Servus, yesterday had a raven-black day. Was on the way with my passat, I thought a small short cut. Hi there, actually, I had been happy with him at A.T.U. so far… so far… We were there with a car. The exhaust should be changed, and then the tires should be changed. That was all very clearly on the order, which had been printed out for the workshop people. We then left the car there half a day…when we had picked it up they had only changed the tires…nix exhaust replaced. I don’t think they can read and are blind Okay. that’s what they did until 20h after we were almost swept through the store like a hurricane The best comes, but one to two days later we noticed a strange clattering in the back! We drove back and described this. At the exhaust everything okay. Who removed the tires and asked quite annoyed who would have mounted these tires?! I thought I was in the circus! After we said that they were, they became quite quiet. Result: A screw e by a rear wheel was crooked and therefore not properly fastened! I have to fundamentally rethink my opinion about ATU, because who can not even change tires properly as a specialist workshop, what can he then??? If not so serious, I would laugh to death!
