Hello, I’ve been having problems with my 99 STS since today: Some time ago, the message “Waiting for a Stabilizer” came out, while ABS and TC lights lit up. After a restart, however, it was always quiet for some time. Now the lamps are shining at every start and “Waiting for a Stabilizer” is also shining. In addition, “Schw. Grenze 145” is now displayed, when this speed is exceeded, the fuel supply is obviously reduced, so that you really only 145 km/h What needs to be maintained? And who can do that, if possible near Braunschweig? By the way, the on-board computer has been spinning since heue. Sometimes it shows me at 12°C “ice possible”, sometimes the oil interval indicator jumps from 47% to 0% and then eventually back again, sometimes comes “battery voltage too high” (at 14,2 V), the average consumption reaches astronomical heights (>70L/100km), the range is limited despite full tank, after full fuelling the tank watch showed “half full” ” but then after some time jumped back to the right value. What can be defective there?

RockCar – very fast delivery
Hello, I wanted to tell you my positive news today: On Tuesday evening I thought to myself, now I try to order something at rockauto.com for my Buick. After all, they deliver without any problems to D, and you even have the choice between credit card payment and PayPal. So part (outside temperature sensor) selected, in the shopping cart, the second cheapest shipping (the difference to the cheapest was 2$, and that would be without air mail) and still enter name and address The whole thing was paid via PayPal and the order was ready. Today on Thursday, only 2 days later, the man from FedEx is standing at the door and already has the ordered part with him! Unfortunately I had to pay customs…I thought I would get away from it again because of the low price…but wasn’t like that. So I’m really excited about the speed from USA to D…that’s what most German shippers don’t even do!

Who owns his car the longest?
Hi, I’m interested in who’s the one who’s already on the road with his Ami the longest. So if he has several then the one he owns the longest. Whether he already has other owners doesn’t matter. Or is there even old firsthand vehicles here? Ok, I know it’s not an Ami but I’ve had my Taunus for a little over 8 years so since 2000. That’s certainly to be topped by you, isn’t it?

Air resistance effect on top speed of the Corvette Z06
Hi, can I get out at which speed the Corvette switches into the 5th and 6th gears? I have such a 0-300 video. And besides, I have a website where you enter the transmission data and the speeds come out at certain speeds. These data also match up to 4 gears with the video. When switching from 4th to 5th but I get a speed of 344lm/h, but in the video it switches about at 300. How does the difference come about? m Air resistance? And how can I find out when the Corvette can be switched from 4th to 5th and 5th in 6th gear, so at max speed?

Chevrolet Blazer (200x) buy? Alternatives?
Servus together, since I drove a trailblazer in the USA, I find these cars really great! A friend in Germany also had a blazer (1995 or so). Only that was purple, had some problems and I didn’t want to drive that then *g* So I am interested in a 200x model of the blazer (Trailblazer is probably too expensive and big).Somehow something like this:http://suchen.mobile.de/…/showDetails.html?… My price limit is 8000 Eur. As a student sowi It’s always an acute lack of money, so it’s best to run with LPG. Now my questions: 1. Can you really get the blazer on LPG? Does that work!? 2. What about the reliability? Are spare parts/repairs good? 3. Rust problems? 4. What all-wheel drive does the blazer have? 5. Generally any Pros/Cons maybe? I think the car is really nice. And it’s not that big. The only thing that bothers me a bit (the proverbial blessing and curse) is the 4.3l engine, which will probably make the costs (petrol and other costs) go up. But I am a cruiser! I’m not racing. That’s why I’m interested in the blazer. Because that’s probably not a race car, but a juice. As an alternative, I would still have the Jeep Cherokee in mind (the old box mobile). I would be very happy about tips/opinions! Caigue

Question regarding the purchase/restoration of a US-Classics
Hi guys, first of all, I found the page here about google. you seem to know each other. therefore I wanted to ask you a few questions. my brother and I would like to buy us a us-muscle car for restoration. we have a garage for restoration as well as tools. my uncle is kfz-master who would do the welding and motor work for us and also knows a paintr who would make us cheap. we can get up to ~3000 euro for the purchase we don’t know at all where you get such a car from. everywhere at mobile.de etc. the carts are already restored. at ebay I find the cars very expensive. we are also ready to invest a lot of time in the car i.e., completely dismantle and grind off the whole car body. so we would like to have a real muscle car like mustang, gto, charger, chevelle or something like that. a cabrio like an impala or a fat street cruiser like e.g. a beautiful lincoln mark or so would be OK. we know that we will certainly not get a mustang with the budget but you know now about what we imagined. so the 3000 are only expected for purchase, we could of course apply something for materials and spare parts monthly, which like I heard are very expensive and difficult to get. therefore it would be nice if most parts were available. maybe there are similar but cheaper ones. tos?! and especially where is there? I know that there are many such cars in holland and we live just 100m from the border away so if you know the address that would be great. so my uncle knows something about muscle cars and would support us in buying and restoring, so that we don’t buy the cat in the bag. he just doesn’t know where to buy the dinger cheaply. so if it’s with the kale da garnix to make it says better gle i :/ I cordially ask for constructive proposals and under circumstances also direct vehicle offers. greetings mo

Pontiac Firebird Ruckle back in fourth gear!
Hi guys, I have the following problem: If I drive about 70-90Km/h in the 4th gear I have quite a jerking and this is annoying when driving. But as soon as I drive faster or the accelerator pedal goes through a little bit more and the car still leaves in the 4th gear the jerking is gone. And it is also only in the 4th gear. I had the problem about 1 month ago before. However, there was also the fact that if I have passed through the accelerator meter the jerking was worse. The following parts are replaced: Automatic transmission filter + oil, 6 spark plugs, distributor cap and distributor finger. As I said: I replaced the parts and it was absolutely quiet for about 1 month. Does the Firebird have anything else in the direction of problems? I suspect that the problem comes from the direction of ignition. Can it also be the reverberator? Thanks for your answers!

Cat or pot away???
Hey guys, I cheated on my treasure yesterday. I had fun with her here. I just wanted to look at the car out of jucks and maybe drive it (I am then too). Well, it’s definitely the purest craft ibude. There’s really hardly anything original (if you’re lucky it’s just the chassis, the engine and the body original ^^). Well, the only thing that really convinced me was the super horny sound. I don’t have that. Yes, right I have the boring original pot m It Kat under it. Result: NOTHING!!! Now I want to hear more than I am doing at the moment and therefore I got leftovers of a suitable pipe in a GM workshop (for Lau). My intention: I wanted to throw out the cat or the pot for the time being. Now I wanted to know what in your opinion is better from the sound: only cat or only pot? Until what decent under it comes, I have to wait another month, so the “provision” should last. So what do you mean? Marc
