Hey US-Car fans!I would like to ask you a few questions about my 99`Tahoes: 1. Automatic 4×4 types I have to choose from: 2HI; 4HI; 4LO; Auto4WD and next to it is still neutral.What does the Neutral now mean????It has to have some function because it also has a light stripe (as for example 4HI when it’s on lights up a small strip below) 2. Tank indicator someone knows if the tank indicator lights up when the tank is all??? 3. Front lights are those on or off with you ??? with me the cables were cut for it (unfortunately) so that was it. Hope you can help me.

1. and 2. Cylinders do not run
Hello, have the following problem. After a short service life ( approx. 2 weeks ) my Corvette ( C4 ) did not want to start any more. After long orgling and the use of Startpilot the engine then started again, but did not run on all 8 pots. In the meantime I have installed 8 new spark plugs, new ignition cables and a new distribution cap. The 1st and 2nd cylinder is still missing. The respective spark plugs have a strong spark. They show however no discoloration. The other 6 have after short test runs assumed a deer brown discoloration, which of 1 and 2 are still white. Compression is fine. Stress is present at all injection nozzles. Are the injection nozzles from the 1st and 2nd cylinder defective ???

Ford 351 Reassembly, Who has tips regarding base engine

Thm 350 gearbox from 301 Turbo ’80 Firebird T/A
Moin people, I’m not really knowledgeable about postings in forums, but I’ve already had the search engine ratter and found nothing on my topic, if there is something to do, I ask for a look and a hint… the following problem is up, I have an 80s 301 Trans Am. There had to be fixed some problems on the engine for that I didn’t lift the engine including the gearbox (Thm 350) out of the TH 350 C. After completion of the Engine and overhaul of the gearbox (change seals, insert new filters and replace oil, the converter has also come new and was filled with oil until it runs out of the scar in the vertical state Dexron3 standard) the unit was assembled outside first converter on transmission, this on motor and then the converter adjusted. Then kickdown cable and vacuum hose again connected with vacuum system or gasifier rocker. After that the unit was lifted again and ve The motor runs well with 700/min in the stationary gas and there is also no leak in the vacuum system. The transmission oil was filled up until the marking of the marking rod and measured in the course was inserted during the neutral. So I took it from sources. However, the transmission does not build up any torque or transmits it any further from the motor…the further is funny , that the oil cooler pipes do not carry any oil where there should actually be enough oil inside. however, I would not weather on it that the marking rod original of a THM 350 is that happens with such old boxes already. Well, however I have described the problem here once in detail , someone has had similar problems with this series since it is one of the most built gearboxes and was also installed in Corvetten etc. . Caprice Station to start ?
As the title already says, I would like to buy a Caprice station, year of construction is really not important to me main thing nen classic station. But now 17 have my rags already and drive also smoothly, unfortunately only in company. Now the question arises whether this above all in terms of extra costs is affordable. Camaro still dead?
Good evening I finally had my camaro hauled to me yesterday by towing service (which the ADAC kindly paid for for what I was very grateful for). Now it is at least in the dry and I can now begin to limit the error, find and fix. The first thing I did yesterday was to recharge the battery again because it was already a bit empty due to the long standing time in the workshop. This then lasted until today. Well in the time I leave the whole day here in the forum and elsewhere in the net. Printed me directions etc. Now I thought before I wanted to recharge the battery but you try to start it again. And look there he jumped on for exactly half a minute. I could even put in the 1speed and start it. Then he went out. My suspected is now really that it has something to do with the ignition system??? Because if e.g. the control chain would have skipped then he would not even start again or??? if the battery would have been broken then it would not have been addressed any more. Further questions are: Where is the fuel filter?? I just want to exchange it at the opportunity. Is only the ECM and the cooling water sensor responsible for the mixing or the injection quantity???
