Hello, we recently bought a nice RAV4 XA3 and would like to give it a rigid (!) trailer coupling. I’m looking for help with the following questions: – I have read in other forums that there is a problem with some trailer couplings that the rear door will no longer open when a trailer is attached, or that it will be very tight. Can anyone confirm that? Especially in case of removable Westfalias this is supposed to occur. Does any of you have a rigid mont – Does anyone have any experience with these cheap no-name AHKs that exist on Ebay? For example, something like this here: Cheap AHK on Ebay Are there any known problems with the no-name AHKs when installing or qualitative differences? – Can anyone recommend a certain AHK or advise from certain manufacturers/models? Hello men! My father drives a RAV4 Executive from year 07. He wanted to put a space-saving emergency bike in the back to calm down, as there are also at VW. Hello, I would like to ask the RAV 4-drivers for a short report of experience. We drive mostly in the city several times a day routes of only 1-3 KM in short distance traffic. About 1 x monthly we drive however with a lot of luggage with a B-Class (Diesel) approx. 1000 KM highway (Hin- and return way). Our diesel torments with the short distance, however, is on the highway between 100-130 KM/H very pleasant and economical. I am now the Toyota Hybrid predecessor model short to the I would like to know how the average consumption of such an extreme short distance is, fuel monitor is not so particularly meaningful in this regard. In addition, I was able to drive only rural road during the test drive. Is the RAV 4 hybrid a pleasant touring car with faster, but emphasized quiet driving on the highway? While browsing the net I have seen that the car is delivered in other countries (e.g. Austria, Poland but also USA) with dark 18-inch serial rims, not in Germany. Now my question… Does any of you have any idea how to get to these wheels, as it would probably not be possible according to Toyota dealer and Toyota customer service. Hello, I have been driving my RAV4 (2.2 D4D) for 3 years now (2007 year of construction, 41,000km) and am very satisfied with the car as a whole. A few weeks ago, however, I looked under the car by chance and, given the condition, I was a little scared there. The exhaust line is already so rusty that you might think the car was already 10 years old. Even my 15 years driving Toyota Corolla had no such rust marks. I once had a p aar pictures attached to the article so that you can get an impression of the condition. I mentioned the problem during the last inspection in the workshop, but this said, I should contact Toyota directly. Since the warranty period ends at the end of June 2010, I did so as soon as possible by post. A few days later, however, the answer came from Toyota: the rust would be no shortage, completely normal and therefore no guarantee case. Now I wonder if this is really normal for a 3 year old car? Does Toyota really build such bad materials in his cars? What do you think? What does this look like with your RAV? Would I be pleased with your opinion. Greetings, dalito
