Hello community again, was really busy today and would like to post here once a few error codes from my “lady”. When starting it always brought me directly : Suspension wait – EXP ID 84 and stabilizer wait EXP ID 54. After I had read out the codes, everything has been deleted and since then stabilizer wait away. But now first the current codes : DDM U 1161, DDM U 1162, DDM U 1163 RSS C 1762 In the history were listed : ABS C 1283, ABS C 1284, ABS C 1285, ABS C 1286, AMP U 1128, AMP U 10064 (or 1064?), DDM B 2201, DDM B 2235, DDM B 2237 IPC B 1652 Then the message: No DIM, no IPM, no IRC, no PCM, no RFA, no RIM, no SDM, no VTD, no MSM, no TTM Codes. The last two listings are probably to be neglected. Then there is the list of PROM ID’s. What exactly is to be understood by this? To the errors possibly still so much, when I had fetched the car in March, I mean that all electric window lifters worked. Hardly arrived at home, To this day only that of the driver’s door still goes. Also with the central locking. But maybe only unknowingly pressed on it somewhere and now this function is possibly locked??? The switch to the actuation or lock of the rear window lifter at the driver’s door is known to me. Pressed or not makes the slightest difference however. The pear of Lock then shines in any case when the lock is activated. For corresponding explanation I am as always very thanks! Best regards from the Hochrhein Rainer

Ford Econoline – frame rusted through
Hello, I have a Ford Econoline next to my PA. After a closer look I could now feel that the inner surfaces in the front frame are gone, about on hand length. Is it possible that a frame when it is lifted off from the body can be repaired including sandblasting? (there are legal difficulties?) Or would it be better to get a new (old) frame from a butcher (if you find one)? Or import a frame in the container from the states, but there must be I trust the seller again. Actually, I’m up to sell the van just because there’s no time for these works in the near future. Keep heart says, but brain says repulse….

2013 Mustang GT problems?
Servus I’ve recently noticed a few things about my car: – Brake Knarzt in front of the stand as when driving. Had made new blocks and liquid a month ago, there was then quiet until today, now it is quiet again… -Rolling speed fluctuates slightly in the stand between 500-600 rpm. I had already disconnected the battery to “learn” the throttle valve after instruction, except that gas pedal has a more direct effect, no change. -If the car is cold Is the first two gears (expanded) very careful to enjoy (the car bucks something) but after 10 min complete Is the normal? Unfortunately I lack a reference to the 5.0 Coyote. That’s why I hope someone can help me here. MfG

Here we go: Ford Crown Victoria acquired
After I have put the insurance orgy behind me, we now call since yesterday a Ford Crown Victoria (Yellow Cab) year 2011 our own. The transfer trip from Hamburg to Mannheim he has already mastered with flying colors, has also been huge fun. One should not believe how many curious looks at the rest place examine the vehicle. The most beautiful are the bright children’s eyes. Nevertheless, many questions will arise, whose answers we from you here he hope. I will start a separate topic for this, so that this will not be overloaded and you can still read it in 100 years.

Tip for Cadillac power steering Cadi Servo 60s and 70s
Hello US municipality, when changing the pressure hose from the servo pump to the steering gear of my 73 Eldorado I had the problem that after that there was no steering support anymore. After days of troubleshooting, ten times of venting and so on. I suddenly fell on a loosely lying in the engine room hydraulic part which I could not assign at first. Only when I had removed the servo pump I knew where it belongs. The solution: When the hose had been removed from the pump, the connection piece with the hose dissolved. Since I had not drained the oil was not noticed that the ominous part, it was by the way the pressure control valve, escaping itself because of the spring behind it into the cover in front of the steering gear. If you only remove the hose, therefore without the connection piece, this can not happen by the way. Valve cleaned, everything reassembled, servo pump installed, connections screwed on, oil filled, With running motor steering wheel two-three Let’s go to the left and turn right to the stop, to ventilate, replenish oil, done. Completely easy. If I had found the valve niht I would have bought a new pump. Lucky. So Long

VW Atlas in Germany. Disadvantages?
Hello, I’m thinking if I should buy the VW Atlas. If I buy the base entry-level model it would be so un the 35,000 US Dollar. Otherwise I wouldn’t have to pay anything. Converted into Euro, this is really a top price. Otherwise I looked around for other similar models on the German market, only unfortunately found nothing similar. Either the others are too expensive (Audi Q7), or too small. The only thing that worries me is that there are no German cards on the Navi. But al read only US cards. Can one have the leg German VW dealer installed. The other would be that there is no DAB radio. But well that doesn’t bother me as much as with the Navi. Does someone have experience with a US vehicle in Germany? What is missing, what can be done, etc.? Thank you in advance

Buick Riviera drum brake 1967
Servus municipality, was yesterday with my oldie at the TÜV and what a wonder did not exist. A uneven braking effect was contested in front, broken out center link parking brake without sufficient effect and brake fluid too old. Now to my question….how to put the brake in the basic setting(has an automatic adjustment) there is a trick to this. Furthermore, I want to grease all the deflections of the parking brake …whether the enough around a sufficient Bren I’m probably ordering center link tomorrow. Okay…I admit that I’ve noticed that the car is pulling a little to the left… Does anyone have a simple trick to change the braking fluid? I only know it conventionally…constantly refill and pump until clear brake fluid from the ventilation nipples exit… Or does anyone else have an idea? In advance thank you for your help. Greetings Klaus

Ideas search Beginners, large cargo space, four wheel
Hello, on the consideration which car could fit me, I thought now of a US car, but know me unfortunately little. I have so far an extra long Vito with 163 hp engine and a ML 500 with 387 hp engine. Finally I choose a combination from both. My requirements: I choose a car which is fun (e.g. by fine V8 sound) and is mostly used for caravan pulling. I need 5 seats and a large cargo space as much as possible (comparison scale: my Vito extralang, en The towing load must be at least 2500 kg. What is also important to me is an all-wheel drive, since winter camping is also on the agenda. Consumption does not matter, I estimate the annual mileage to a maximum of 5000 km. I am not a screwdriver and a certain reliability would be important to me. I would also like a certain degree of safety, which is why too old models would fail. I thought about a maximum of EUR 5 0.000, which would also be significantly less beautiful. The vehicle can be very used, possibly also in the range of 10 years. Originally I had always been irritated by the PickUps (Ram, Ford F), but since I need a hardtop it would be more difficult to load compared to the Vito and also because of the height of the loading edge unsightly. Therefore the thought goes towards Van, however, I do here very hard with a market overview and above all the question of the suitability to the attachment r. I look forward to suggestions by Johannes

Dodge challenger used and accident-free
HI LEUTE, I am 36 years old and have been reading articles with me for a long time. But now I have decided to use your help. It’s about buying a dodge challenger from the year 2009. I have a dream to fulfill But it seems to me that you can’t get anything clever for around 20,000€. You only meet accident cars…which were assembled in Lithuania and co. Now the question is whether it’s worth having a car tested by the TÜV. Or if we are looking for a car, we can get a new one. Here is an example: https://suchen.mobile.de/…/details.html?… I found this offer at mobile.de: Dodge Challenger V6 20 Inch,PDC,Climate First registration: 11/2015 Kilometer level: 49,900 km Fuel type: Petrol, E10 suitable Power: 227 kW (309 hp) Price: 24.999 €

Reliability and information about Alero
Hello, when searching for a successor for our Kia… (Limo,EZ from 2000, power from 140 hp, 4-6t Euro, under 100tkm, possibly 6 cylinders and may not be standing at every corner!) …I am beside some others (among others: XG30, Sonata, Primera, Galant, Magentis) also on the Alero. How reliable is the car? Is the V6 worth it? Is the Autmatik transmission durable? Consumption, 2.4 vs. 3.4 ? Do I get wear parts without any problems? Braid or chain? Can you still use your own hand ( How big is the trunk? Do you have other matching models in putto? Thanks and ciao Chris
