  • G20 does not want to SPRING 🙁

Hello guys, so short and close….. I drove over the highway last Saturday (a week ago) the thickness went out three times. Just “dead” and rolled out! Then every time restarted and the ride continued, the 40km I got behind me at some point and put it away at home. Now I wanted to move the thickness last Sunday …… engine turns but the “sau” doesn’t want to start! Ignition spark is there cap and distributor clean, If I got him fuel in the “VERGASER” ( TBI EInspritzanlage ) he lives briefly. At the injection nozzles is changing voltage but does not work. fuses are all GANZ (the ones in the footroom). Now I am with my Latain at the end what should I look at? I have to say one of the previous owners has there also such an alarm possible. Imprisonment locks hurried into the electric but just as connected as it was when he was still running. to build them out (which I like to get to w I don’t think it’s so urgent, even if I don’t have a remote control or whatever for it. It’s a `91 G20 with 5.7L TBI injection Thank you for your help in advance! LG Sascha

  • Oldsmobile Toronado steering wheel repair

Hello, on my 1970s Oldsmobile Toronado the steering wheel is defective in as far as the horn can no longer be operated by the steering wheel. Now I am either looking for a shop that can repair and restore something like this, or a new steering wheel, where I have unfortunately found nothing, or a very flat button, with which I can operate the horn. Does anyone have an idea? Thanks and greets

  • Differential: How does the difference from a 3.08 to 3.42 translation become noticeable?

Hello Leutz, one speaks here and there of blocked and short axles. But how does a 3.42 ratio make itself noticeable if one had a 3.08 in it before? Would one only notice it on the highway or is it already on the 1/4 mile that it is “different”? Or is even the difference from a 3.08 to a 3.42 so small that the conversion is not worth it? Therefore, I would like to have translated my bird a little shorter than the 3.08. riding on a blocked 3.42 makes sense or you would have to go even higher to make a difference on the first meters…. MfG

  • US Cars for an event

Hello guys! I have a question! I am a student of an event class in Mülheim and we are planning an event in the Turbinenhalle in Oberhausen on 16.07.2011! We are looking for people who have their US cars to present there! The background of this event is a school project! The event is called Rock’n’Ruhrpott – Stars, Cars & Rock’n’Roll. On this day we are supposed to rock properly. We hire bands, set up several stands and plan a really gei Les Rock’n’Roll program to let you live the mood of the ’50s & ’60s. So who wants to know more… our homepage is in progress. So who has Bock can post something… would be really cool! I’m happy about every entry, about every yes and every no! So guys I’m happy about post! Greeting Erik

Limited to 2000 pieces and probably the only one in Germany. Who is interested can call me at 01781857772.

  • No!….don’t worry about it.

As usual with the VW group, the intern was now allowed to go to the drawing board at GM and an ugly small car with a 85 cui 4 cylinder mots came out. In itself, as with other manufacturers, this exists in times of downsize madness. http://www.motorauthority.com/…/…pt-preview-2012-detroit-auto-show For me, the whole thing now, however, to call CHEVELLE, is bordered by blasphemy http://www.motorauthority.com/…/…t-chevelle-set-for-a-comeback?… Dear Auto-God, if you exist… v give to those who do not know what they are doing and give us:http://stwot.motortrend.com/…/1970-Chevrolet-Chevelle-SS-454.jpg

  • Paragraph 18(12) of the Motor Vehicle Tax Act (LKWs)

Hi today came post from the customs office Münster, my car tax notice for the truck open box F100 of 1960, reason for the calculation is the §18 paragraph12 of the car tax law, namely 1470€ for the 5,7ltr. I once objected and gave the documents to my lawyer to check, the joke is in January14 I still paid the tax for the Camino and it was classified according to §9 paragraph 3, so by total mass. Nu the gentlemen have found a new loophole around us I’ll tell you more, or is there any one who’s complaining about it? salutes Klaus

  • Urgently need tips and advice for my Pontiac Firebird V6 1991

Hello Together, First a few words about me and my US car, I drive a Pontiac Firebird V6 with 3.3 l capacity, built in 1991. I own this vehicle now a scarce year and I am so happy with my fire bird. Now to my question: I would like to go with my Firebird on vacation to Spain and wanted to know about you (so also the question here in the Camaro Forum, because in principle identical ) what should I have checked before starting my trip or renew or what do you have to pay attention to ? What about the reliability on long distances with the Firebird or does it cause problems or could it become critical ? Would be happy for any advice and experience of any kind ! As said so far am very satisfied but have not really driven much with my Firebird yet … Thank you already in advance, hope for much meaningful and helpful posts ! 🙂 Greetings your FirebirdV6er
