a row. Both are the last German cars for at least the next 10 years. So I am looking for new solutions. I have been working for the first time in my life with Mazda, Toyota, Subaru, Volvo and also Lexus, including test drives. From Lexus I don’t get quite smart yet. What reason is there for a LEXUS driver to remain true to this brand? What is the real difference in practice?

Recommendation fast winter tires?
Hi, I’m going to have new winter tires raised in early October. Normally I left the selection to my dealer. Has anyone had particularly good experiences with any brand? It’s about 18″, which were allowed on the IS up to 210kmh. That’s what the new ones should do at least. Greetings, Happycroco
