Hi, may sound stupid but: How do I connect, split, etc I actually connect OE cables correctly? Because so current thieves (cable terminal connectors) are a very modest method – https://www.pollin.de/p/cable terminal connectors-1-5mm2-10-stueck-450294 If I want to open a completely new circuit, I can make one from fuse by current brancher. – https://www.pollin.de/p/…cherungs-stromvers-ato-standard-851422 But, how do I deal directly with cables for relay switchingun Is it possible to switch my control signals and/or my loads on them? Breaking out and crimping again with several cables often does not work with OE plugs and cables. By soldering iron you get very bad to the thin cables which are placed in the thick cable strands at unattainable places also not without melting everything else. Suggestions?

Cadillac CTS-V (6.2 V8)
I am currently torn down and am not yet quite conclusive to my consideration. By chance I have heard of a large-volume four-door car – namely from the house CADILLAC – this car is called CTS-V. Does of you, respectively from you someone experience this car ??? Does this car also have such a wonderfully soft suspension and so beautifully plush soft seats ??? I want to use the car as a daily business car and I place increased value on a very hearty e and soft suspension. Otherwise I see another alternative in a Bentley Continental Flying track – However, I consider a Cadillac to be much more socially compatible and so I would like to take the Cadillac into the closer focus. I would like to enjoy experiences from the forum. Greetings from the capital of the fried potatoes Gino wishes MS and always a hand-breit petrol in the tank.

Dunlop spoke rims – English – American ? – Opinion infos ?
Hello, I bought some time ago the following rims at the popular Internet auction house:http://i19.ebayimg.com/03/i/05/e4/e7/52_1_b.JPG unfortunately neither the seller nor the Tüv examiner had any idea where the rims are from and what kind of a MArke it is. it says in it, “produced in India, under license from Dunlop” but Dunlop only makes mature ? -though I thought. would be very grateful about every info and every little hint! [email protected] (I thought post times at us cars, tüv examiner said, probably US)

TH400 expresses oil from filling nozzle
Hello, my TH400 gearbox (3-speed, 1971 Cadillac deVille) just doesn’t leave me alone… When I start the engine in the morning it stinks relatively quickly after burnt oil. bonnet on – around the ATF filler nozzle floats gear oil. The rod hangs almost beside it, has probably been pushed out by pressure. What is this??? If I drive several times on the same day (with breaks) it doesn’t happen any more. Pillar stick stays in it, everything ok. Only the next morning again. I don’t understand. Does any of you have an explanation? Thank you for your tips and opinions! VG Olli

Select control unit
Hello together, for 3 months I have been proud owner of a GMC Vandura 2500 Bj. ’88 with a 5.7l TBI. Unfortunately I am still a bit bloody beginner in terms of US cars. But well – what is not, can still become… Now to my question: Can someone tell me which hardware and software I need to be able to read the control unit and possibly describe it? Thank you already in advance! LG Gonzo

Experience with RD Classics from Emmerich
I bought an old-timer from RD Classics from around 20,000 euros After half an hour I had to call the car long Rd and took off. What I noticed was that they didn’t do to the car. Smells very strongly after gasoline inside and many parts were broken and loose as well as the door lock, battery. Cables hang everywhere loose. All this gave me a bad feel and talked to RD classics to maybe buy a better car and this That wasn’t a problem you told me. What’s incredible about jetz is: The car where I bought for interiesert costs 29,500 And the old one costs 19,500 where I only drove half an hour. I thought I’d pay 10,000 and I’ll take the other one. No he said from RD Classics you must add 12,500,2,500 more. Actually, it’s like that, man buys a car of 19,500 which runs very low stinks inside to gasoline and more more makken. Dan I find that they don’t take me 2,500 more for the other car. Oke nevertheless I paid the 12,500 more and brought me the car. After one day the oil runs out below and he has 2 smooth matures. Back to RD classics, but they say that we are sorry bought and guaranteed and service we don’t have. For me it’s clear that I never buy a car again. Junior boss Danny is also very arrogant.

US vintage car import as moving goods and vehicle tax
Hello dear community, I moved back to Germany after a 15 month stay in the USA and brought me a US classic car. I had owned the car for more than 6 months and registered in the USA (Michigan). Therefore import and VAT on the vehicle are no longer required. However, the customs has calculated the car tax (4.7L displacement EURO1) in full and collected it directly from the forwarding company on import. Has anyone already had a similar experience? The car is yes Is there any way to unsubscribe from the car even though it is not registered? I couldn’t log it off in Michigan, because the registration is always valid for one year and expires automatically if you don’t renew it. I quit the American car insurance and also submitted the proof. Does anyone have an idea or experience? Thank you and thank you very much!

Engine no longer starts
Hello together, I signed up here to get some helpful tips. The following problem has occurred: My ignition distributor was not the best anymore, the contacts and distribution connections were already quite rammed and the cold start behavior from the engine was more than miserable, because sometimes I had to start until the battery was sucked off. So I bought a new HEI distributor and that was the MSD Pro billet, because this supposedly a very good cold After several attempts, false ignitions, stab flames as well as fumes from the carburetor, we were able to set at least the correct ignition sequence and correct ignition time. Now it seems that the engine does not get enough fuel from the carburetor. He wants to ignite and you can hear it that he wants, but there is nothing. Spark plugs were also a bit too damp. Can it be that we have scrapped the carburetor (Street Demon 1901 / 625 cfm)? Motor is a 5.7 L / 350 automatic with allegedly larger pistons as well as sharper camshaft according to the previous owner, but I can not prove it and also at Downtown Garage in Berlin they could not tell me anything about the engine. Maybe one of you knows the problem. I am absolutely no expert and rather a Newbie.

Purchase advice: Cadillac SRX or any other SUV?!
Greetings Motortalker, some know that I’m almost 10 years old and have a Cadillac Seville STS 99er. Now I’m looking for new talent in the house, after which I noticed that the stroller bought the wa already does not fit in the Seville. I want to look around for a SUV. I would like to have a Escalade (I drove a month, a dream!). However, this is a bit exaggerated. Now I got the SRX, big but not too big. The same as in Seville. Technically probably a lot similar?! But are there any diseases? What should I pay attention to when buying/watching? Is the SRX at certain places susceptible? V6 is already really cheap, or should I rather take the V8? Are there different equipment variants? Look forward to ideas suggestions and information! Thank you =)

Maintenance costs Mustang
Hello Mustang enthusiastic, I’ve been interested in a Mustang for a long time. It all started when I was allowed to drive a Mustang Gen6 GT for a few hours in 2016.So stood for me firmly in a few years I buy myself a. Meanwhile I find the fifth generation from the outside more beautiful. So it becomes either a Gen5 or Gen6. In my environment and also here I always read, Mustang driving is expensive.I wonder what is so expensive. At the moment I drive an E-Class e Convertible from year 2010 so I take the MB for comparison. Oh so for me only the 3.7 liters from year 2013 comes in question. Insurance to my MB is 200 € more expensive in the year. (I find ok) . Tax keeping the double. ( also ok ). So extra costs in the year from year of approx. 500 €. Petrol I go out at the stang of 14 liters ( should also be more economical) that are 3 liters more than with my Benz. Since I drive about 10-12 thousand kilometers it is ok for me. So again extra costs petrol about .60 0 € . Total extra costs 1100 € . Spare parts are available in the net enough at fair prices . The advantage of the Mustang no turbo and no control chain problems . And if you do not necessarily buy a Mondays car Stangs should be quite reliable . So what high costs can come to me which I have not yet calculated greeting Marcel .
