  • Pontiac Trans Am or Firebird

Good day. I was thinking if I should not increase a Pontiac Firebird of the 3rd generation(!!). The digners are so cheap from the purchase price (of course at the year ’82 to ’90) only would interest me, how high the performance of the things is, how much they consume etc. Especially because of the automatic, there is not an extreme loss of performance? Is it worth buying a car like this at all, or is it quite vulnerable? Many questions, I thank I’m already ready for the Antworeten

  • Gearbox slips through after a lot of city traffic

Hello, If I travel in the city for a day at >30 degrees and then drive out on the country road, the transmission slips through. I can’t give more than 60-70% gas. Otherwise, it seems like it jumps into the neutral passage. I have to go off the gas for a short time to catch it. After that I can carefully further accelerate. That’s always after a lot of city traffic on hot days. Oil is just 15k km old and still nice red. Can I do something? Thanks Lexenlewax

  • The hobbyists die from butchers becoming more..now the blazer

I have the feeling the scene is lansgam hin….we have slaughtered 3 cars in the last 3 months (C2500 Diesel, , C1500 Stainless, Van G20) now comes a Jimmy Blazer who stands up to ground rust well there afterwards a 1966 Mercury Montclair Fastback which has almost no rust with 410 engine…. It hurts me in my soul…but I need the place..and if I look around with acquaintances they are the same. Whole cars that still need a paintwork, some works, cars for which we vo A few years ago, the tires are now flattened with trailers through the Republic…. it’s so far that I can only see the solution for the 61 Cadillac and the 62 Tbird: Also slaughter or remodeling on electric… Schade drum….

  • 04865033AF transmission control,

04865033AF transmission control, Hello, I finally found the problem with my car (Prowler 1999). It is the transmission control. I live in Germany and here it is very difficult to get spare parts. Does anyone know if a control could fit from another car? Or can an electrician fix such a thing? I am grateful for any advice…

  • Dodge Challenger 2019 US to EU Light Conversion

Moin together, I’m just about to change the lighting system of our 2019 Challenger for the Tüv acceptance. Who can give some valuable tips here? I’d like to put the turn signals in the outer chambers on the left and right, which are turning red today (US Standard). I have to at least change the LED or the whole board. Does anyone have a tip for LEDs here? I’d like to put the fog lamp in the left inner chamber. So you’d only have a return light (right) Here again the question of red LED for it. I am grateful for every hint. Greetings from the East from Hamburg Daniel

  • I’m moving to the U.S….

..at least for a year, and that starts my problem. I will need a car over there. Of course a really tasty part. I prefer ’69 Camaro or a General Lee. Problem, I will have to use the car for business trips and there is hardly such a “original” coming up. Well my question. Which car would meet my demands and by the way also radiate seriousness? I ask the question because I know mcih in the US car world like in a Finnish palm tree ain. I just want to have a few opinions. What do you think is good? What would you like to drive?

  • But no more car tax ! summer hole!!!

Red-Green calls for gasoline 14 cents! But no more car tax Berlin – petrol could soon become much more expensive The reason: According to “FAZ” Red-Green wants to abolish the car tax, instead increasing the mineral oil tax. In order to compensate for the previous car tax revenues of approx. 8 billion euros, diesel would have to become more expensive by 10 cents/litres, gasoline and super even 14 cents – up to 1.50 euros per litre. The ADAC finds the idea “superior”. However, one speaker warns: “A switchover must be income neutral, especially for commuters must not become a cashier model. Environmentally correct, however, is: Whoever drives a lot, then pays a lot too.- When the car tax would be removed exactly, is still open.
