Hello, that I’m new here you see at the latest after a short look to the left… My questions: What is the difference between a Voyager and an Astro Van, if you don’t mind the engine? I’m thinking of buying a Grand Voyager or Astro Van (normal or EXT). How to rate the AWD? What is (yes, I know the old lye) with the consumption? Does anyone know what about insurance premiums? What can you expect from a car 10 years and 140-180tkm? Thanks Maybe I’ll finally have something with the Ami!

Buy a car at eBay USA! – How to check your car before?
Hi, I’ve been playing with the idea of buying a car for a long time with the big eBay offer in the USA. However, I don’t want to buy the cat in the bag and would like to have the car checked beforehand, if e.g. the underbody has more rust than indicated, or if the car runs restlessly, the engine sows, etc… How do you do it best? Is there a mechanic/expert who can be sent to visit before? Thank you and greeting Bavarian

Where do you get replica from?
Moinsen, just 18 udn get the license, are good cars miles away from me. and even if cih could afford me an original super sled, that would consume more sprit than I can pay. the only solution is a replica with a “normal” European engine. At the moment I’ve shot myself in the ford mustang gt-500. certainly a replica is no comparison to an original, but nevertheless it would make me happy. can someone tell me where to get so Iche replica herbekommen? is there actually also kits for real cars that you can assemble yourself? and where do you get them? sry, for so many newbie questions, but everyone starts mla small! mfg de nixbligger

Need Your Advice
My wife and I want to get a Pontiac Trans Sport. I’ve already looked at and compared several on the Internet.Since I’m a newcomer to the US Cars League, I hope to get some tips from you. Which engine is better (which I mean the lifetime) Which transmission is better (switch or automatic) PS and consumption does not matter to me. I just want to drive with it for a long time. Which parts are the most vulnerable. My friends advise me not to do so. They always say: That’s where you get No spare parts for and if so, then very expensive. Can’t imagine.Isn’t there just a car,or? Would you be very grateful if I had some answers tomorrow, because I’m already driving two rehearsals tomorrow. lg Ochta

N-adjustment of the automatic transmission
moin moin, I’d like to know which one of you puts the gearbox at a red light etc. on the N position and who leaves D in and enters the brake? what’s better and more gentle for the gearbox? I’d also like to know if in any form it’s harmful for the gearbox if I change the overdrive to the normal D position (e.g. to use the motor braking effect while downhill)?

US-Cars Original or Custom???
Hello guys. I would like to see the opinion of the US car drivers (and those who still want to become interested in it). I usually go to quite a lot of meetings in Germany and neighbouring countries. At the German meetings I notice that many modified custom cars are found (breath tires, chrome rims, hi-jackers, fat exhaust rod etc.), and less cars in the original look. I myself belong to the people who like the original look rather. That doesn’t mean that the other sch**** Is it a matter of taste. Would I be interested, however, how so generally the preference is: would you rather buy an above described custom car or a quite original received car, to cruise with it and, if necessary, gradually prepare?? And do you prefer a sufficient small block (for frequent drivers, but also less power) or rather a big block power pack???

Bude weather-susceptive….?
Moin hombres, yesterday, in bad weather, I got into my booth and turned keys over, already there was the ignition noise strange…! The following happened: At the 3rd attempt the car jumped in, arrived in the city I turned off the car again. Come back and want to go and it doesn’t start! I try to describe, turn keys around and there is only one, how can I say, short choke noise and that was…! If I hold the key on the far right, Is it the battery, the ignition coil or the alternator??? Has it ever happened to me in bad weather, at that time I bridged and was good, never occurred again. I hope some have had similar experiences and can give me helpful tips! thx already now, greetings

Overdrive, what is this?
Hello dear US-Car friends, I have been reading with you here for some time and finally managed to register at MT.de. In another AmiForum a user told me that the automatic transmission of his K5 was in a bucket at some point, because he has always driven in the overdrive. Now I wondered what this overdrive means. Would I really be happy if you could give me an answer I wish you a contemplative Christmas. Keep on cruisin’ Julius

Strange things
hope nerve wouldn’t only have a short question on the run. for two days the motor only starts hard, has to give full gas with it at all something goes. then it runs at first quite unround with 1-2 faults. moreover after about 5-10sec the lamp for ignition goes on (during the moto runs!)!? what could that be? would be really urgent
