Hello everybody, I just read this and wanted to ask you what you think about it. It’s just a car dealership, but I read something similar on the Toyota homepage. If I now open a small bill, namely that I would get 6000-6500 € for my Yaris, which is still worth approx. 2000-2500 € and the Yaris Cool according to Toyota 14.330 € or according to Toyota homepage in the summer offer 9.999 €, then I would pay for about 4000 € additional payment. I don’t want to buy a new one, because I don’t like the interior design of the new one at all, but vll is interested in the offer.

Doormats in the Aygo / Violence?
Hello forum! Now I’ve had the Aygo for some time and am still very satisfied. Especially consumption under maintenance costs impress. Can someone help me with a little something / give advice? The floor mats are obviously clipped in. But I can’t get them removed, no matter how tight I pull on the mat or clip. When at some point the carpet already picked up, I stopped pulling. I just wanted to pull out the floor mat not half the floor Is there a trick or do you simply have to use raw force? Thank you and greeting Thomas

Starlet ’92: Thermostat changed, but…
I changed the thermostat yesterday with a 92 starlet, because the display did not come out of the quark. Success: Actually no one at all. The display still does not go beyond a quarter, but for that it is now smoking after the warm-up from the cooler (probably from the lid). I read here always from “installation position”. But what is the correct installation position? Since the old thermostat from d before I could look, I have now just inserted this moving pin from the front seen vertically upwards, in the hope that this should be the indicator for the top. Was that right? And what happens actually (or not) if you use the thermostat incorrectly? Besides, I wonder where the shut-off valve for the heating is sitting. This heats only when you push the lever GAAAAANZ to the right. If you even just a few millimeters after left, it blows cold again. For answers I would be grateful (even if today probably not so many will be here…), because the car should run again on Monday….. Cheers New Year, I just say 🙂 Greeting Turbo

Battery Yaris I
Hi I have a Yaris I, BJ 2001 with webasto heater. He stood now over the holidays. This afternoon he never went on. It was NOThin’ anymore – no central locking, no light, the display either. This morning everything was still ok. Got start help, he jumped on and everything went on again. Also now light and display goes on again. I think he would also jump on, but just don’t dare me to try that too (not that then again nothing works, who i need it again on Monday.) Currently there is a 48Ah 12V Toyota battery in it. I could have a (not Toyota) with 44Ah installed today or rather tomorrow, but am still a bit skeptical, just because of the heater and would rather have one with 48Ah. Or is that “egal”, as the nice starter man said, who would also install it to me (workshop)? Which battery is by default in the Yaris? In the manual I find nothing, probably I am too blind glg Oh so, the St. andheizung I only use -4/5 degrees and always only 5-10 minutes, that is enough in the Yaris.

Aygo as successor of a Smart Fortwo OK?
Hello together, since we will soon be four, we will soon have to separate ourselves from our second car Smart Fortwo (EZ 2002, cdi). From this car – as with the Aygo – in places it was called, it is not long distance suitable. With the Smart, however, I have torn down quite a lot of long distances and found this also unproblematic in view of the good seats. I also got used to the circuit. Also, I never found that the smart despite its favorable purchase price like a cheap car came from that. Now we love with an Aygo, where it should be one with MMT. Due to the high used prices and the fact that there are still a few children’s diseases, it will probably be a new car. Ask here to the round: Did anyone of you switch from a Smart to an Aygo like we did? Can you recommend this or is something missing? Does the Aygo come clearly “cheap” or is it even possible…? A test drive we will definitely make but I am especially interested in your experience in the long-term company. Thank you Tilo

Aygo in winter = suicide!
I can only underscore Kevin’s sense of driving, we were over Christmas about 1500 km with an Aygo CoolRed car rental (our recently bought new Aygo is currently in change due to production errors…) on highways and country roads, this flea really does not allow a relaxed driving generally, because one constantly tries to keep it reasonably under control, the smug steering and generally restless road situation make their contribution. Speeds o Above 130 are a little adventure. On longitudinal grooves, he reacts catastrophically at these speeds, does not know how an untrained driver reacts there… Unfortunately, we probably can’t undo the purchase, I can’t recommend this ‘car’ for my part, for example, you get a real car with the Opel Corsa.

Windows running on the Aygo
Our Aygo is now almost 5 months old and we are totally enthusiastic about the “little one”. Now, however, in the wet season we have a small problem. The car stands outside and in the morning the windows inside are already totally started and it takes some time before the windows become free. I’m curious when the minus degrees come. Do you also have this problem? LG Auris2008

Consumption Aygo long highway ride
Hello everyone, I will make a 600km journey in two days and have the pleasure of driving an Aygo (: 2 people, 2 pieces of luggage. Would I like to know how much the Aygo consumes at Tempo 140 (90% of the distance will probably be the speed) with air conditioning and light on!? Has anyone ever made such a measurement or is there any data online? Would I be interested in burning. Have heard that the small engines consume on the Highway as much as the big !? Thanks, CU

Yaris – Is this also “sporty”?
Hello, everybody! Have a question: Would I like to buy a new car and fluctuate between Yaris and Corsa. I have to say that I like the Cosa “Color Edition” more visually. Is it just more sporty … Is the Yaris also in a sporty version or do you have to do it all about “tuning”? That’s not worth it for a new car. Thanks already in advance for your answers! Lg, Pearl

Aygo – how does the braking system work?
Hello! Recently I noticed that the brakes can only be used in a limited way after some operation with the engine switched off (but the ignition is switched on). The pedal becomes hard and with a lot of power the braking effect is quite low (that is even less than before in the cars without brake power amplifier). I thought that all support systems (such as the power steering) work electrically in the Aygo. Is the brake hydraulic now and the residual pressure is not When the engine is briefly started, the brake is back to normal. The hand brake is not affected by the problem.
